Pita Pit

Ordered off of Uber tonight.
Took 2 hours for them to make our meal.
Worst pita I have ever had.
Got multiple items wrong on the order.
Garbage!

Cancelled order after 20 min because they were “too busy. ” Thanks for wasting my time. Maybe you shouldn’t be on Uber Eats if the case.

Surprisingly very good! Looking for a health (ier) fast food as an alternative to Freshii and i think i’ve found it! Got the small bowl with buffalo chicken.lots of food.i did nOt like the chicken though tasted like chicken nuggets.not bad if you’re into that.i’m not.also super nice staff.explained the whole process to me
definitely will be going back

Food as always is great. But the employee at the counter (I unfortunately did not catch her name) was the highlight of my day, very positive and communicative. Made my day that much better.

Review is for the customer service the food is great. I’m so frustrated. On 3 separate occasions, I have tried to order online for pickup from the dalton and princess street location around 8: 15pm. They close at 9. Every time my order has not been answered. So this time I decided to drive there (princess) low and behold they are open. Now I’m at the restaurant, and I get 2 vegan pitas (black bean.) I paid 25$ for these and there is barely any veggies on either. What a piss off. I understand not showing up last minute, but 45 minutes is plenty of time. Especially when I’m picking it up myself.

Good. They try very hard to make service as easy and as fast as possible. The staff friendly. They do their best there, it is good to see staff be nice and answer any question you have.

The girls working here are all very friendly and very busy, one problem is the one woman who was rude, and yelling and throwing paper orders. Not a customer, i think she was the manager and if she could see herself she would be very embarassed. Very poor example to set and my condolences to the staff that has to work with that. The pita was good, her performance was not!

Horrible customer service! The don't follow instructions what so ever! Horrible at food handling! Will never eat here again!

I have gotten Pita Pit twice from this drive through, the first time I went I got two regular pits and I was given small and charged for regulars, when I asked them for a clarification they were rude and told me that they were regulars. I have been to pita pit many times and I know the difference. The second time I went which was today the pita was barley filled with anything and missing two of the items I asked for in my pita. I would recommend going to a different pita pit.

Fantastic Staff and consistency in quality. Every pita to come out of this pita pit is fresh and delicious! I highly recommend Pita Pit for the best Pitas in the Business! Don't forget they have an amazing breakfast pita too!

The original Pita Pit that started it all! Always fresh and perfect for a quick, healthy meal. Staff are great here highly recommend.

I recommend this branch over the one on Queen's Campus (ARC Building). You can always for them to grill your wraps for you.
