Pita Pit

Very Very bad management. Can’t imagine I need to wait for nearly 30 minutes after the order is placed in such a fast food restaurant. If you cannot, do not receive so much order. If you still cannot, shut down the store. Disgusting and waste of time

Wow amazing experience, I tried the best pita in town. Under new management owner himself was very friendly to serve food. Love to visit again.

Used to like this location. Then I watched them put onions on the grill with my bacon and told them I never asked for it. I thought they had started new bacon, but they didn't. They gave me the meat with onions, thereby ruining my meal. Minor complaint, to be sure, but still just indicative of them not caring about the customer.

Good quality food, comes with adequate and stomach-filling portion of protein! Very friendly staff

I went to pita pit today afternoon around 1: 20pm, and the experience was really bad. When I went to ask for survey card for giving feedback, owner started yelling on me instead of 2 customers and really been rude. This is not the way owners should behave to customers. Worst experience of pita pit till now.

Food quality is excellent and also the store is clean. You need to definitely visit for good and healthy food.

Tried to order my food from here and they told me I had to pay first which is not a problem but there wasn’t even a list of toppings on the side for me to look at? ! How can I pay without knowing what I want on my wrap. This method made no sense… They are very unorganized and don’t know what they are doing. I use to love going to this location. Its clear that they are under new management and need help!

Healthy choices, and very friendly staff and owner. My go to choice for lunch while in the office.

I always receive really amazing service at this location, the staff are kind, & well mannered. Highly recommend the chicken caesar wrap!

Not very good service/poor customer experience. Lots of times you have to wait by the counter for several minutes before a person will even come out of the back to take your order. Sometimes they ask you if you want mushrooms, onions and peppers on the grill, but sometimes they do not! Should invest in training your employees so they know what the policy is and can provide a consistent customer experience. Food is okay, service is highly lacking!

I ordered veggie pita from this pita pita. I got delicious pita stuffed with lot of veggies and they grilled very nicely, I tried first time pita from this location and I love it. I would recommend if someone wants to try first and who are food lover they must try pita from this pita pit.

Best place to eat. Quick and easy plus the customer service is good and all the veggies are fresh. Love it. Best thing is the combo of pita and smoothie which is cheaper and better. Highly recommend ppl to go and try.

Over priced, small portions. Average wrap/pita is $8-10 and that doesnt even include a drink or side dish.

Since there have been new owners (Raj) I feel the veggies look so much more fresh. The lettuce is never brown and the area around the produce is spotless. Raj's outgoing attitude is infectious. He always gets us to try something new and today he gave us a mango, pineapple banana smoothie to try. It tasted so good and so fresh.
The buffalo chicken pita was excellent and the staff is very accommodating in adding whatever ingredients to your pita. If you haven't been here since the new owners took over try it again its excellent and you will notice a difference. I even find the dining area to be cleaner than the previous owners.

Best pita pit I’ve ever been to. The owner is absolutely amazing and friendly. Definitely cares about his customers and making sure you have a great food experience! 10/10 would recommend.

I go in to this location fairly often as I am a student near by and I usually have a great experience. The staff are always polite and pay close attention to the food (which has not changed even in my most recent experience). However, as a comment mentioned before me my pita did taste like green peppers (which I have strong sensitivities too; but as I mentioned before I had never had to be concerned before because of the great service) and I ordered a smoothie for the first time and it was unfortunately terrible. It was a banana and strawberry smoothie that came to me in a completely liquid state (as if no yogurt was used at all) and tasted only like pineapple juice (which I know is used to make it but that is all it tasted like). I ended up throwing it out because none of my classmates wanted it (understandably so).

Ordered a platter for a birthday party and everything was excellent! Great quality, very fresh and delicious. Will definitely be ordering again!

Not Impressed.

Very rushed. Wrong size pita. Regular chicken instead of buffalo chicken.

Fresh and Healthy as they say. Wide variety of options for those to grab and go. The pita is just amazing on how they make it, as because the veggies along side don’t pop out of the sandwich and you can enjoy it whole without getting your hands dirty. The owner and staff are warm welcoming, as well as they keep the premises clean encouraging customers service.

I rarely go to Pita Pit but decided to stop by for a grilled caesar wrap. The cashier notified me that they had daily specials and pointed me to the promos on the wall. At which point I saw the other sign stating that if you ordered a regular pita and were a student from either school, you would be eligible to get a can of pop, bag of chips or cookies.
I asked about the student promo to which the cashier notified me that I wouldn’t be able to apply both but none of the pages stated that. The owner overheard our conversation and immediately he told me that they would update the promos but he was happy to rectify the situation.
Aside from this misunderstanding, the staff was super helpful, the wrap was delicious and they do not skimp on veggies or meat. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Every time I get a pita here all I can taste is green peppers and I don't get green peppers on mine. Always disappointing. New ownership needs to b more concered w cross contamination

Their service is quick and excellent

I go to this Pita Pit on a regular basis (2-3 times at least) during the week because I work close by. They're a very busy location but their staff always seems to get it right! This is by far my favourite Pita Pit location to go to. The employees there are polite, helpful and make a delicious Pita! Most of the time, because I'm a regular customer, they don't even have to ask me what I want on my Pita (which is pretty impressive considering they likely serve hundreds of people on a daily basis).

I've met an owner, and it's always nice to see an owner working with his staff.

The store is clean and if you're in the mall, I'd definitely recommend going to Pita Pit!

I have visited many times at pita pit Jackson square. It's a place for those who are fond of eating like me. It has great customer services, various vegetarian and meat options with great food quality. I also have tried flat pita which is amazing. I would like to go there again and again.
