Went there during lunch time on the weekend, the food has changed and the service was terrible! Slow and not so friendly

Not good or bad but very expensive and seems that the prices went up but the sizing and quality went down

The service was slow, the food was missing the sauce I asked for, and the portions were small. The restaurant itself was also not the cleanest, saw a worker use the same gloves after using cash register.

Owner allowed only one employee working allown. Which caused quality to go down. Was missing the sauce in one pita and missed topping and wrong toppings in another. All respect to the line worker which is why I gave him a tip right then and there after watching him do his best as it got quite busy.

The wraps from here are are pretty good never had an issue. However I recently ordered a Yogen Fruz smoothie and it tasted nothing like Yogen Fruz. I'm not sure if the employee missed the yogurt, just wasn't sure how to make it or theyre not using real Yogen Fruz products. The smoothie was very thin (too much juice) and tasted like something you'd quickly make at home. Disappointing.

It's a fast food Pita restaurant.
They have bowls and salads as well. You can get any flavour combination in any format.
The staff is friendly.
Do know exactly what you are ordering beforehand, or ask them for help if it's your first time, they are very friendly.

Was excited to visit my favorite pita pit. I was totally disappointed very little value here. Overpriced, under served. So little food we had to stop for second dinner. Lol also dressing is cheap. Stop acting like we ask for extra diamonds on the side. Will not be returning

Everytime I go there you have no rice. You have rice bowls on your menu you think you would have rice? I always have to order something else very disappointing.

I came in at 8: 20 pm tonight, open sign on door unlocked.i was “greeted” by being told “were closed”. To that i said “you’re closed? ” and he said “we close in 30 minutes sorry”. Is 40 minutes not enough time to make a pita? Was craving a pita but i guess not tonight

First time having Pita Pitt anywhere. Was in London for the day and needed a quick bite to eat. Decided to try it.

I ordered a small size of the new flavour Trinidad and Tobago because of the cilantro sauce. It has Chicken in a traditional Chadon beni (cilantro-based)
sauce, spinach, carrots and rice. I added spinach, tomato and cucumber with cheddar cheese. For the sauces I chose honey mustard, garlic aioli and spicy mayo.

I really enjoyed it and it filled me up without being too full. Would try other options in the future if I am in the vicinity of a Pita Pitt.

I'm not one for reviews but I will definitely be coming back. Super friendly staff, had to wait a short 5 minutes because the one worker was busy serving 2 other customers and because of the wait, he gave me double chicken! Amazing job pleasing your customers. Also, give the Carribean Jerk seasoning a try, it's fire

Food was great as well as customer service. Rabia was very polite and patient with us since it was out first time

I eat lunch here all the time and it never disappoints. The staff is great and the food is always fresh. 5/5!
