Menu at this location doesn’t show any prices. We asked what’s the cost of pizza and they guys there said each pizza price is different. We said we know but he obviously didn’t understand and proceeded to repeat that each pizza is priced different.

This was perfect opportunity for them to make a sale and obtain us as repeat customers. It’s was our first time at this location. We left and went another pizza place

Best pizza place around for halal toppings and the wings are halal too I tell you give these guys a try it will be your every weekend pizza night spot

Pizza is ok here. I don't like the fact that if you do half/half on the pizza, you have to pay for separate toppings which other places don't do. If I am getting same toppings for the whole pizza, I would go here. I also find the crust a bit thicker than most places, which I am not a fan of.

This location does not care to service their customers to their satisfaction nor do they know how to cook a pizza properly. Our pan pizza was very over cooked, the crust is burnt and we had to “chew” through the hard crust. When we called the store they kept saying I’m wrong and that’s how the pan pizza is. The manager their kept on ignoring my concern and instead say I’m wrong. We emailed the head office about this locations service and even they didn’t respond back. Shows where these locations learn their customer service skills from. Won’t be buying from them anymore and will goto another pizza chain that makes their pizza properly and listens to their customers. Shameful

14.95 for a panzarotti with a can drink and a creamy garlic sauce. The panzo was very small (more like pizza pocket) with minimal amount of toppings. Not worth the money, will never buy there again. The lady was nice that's y I give 2

Paid for 2 dipping sauce, the guy said that will give it with the pizza, another guy give me the pizza, never received the sauce, remembered when i was home. To far to go back for it.

Good quality. Better than the big chains. Now this store is my go-to pizza store. Keep up good work.

Local pizza store to me, i mostly ordered pizza from this store. Always like the taste of pizza and staff is very polite and professional. Recommend everyone to try it once you will love it. I like shahi paneer indian style pizza.

Muslims be careful, they advertise their pizza as "Halal", but they sell pork products too. If you order from Uber eats make sure you choose the halal meat. To be safe avoid this place, they even have a sign on their counter that says they are not responsible if they gave you pork pizza if you didn't specifically ask for it. Many Muslims ate pork from their store without knowing

By far my favourite pizza spot the fact that they have really tasty halal options as well is a deal breaker

Tried first time based on my cousin’s recommendation and loved it! Better than pizza pizza and popular pizza. Will order from here for sure next time. The only drawback was that the tandoori chicken pizza was dry but the veggie pizzas were perfect! The star was their Shahi Paneer pizza.

Have ordered from here in the past and its always been decent go to option. Latest order was well packaged and delivered on time.

Pizza was yummy and flavourful. Definitely enjoyed eating it. Adequate amount of cheese equally balanced out all around.

The serving size is good as well, they are generous with toppings

Gonna start off by saying i’ve been visiting this branch for the past 5 years regularly and it’s usually been a positive experience, besides today. I like to get my pizza well done and normally they do a wonderful job but the last time I ordered on uber eats the pizza was burnt to the point I couldn’t eat it. I gave them a thumbs down and wrote a review to uber saying the pizza was burnt and I couldn’t eat it, but took no further action and didn’t post any public reviews about the incident. Today, I went into the store after a few months and the employee/manager/owner who i’ve been dealing with for the past 4-5 years chose to give me the worst attitude from the moment I walked in the door and literally started yelling at me in front of one of my guests because I had left a bad review over uber eats. Once he yelled at me I got pretty loud with him and let him know he lost a loyal customer, as I was walking out I was swearing under my breath on the way to my car as the entire incident left me pretty heated. At this point he started following me outside the store and started swearing at me loudly and yelling at me and in front of my family purposely trying to instigate a fight or get a reaction out of me. I just think it’s extremely unprofessional how someone running a business could act in such a manner to a paying customer. For the past 5 years i’ve been going here never ever acted in a negative manner with anyone and normally i’m a very calm person but this whole incident really got under my skin which is why i’m even posting this review. I truly believe business owners who can’t cater to their customers needs don’t deserve the community’s support. Worst experience i’ve ever had at a restaurant in my life and i’ll never go back again because there are hundreds of restaurants that respect and appreciate their loyal customers and I would much rather support them instead.

Just had the best pizza onions, mild italian sausauge and red peppers. The Ninth line store really knows how to make a pizza!

Ordered two large pizzas this evening for my family, both well done. However both of them are uncooked to the core. All I taste is dough and the cheese is not melted even. Very dissatisfied and disappointed this evening.

Pretty decent pizza for the price. I always opt for the walk-in special which is medium pizza with 3 toppings for just over $10. Can't go wrong here if you want a pizza with toppings of your choice.

Come on guys. How could you miss the lid that fell into my salad? I assume it's the lid of the Ceasar dressing. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

I like their veggie pizza. I think they make the best veggie pizza in town for very reasonable price. You can even ask to make it spicy.

Wonderful community gem. The ownership is lovely and very safe covid protocols. We love this pizza and their pepperoni. Great pricing. The better chicken sauce is yummy.
