Worst pizza I would like to say I received ever.totally waste of money.first of all when we went there they forgot to prepare our order, after that they make it within only 10 mint.i don’t know how, well when we got our pizza it was totally messy so please do not place an order specially in this location (Williams and James potter.). And when I call them to inform them that we didn’t like pizza Bcz we didn’t order whatever they make it.the lady didn’t even say sorry like she can say that.will make better for next time, no nothing like that she just said bie mam.wt the …we are spending money on food.so please make it according to the customer.do not do the experiment on customer’s order.do it on your own.

Food was good with the worst service. Not recommended for food delivery.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE NO CARE AT ALL! Ordered 2XL pizzas for a small party and they took 1 hour 15 mins to get it to my house which is less than 5 mins away. When I called them after the first 30 mins they said it was late because of weather conditions but it had only rained a little. They said it was going to take an extra 30 minutes I said fine because the delivery was going to be included in the total price. Eventually the pizza came extremely late and cold the driver was a nice guy and it wasn't his fault, I talked to him and he said he had 10 deliveries prior. So it wasn't the supposed "bad weather" they were simply exploiting the driver and pushing him around cramming as many orders as possible. I called them and told them the pizza was cold on top of it being it being late all they said was " we can't do anything" no apology no nothing. Simple rule any business should follow is making sure the customer is satisfied, I was a regular customer for more than 5 years, best believe I'm not giving them my business!

Employees need some ethics how to treat customers, its employer duty if you want dignity of your worker oriented them first

Need to get more staff and should hire workers who are having Good command of English.

I’d ordered and was asked to pick up in 15-20 mins when I reached there after 25 mins they said they’ve just got the order and they are still making it. Made me wait for another 25-30 mins to make a Large Pizza. Disappointed

This pizza store is so perfect topings are proper on full pizza. Its so good and a girl in the night at 11 also so nice and serves good.
