Blake and Lileigh were amazing they made my visit very enjoyable and the pita tasted amazing. Great service, would reccomend.

The lady that served us was EXTREMELY rude. Not only was short and snippy but also had lots of attitude towards us. Myself and my significant other went to order and she was very hostile. Was rude when it came to not only talking our order but also at the topping station. Eyes being rolled while we were talking, and giving a rude tone. This employee should be fired. Everytime she serves us, she is very rude. I was not impressed at all. I understand having a bad day but taking it out on the customers is not good customer service.

This was on Nov 27th around 1: 30-2: 00pm. Not sure who she is but unacceptable.

Like to recognize Josée for being an excellent worker at the Pita Pit franchise, every time I walk in there and she’s working im always given a warm smile. Love you lots Josée keep up the amazing work.

Today I went to pita pit for lunch and was served by a really nice girl named Josée who gave me food recommendations for pita pit and was pleased by the service

Josee is awesome! She always makes the best pitas! If I'm passing by and I see her working through the window I feel like I can't just pass, I need to go in and order something. She makes pitas with love!

I would like to recognize Devon for her excellent customer service. Devon was very friendly easy to talk to and her quick service was amazing. I will defiantly be going back to Pita Pit love it.

Stopped by for lunch, was greeted by a clean restaurant and lovely workers. Josee completed my order and helped ensure I had a good pita, she gave recommendations as I never came to pita pit. Would come back again!

Definitely contracted food poisoning from the spicy chicken caesar rice bowl I ordered yesterday. This is my first time at this location but I will not be going back.

This has always been my main location due to location. The store is always clean and food is fresh the pitas always taste fresher here. Was in sunday october 29 and both girls were so friendly even with debit machine issues.

Shoutout to the crew for their hard work, and continued dedication to superior customer service!

Worse place to order from.
I ordered out for delivery and they gave me the wrong order for my husband. Tried calling them and they never responded back to me.
Hi Mike, it was the Lasalle Blvd location. I tried calling at that time and left a message and no one called me back.

I ordered a regular rice bowl, paid over 15$, and when one of the workers was putting the veggies in, I asked for a little bit more cheese because she pinched the littlest bit of cheese into my rice bowl WITH HER HANDS, and she said it would be an extra cost if I wanted more cheese! I literally got 3 little crumbs of cheese IN A REGULAR RICE BOWL. Considering how expensive it is, it would have been nice to maybe add 3 extra little crumbs of cheese lol. Also, her customer service was terrible. Not a smile or anything. Stone cold face. ALSOO, she said customers only get a spoon full, but she didn’t even use the god damn spoon! 3 little crumbs of cheese. It’s ridiculous.

Food is always good, overpriced but good. However the issue is the employees. Myself and my coworker went in for lunch and we were very friendly with staff however staff was death glaring us not a single smile or welcome, yelling and interrupting as we’re trying to order. For example, I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and in the middle of trying to order it the woman interrupted and said “I ONLY HAVE_” and listed all the other smoothies. It was a very uncomfortable experience from the moment we walked in. I felt bad for ordering, I felt awkward talking as they made it seem like we were very much inconveniencing them even though we were the ONLY 2 customers. The 2 women that were working on July 18th between 11: 30-1: 30pm (don’t remember what time we were in exactly) should be fired. They are horribly rude. I never go out of my way to write reviews, let alone negative ones. However this experience was so uncomfortable I had to make it known. I rather go to subway next time.

Food is okay. I will not bother to come back. The girl that I was served by with blackish hair was extremely rude, she didn't seem to be wanted to be bothered to do her job. I couldn't even get a word in without being talked over. When I asked if "was that extra? " she responded very snarky "you saw me put a handful didn't you" and when I asked if she had put tzatziki on my pita she sighed very obnoxiously and again responded with "it was the first thing I put on". I will not be returning to this location. Very upsetting experience. I wanted to just walk out even after she already started grilling.

The girl with the red hair wearing her hat low is awesome! On the other hand, I wish I could say the same about the skinny short girl with black hair that worked around 7: 30 pm on April 13. Wasted money on my "large" salad. Should of just gotten a small salad since that's pretty much the amount I received. It's like the ingredients are taken from her pay check. She was also not friendly.

I stopped in to pick up a lunch for myself and the attendant was rude, rushing me to decide and i was the only one in the store. She was not pleasant and seemed as though i was bothering her just being there. This person needs more training on customer service and even with that i dont think she would benefit. She has no business service people if she cannot be courteous and polite. This is the second time i am served by her in approximately 3mths the first time was with my children and walked out saying we would never go back. My experience was ruined by the lead worker J. She was rude and treated me like an inconvenience. I can't comprehend this level of ignorance and disinterest in providing a good customer experience.

I don't have anything good to say about my experience but I will say this - go to another location. No sense in feeling disrespected for buying a pita.

Stopped in at Pita Pit after work tonight and had to unfortunately watch the poor employee get verbally assaulted by a rude Door Dash delivery driver. Despite the drivers rude behavior, the employee (who's name I learned is Josh) remained incredibly professional. The place was busy and Josh single handedly made everyone's orders and kept his cool the entire time. Good job, Josh!

Horrible customer service. The girl who made my souvlaki bowl was very rude. (Long dark hair) Chicken was still frozen when it went in the bowl. Rotten toppings. We love pita pit but won’t return to this location again. This employee needs a attitude and customer service check.

My dinner went straight in to the garbage and I went elsewhere to eat. What a waste of money.
