I specifically asked them to use a washed clean knife to slice the pizza because of allergies but he used a dirty knife, so dirty that toppings got dried on it. So careless.
Also very little toppings and paper thin layer cheese. I ordered a regular crust, not thin, not very thin, but the bread with all cheese and topping was not a centimeter. There were only two pepperonis on each slice.on top of that when you pay, they put you on the spot to tip them and aksed you tip percentage and you have to decline to tip making you feel bad, I don't get it, why do I need to tip you, there was no service to tip you, I got the pizza from you and I am paying for it, why tip you?
very disappointing and will never order from here.

Very good service, good menu … not overly extensive. Food was very good quality all around. Prices were reasonable

The absolute best red sauce. Weather on Pizza or penzaroti, it’s honestly delicious. Portions are huge and the staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Try them new indian style wings

I tried Vegetarian Pizza yesterday and it was very tasty and delicious. Very friendly staff.
Place looks very clean.

Had honey garlic and mild and both were great. The pizza was well made with good amount of cheese. Had a dinner party and the guest all enjoyed it as well.

I ordered a regular crust butter chicken pizza with the original toppings. While I enjoyed the thickness of the crust, the dominant flavors were onion, cheese and sauce, with only a small amount of chicken on each slice. You should be lucky to have a piece of chicken in each bite. Most slices only had 2-3 small chicken pieces, and one slice had none at all. Overall, I couldn't taste the flavor of butter chicken in the pizza. Most of the bites were vegi. I had the option to add extra chicken for $3.99+tax.

Ordered after it opened after a long time but was highly disappointed, pizza sauce was sour, pizza itself was chewy and topping were just like garnishing.

We ordered pizza last weekend from this location. Pizza was super delicious, taste was exactly what we wanted. Great customer service, clean store, quick service and awesome experience overall.will definitely return to this place whenever we are in Vaughan again! Thank you!

The worst pizza ever! The dough was super dry and even stale. Called for a tandoori chicken pizza and it left the worst aftertaste in my mouth. Guys in the least do not serve stale food please that is disgusting!

Had a pizza from this place, the owner is nice but cheap as hell. We asked and paid for extra toppings (35 dollars for 1 pizza and crusty hard bread sticks), got one of the worst pizzas in the GTA, we have ever had. The pizza was basically bread with a dusting of toppings, got totally ripped off! Do yourself a favour go somewhere else!

Had a fantastic experience at this location. The quality food and staff were friendly. They have the best price in the area and I've enjoyed my completely different customized pizza there. Highly recommended for Pizza lovers in the town.

First time ordered after this location was closed the new owners came in but i m highly disappointed with the food quality it was so dry that I wasn’t even able to eat completely, skimpy on toppings and cheese if you look at the pictures from previous owners that’s what you call a real pizza, customer service over the phone was good simple and easy but the food, probably my last time ordering here.

Asked for Coriander, garlic, green chillies and only got a few pieces of coriander. Pizza sauce is what makes the pizza good and I just don’t like their pizza sauce.
Staff was friendly, but looks like they overlooked the requests for the toppings.

Pizza is amazing but customer service is very bad. They don’t pick up calls after 8: 45 PM because they are closing at 10: 00PM. Workers completely avoid phone calls so they don’t have to work. Even after reaching down to the location I tried to call them to see why they are not answering the phone and they hanged up my call. That’s a horrible customer service.

Amazing taste. They have many free toppings you can add. 3 large 6 toppings on either pizza for $ 20 or Xlarge pickup for 9.99 1 topping

This was our first time ordering from Pizza Depot. The price can not be beaten, the size of the pizza is fine. It looks good and it tasted very good. They are under new management so I can't compare. But the guys that were there yesterday are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back again.
