I am a former employee that recently found an old cheque for pay from Pivotal. I was speaking with Tina Burke who is a Senior Credit and Collections Specialist, of all things, who was struggling to confirm the legitimacy of this cheque. She was extremely disrespectful on the phone, blocked my number from calling, and explained that she didn't know how to verify this cheque. I offered to come in to CALL MY BANK IN FRONT OF HER to confirm this exact cheque number was never deposited nor cashed. We all have banked before and know first and foremost when you deposit a cheque THE BANK KEEPS THE CHEQUE! She tried to convince me (gas light me) that maybe I had done so with my phone, but I have never had that feature activated in the 21 years I have banked with TD.

I also spoke with my bank again and asked how Pivotal/Tina could confirm that I did not cash this cheque, and they said they contact the bank and do a "Vault Retrieval". The fact I was able to obtain all this information from a 12 minute call, but a SENIOR COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST was not in 4 days, is bewildering to me.

Tina, if you are reading this, the way you have treated me is coming off as racially charged/motivated. I have not been rude, nor impolite, nor aggressive, but rather complied with every demand including sending you my personal banking information immediately upon request (without even an acknowledgement of receipt from her btw) to inconveniencing someone to drop the physical cheque off to you to review with your "CEO". There was no update given, I have to keep calling to get any kind of response. None of my interactions with Pivotal recently nor in the past warrant this type of experience presently.

I am disappointed to have represented your company in the best light I could only to be treated like this several years later.

I received a called from a Derek Cleland who is senior recruiter on a Friday about an opportunity that I applied for on Linkedin. He said he'll call me on Monday to discuss the role that I applied for in more detail. Monday came and gone with no call back. I called him the next day (Tuesday) to reschedule and it was agreed that the call would take place on Wednesday. Again no call back took place.

At this point, I have lost interest with this recruiter and suggest others to apply elsewhere. Both public relations and work ethics is a must in today's ever changing work culture.

The most amazing company to work for. The staff is incredibly kind-hearted and treat you as a respected individual. Great placements with well known companies and competitive wages. When my family had a disaster last year, they were overwhelmingly gracious helping us get back on our feet. I would recommend Pivotal without a doubt.

I'm still with Pivotal and would like to thank all that have helped me find a job and how Happy I am. Thank you.

**WARNING**, Avoid this place if you can, they have a habit of telling people to come in and register and not having any jobs available. They take copies of your driving license and SIN card and thats it! You are sent on your way NO JOB and have your time waisted. Kayla a recruiter who gives an impression of outgoing and being friendly, but just an act!

They are probably collecting private data on innocent job seekers and who knows where they take it. And if by chance Pivotal Staffing Scarborough Branch sells or gives my private information i.e copies of my SIN card or Driving license, I will definitely get in touch with Law enforcement. The experience I had there was shady and a complete waist of my time.

Wonderful experience. I applied with Pivitol back in 2010 and found the whole process very easy and simplified. After being wrongfully dismissed by a trucking company recently, i was easily motivated to return to Pivitol, once again the whole process was easy and i was presented with an opportunity to work after just 2 days!

All of the ladies at Pivitol are very polite, professional, and possess a high level of patience, they are especially patient with people who arrive unprepared with no SIN card, arrive with no ID.

Pivitol are very 'BY THE BOOK. What I mean by writing is, people with inadequate reading skills, writing skills, or experience with the English language will not be taken seriously, all three language skills are needed by every worker and employer to work safely and return home after each day of work unharmed.

Pivitol put SAFETY first and are not prepared for any individuals to jeopardize their safety protocols.

@ sure I wasn't sure about Pivotal but after my first day I went and signed up totally changed my mind. The staff @ Pivotal it self is amazing. Really nice & helpful. Expesally Elsa is just an employee there but extremely helpful and just an awsome person. Overall 5 star rating probably best agency I worked for. So anybody out there that wants or needs fulltime work. Go to Pivotal you won't regret it. And forgot to also mention. The pay is really good.

Overall really good experience at pivotal thus far. Elsa knows what’s she’s doing. I went in earlier this week and got work all in the same 30 minutes. Not sure what the negative hype is about.
I see people saying there crooks with pay but if they pay me my correct hours weekly and on time I have no complaints at all what so ever.
I’ve Been to a few agencies and this is one of the more legitimate ones believe it or not.

This agency is the worst I just called and I did 16 hours the work they gave me it was called the shopping channel it was very strict no metal allowed and use the machine to check u if u have metal.worked there for 2 days hated it the coworkers were very rude saying u should know this by 2 days.how the heck can u know everything for 2 days. I called pivitol and they said we have to get approved and all pay toll is closed.that s worst the agency I am with they pay u on time and they stick to things on time.so theses are all excuses. I am not happy with their service and I gave 0 star.very upset not paying me on time.recommend u all not to register there its very horrible

Garbage agency that is not organized and does not care about you. You are number to them. Run don't walk away from this place. They have messed up people's pay many many times. Get out now. UPDATE:
Got a call from the owner who owns this crock of an agency asking why I left a detailed review about my experience working for them. Will not be changing my review anytime soon as this is a matter of fact: TRUTH
