Pita Pit

It was delicious! I had a gluten-free pita with turkey/ all the fixings I like including a Tbsp of guacamole and chipotle sauce. Mmmm mmmmm

First time in Callingswood and this pita pit branch. We loved it because of good quality food and well mannered staff.

We had a falafel and a chicken shawarma - both were very good. No skimping on the very fresh toppings. Shop was very busy but the ladies were still very friendly. Would recommend.

Staff is very friendly even when the store is busy. Visited June 1st around 5 pm and there were two young people working, a very big rush, and they got everyone served efficiently and while still giving good customer service.

What a treat. Pita Pit has to be one of the best fast-casual restaurants in existence, and it’s nice to know the service and quality is consistent at this Blue Mountain location. The pricing wasn’t even overinflated for being within the village. The food was delicious as always, but the staff here whist go above and beyond to create a happy dining environment.

No Hygiene.reordered still they don’t care I mean. We got alive fly in wrap before, after reorder we were expecting clean food but still got this little guy highlighted one below in photo.

Friendly and professional owner. Have us a tip or two to visit close by attractions.

Ordered Spicy buffalo chicken Caesar pita and there was a live fly inside. Called the restaurant and they sent another fresh ones. Those had tine bugs inside it. Had to waste so much food.
Very unhygienic. Not ordering ever again.

Placed a order and had something missing from my order (DoorDash). Called my dasher to go back and retrieve the item that was forgotten and denied to go back. Tim (employee at Pita Pit) came to the hotel I was staying at to personally deliver the remaining item during a dinner rush. To me that’s rare customer service.

10/10 in my opinion.

As always was very good and clean. Had this younger guy make my order and all I can say is that he's going places. Good vibe

Pita Pit is a general go to for reliable tasty feel good eats. If you haven't been, go. Fast food done well easy on the budget with solid options for both carnivore and herbivores.

Healthy, packed protein wraps with flavour.

A big WOW for their fresh product great taste and extremely good service.

Loved my pita! The smaller girl with black hair and glasses made my experience so special and made sure to take all of my requests and specific dietary needs seriously! Loved her so much, she was so positive and sweet and made me want to come back everyday if I could! Way to go pita pit! A+ for your amazing staff!

The chicken shawarma tasted like beef. I couldn't eat it. My friend ate hers and said it was ok, but not authentic. She's had better.

I really like pita pits. It is a nice change from regular fast food. This one is clean and the staff were nice.

The best experience I've ever had in a Pit Pit restaurant was at the Collingwood location. Both of the staff members working excelled in customer service but the one boy working stole the show. He was wonderful. He made my pita as if it was a work of art but thats not what caught my attention. He was so funny with a personality containing so much energy and passion for what he does. My mom and I literally felt like we were in a pita pit commercial. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him credit for his amazing service. I would come back to this pita pit for the service alone. The manager/owner should be very proud of the amazing staff. On another note I have never seen such fresh veggies at a topping bar. SO impressed!

The Collingwood location is one of my favorite Pita Pits. The options are always very fresh, and the service is consistently excellent. Great place for a quick & healthy meal.

Not impressed with staff knowledge. Asked for kids flat bread with no combo. It was 9.85. The combo (drink and chip or cookie). Wait for it. 7.85. We asked why. She said it depends on size. Huh? Pita Pit, you gotta up your pay grade to get some edumacation.

Two of the three employees were really grumpy but the what appeared to be the assistant manager or certainly senior employee seem to be just awesome so don't know what to say about that. The food was pretty darn good prices are okay maybe a tad High but yeah overall it's pretty delicious. I was there in the lunch area, 1300h give or take.

We had a little trouble finding it (the sign is not lit and there aren't any lights shining on it) but when we did, the food and the service was great. Our pitas definitely hit the spot!

Very friendly staff on the date attended. Restaurant was clean with two restroom facilities. Pita was created served in a quick manner. Tips provided by staff on toppings and other options. Located in downtown Collingwood. Park on the street is hard to find but there is municipal parking in behind the restaurant with an alley to the main sidewalk. Would attend again.
