Pizazz! Florals and Balloons

I had flowers delivered to my mother in law and chose the seasonal bouquet. They flowers were beautiful, large size, affordable, and prompt delivery. Very pleased and will use them again!

All the ladies at Pizazz are super helpful and great at what they do! From top quality floral arrangements, to balloons for any occasion, they are a one stop shop for any special occasion. So grateful I have a store I can trust to take care of my orders for family members that I no longer live close to!

Absolutely the freshest and most beautiful flower arrangements. My arrangement lasted nearly a month: what else is there to say? Fresh cut flowers, for nearly a whole month.unheard-of! I would definitely recommend! And the staff is soooo friendly.

I was in your store to purchase flowers for my grand-daughters birthday. The minute I walked in the front door, I was received with welcome is there anything I can help you with. I told her exactly what I wanted and went to the cooler to pick out the arrangement that I saw tge night before on they're Facebook page. We talked about the gorgeous colors in tge bouquet. The store is absolutely beautiful and inviting. The sales lady and I spoke about the large assortment of birthday cards. The atmosphere is breath taking, so much too see.

We wanted to surprise family members with something different this year, your Entertain me basket was a nice find. Staff were very accommodating to our requests. The plants are a lovely addition to the basket and keep the gift memorable. There was a fantastic selection of cheese and crackers which was why we picked this basket. This family owned flower shop has been a staple in chatham for almost three decades - They always have a wide selection of fresh flowers to bring home, a pre-made vase arrangement in the fridge ready to go, or a unique gift item that I can pick up on my way to visit relatives or friends. Chantelle goes above and beyond with her customer service to ensure that each customer is taken care of. I've specialized ordered numerous luxury florals from Pizazz which may not be a regular cooler staple, but with enough time, Chantelle is always about to get the items for me! Last weekend, I ordered a beautiful hydrangea and organic greens bouquet for a sympathy order and they were able to hand-deliver the order to a location downtown chatham for me within a few hours!

I would like to start off by saying I did call to complaint about the flowers I got vs what I ordered and was given some store credit back which I definitely appreciate.
Even so, I’m still unhappy with what came. The ribbon is missing around the vase, the flowers were supposed to be red and pink/pale pink and the arrangement of the flowers was clearly poorly done.
This was poorly done and honestly looks like I did myself. I am not sure I would recommend getting any flowers arrangements from here, at least not around any busy holidays.

This past fall Chantelle agreed to help my husband and I with our wedding flowers as a special favour. Throughout the entire process, I had complete trust in Chantelle’s artistic vision, advice, and capability. I especially appreciated Chantelle’s easy-going nature, honesty, flexibility, budget-consciousness, and timely communication. When the flowers were delivered, I couldn’t have been happier. They were designed beautifully and of utmost quality. I would highly recommend Chantelle and the rest of the Pizazz team for all of your floral needs!

Unfortunate that they are willing to throw away $60+ dollars worth of business as they won’t blow up 1 foil balloon purchase elsewhere (they didn’t have the balloon in stock that we needed for our party, I purchased 1 elsewhere.and they said no) even though we were going to get multiple other balloons filled by them and purchased at their store but they turned us away. This policy is not listed anywhere

This is for the owner. Yes I have been to your floral shop. I use to shop there for flowers for my daughter's gravesite.
One your workers are pushy, rude and have no consideration of customers and their feelings.
Two over priced.
Three Sobeys sells just as nice bouquets for the same if not cheaper.
