This location is my fav! I love how new and clean it looks in there! The manager that works there is a very sweet girl. Everytime she sees me walk in she knows im the gluten free lol. Imma be honest, I go to pita pit wayy too much lol. I just absolutly love that you guys have the GF pitas! Every time that manager is there, she makes it perfect and makes sure I leave happy! Never a bad experience

Nowadays it's hard to get great customer service. Today I had a very pleasant experience with Ashley who went above and beyond to make sure everything was going to be good. Thank you for your help and impeccable service

Cheap on the cheese for a lunch that was $17 and all I got was a wrap and a popI could hardly find the cheese! Come on! Do better! Makes you guys look cheap and we all know your making

I usually get a pita which never disappoints, today I got a salad and it was delicious. The humus is amazing here. Wish there was one closer to where I live. I always look forward to eating here for lunch when I'm in the area

Good food and everything but I have heard yelling from the back room and such and work across the street and have seen the manager come in on occasion rushing through the back door. I have heard yelling while being served and honestly have a hard time buying food from a store whose owner seems to berate his own staff. I don’t think i’ve ever heard a owner yell as often as i’ve heard this happen. Horrendous ownership and frankly the owner needs to learn to manage his anger, especially around customers. Disgraceful to the Pita Pit franchising team for not vetting this owner and allowing it to be run by money hungry and distasteful ownership.

Very busy place but the staff is very efficient on getting your order ready as fast as possible

The Special Deal for 10 Pitas, 10 Pops, 10 Chips and 10 Salads are perfect for an office lunch. I had the pitas cut in half, 20 assorted half pitas for my clients to choose from at a reasonable price! They were delicous and everyone enjoyed them. Thank you!

Im not the type to write reviews at all, but this place deserves it. The food was so tasty. The produce was fresh, the bread was soft, and the employee was super sweet.

Me and my boyfriend always order from pita pit when we want something light and yummy, our pitas are always fresh tasting and when we order for delivery it’s always quick!
Today we ordered and they sent us a strawberry frozen yogurt for the support, it was delicious!

I eat there at least once a week. It's fresh and healthy! I love the pitas and I never feel hungry after. Been ordering a lot from them, they always follow instructions. I usually get a thank you note with chips or cookies and that goes a long way. We need to support local businesses like this and I'm happy to do so.

Learned my lesson to never online order here, walked in to pick up my order (15 minutes later) to find my falafel on the grill completely black and dried out while the rest of my food was not even started. Got a refund from the extremely passive aggressive employee though

Usually fantastic service, come here about twice a week with my boyfriend.we love it.today, April 6th we were met with rude service.when making my boyfriends chicken pita, the lady on the grill had only managed to grab half the chicken and the four strips of bacon.instead of getting the rest of the chicken (literally HALF) on a second trip to put it in the pita, she used the cleaning tool and shoved it to the bottom of the grill and into the garbage.unreal that she didn’t put the rest of it in the pita, that was chicken we paid for?
then, i asked for extra cheese as I only put two things in, and she says “you get one scoop, you have to pay for the rest”. Not once, and a reminder i come here twice a week, have i EVER been charged for a second scoop as it’s literally one of two things i put in.as mentioned before, never have i had a negative experience at this pita pit.staff is always so friendly and loves to joke with us but after today i will not be likely to return to this pita pit.

Great food missed the authentic Pita Pit flavor! The only place that offers guacamole for free!

This is and will be rare but this place deserves 5 stars. I have been to Pita Pit multiple times. The food is always fresh, tasty and filling. You watch as they add the toppings you choose and they are right there in front of you making sure it is to your liking. In my opinion, one of the best fast food restaurants around, hands down. But why 5 stars? You can tell that the employees are well trained and work together as a team. I met the owner and the reason I did is because I watched him come from out behind the counter and wipe down all the tables. Yes the owner. He didn't pass it on to an employee, he did it himself. Go to any other fast food restaurants and you are lucky to even see a manager helping, let alone out cleaning tables. Thank you Pita Pit for the great lunch. UVbeenCridicked @pitapit

Customer service is always above and beyond especially it all comes from the owner he has impeccable customer skills and he always appreciates everybody's business.

Quick service, even worked with a trainee who was knowledgeable and fast. Food is always delicious.

Horrible! Asked for grilled chicken. Got home and it was horrible. They had made it a shawarma and the sauce was horrible. Tomatoes we over ripe and lettuce tasted like it had been sitting in container for a couple of days. Will not be going back to this location!

I went to the Walker road Pita pit for my first time Last week around 4pm. There were two ladies who took my order and both of them were wonderful, they made me feel very welcomed. I will be coming back to this Pita Pit. Thank you to the two ladies who made me feel very welcomed!

Always fresh ingredients and perfect size pita. My kids always ask to eat there. They like it more than sub sandwiches. Reasonably priced.

To start with the definition of Shawarma, because that's what I had - "Shawarma is a meat preparation lamb or mutton, today's shawarma may also be chicken, turkey, beef, or veal, cut in thin slices and stacked in a cone-like shape on a vertical rotisserie. "
So where is the vertical rotisserie? PITA PIT is a chain and I think it is no where in any of their stores. So please remove any mention of Shawarma from the menu.

Second it is a bit overpriced for the fast food setup they have. The chicken quantity in the pita should have been more.

Third point is the good point - their food stuff was good. The chicken and all of the veggies that I had tasted better. Also the place was neat and tidy which is a big plus.

Please reassess your pricing or increase the portion size (PiTa Size). Also try to correct your menu. Taste of Shawarma is unique. It cannot come from meat heated on a iron griddle.

The prices are too high for a regular pita. Moreover the staff was very unprofessional, especially the female staff, full of attitude, one of them don’t even know what’s mayonnaise when asked to put it, she said we don’t have it. It was just there in front of us. We had the plan to eat at the restaurant but after this unpleasant experience we had no other option but order to go. You should have a more friendly, positive and welcoming staff. I am sure would never come back here and do not recommend it to anyone.

I eat here multiple times a week. Better than getting a burger or something deep fried all the time.

Food is fresh, prep area clean and while we were there I saw one worker go to the dollar store next door to get more gloves that fit them properly, which I was glad to see they made a point of! Food is priced okay for the quality though obviously a bit more expensive than a basic fast-food hamburger would be. I ordered a garden pita with extra cheese and while it could have been more evenly portioned in the pita itself I left stuffed so it was a good value.
