I have ordered a medium shahi paneer pizza along with a chicken pizza. Both pizza were rubbish and tasteless. It was supposed to be Indian style however it was not of any style. No spice no taste of the sauce. The onions were not fresh and they were smelling. I called to raise this concern as I am a regular customer but the guy on the other side have a different attitude all together. He was not concerned and was hopeless. It was very disappointing dinner.

I have ordered a chicken pizza and spent $40-$50 on the entire order. The chicken pizza was garbage. The chicken was not cooked properly. There was no pizza sauce and toppings were not fresh. The onions were smelling. When I called them to complain the guy refused to give his name and was showing attitude that I should get the pizza back to show him. He want me to drive 15 mins at 11 pm just to show him the condition which I obviously refused. I am going to complain in the head office and file a request to cancel their franchise. *Don’t give any business to this location*

The experience at the pizza restaurant was regrettably disappointing, primarily due to the abysmal customer service we encountered. From the moment we entered, the staff's indifference was palpable.
When the food finally did arrive, any hopes of salvaging the experience were quickly dashed. The quality of the pizza was overshadowed by the sour taste left by the service. It was disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail, from cold and overcooked pizza to missing toppings

My sister and I stopped in for lunch and Jatinder Mann was exceptionally helpful and polite. Service was fast and efficient.

Not impressed with the customer service. Lady was rude and hitting the counter rushing me to order. Told me what I should order I stead of letting me look through the menu.
Don't recommend ordering food here. They have no respect for their paying customers.

Pizza depot doesn't not serve HALAL Stores doesn't not carry any halal certificate. They get there meat from Supato foods.

They used to be so good in the past. Going down terribly now. I have been a regular customer.
Lack of toppings.
Half cooked base. Feeling sick now because of the poor base.
Order messed up multiple times.
Never coming back.

Ordered one large tandoori paneer pizza from this location. Was little confused with the toppings and the employee named GURJANT over the phone really helped me to figure out everything even at the same price. Giving 5 star for their service as well as the taste of the pizza’s. WILL RECOMMEND ……. For sure.

Worst pizza ever, worst customer service, very rude staff. They dont know how to talk to customers. Very disappointed never going to order again

I had a worst pizza, French fries and potato veggies from here. All of the food was soggy and without proper seasoning. And the food was bland. And when I called them to address the issue, they were incorporative and said they can't do any thing. The worst experience that I ever had. Don't order from this location. Food quality is the worst of the worst

There has been a huge decline in quality at this location. Never will I order again. Rude front staff and they hardly put any cheese on our pizza. In fact there was only patches of cheese I've never seen such cheap behavior from a pizza depot. Dad that this is coming from original location.

Love their pizzas especially the indian style. They always get my order right. Even if its complicated with more than one pizza each split with different toppings.

I've ordered pizza from this location many times and I don't know what's happening lately but the last few orders of pizza have had such little cheese. The quality has changed. The pizzas also haven't been cut properly lately.

Found hair in the pizza. Will never order again!

I ordered pizza and chicken wings it taste good but the paper they used under the wings it’s the worst in quality

1st order i made last week was awsome.everything was perfect and very tasty but the order i got yesterday was a bit disappointing.the toppings were very less and only on half of the pizza.

I ordered pizza tonight at 8: 05pm and was told it would take about 45 min to be delivered. I ended up waiting for 1hr and 25 min before I called back. I finally received the pizza after a total of 2hrs.

The pizza is good but the delivery time was definitely too long.

In the future if the business is very busy and I would have been told a longer delivery time, I would not have minded. Unfortunately, this time I am not satisfied with the quality of service that was provided.

After waiting 2hrs you are no longer hungry or ready to eat.

The staff and driver was very polite on the phone all 3 times I spoke with them, but execution of the delivery regarding time was very lacking.

I was not offered and sort of compensation for my troubles with this order at any point and I did not ask.

Would not recommend having pizza delivered from this establishment, instead if you do need to order I would suggest pickup.

This pizza place never disappoints. My go to place for Indian style pizza. The staff is always polite and the pizza is always ready on time.
You can tell that they use fresh ingredients and put effort into taking your order and keeping into mind any special instructions.

moreover, the girl working at cash counter was really rude, doesnot know how to talk with customers.its the worst pizza and customer service i have ever had.never go to this place again.you guys really need to work on customer service and the quality of pizza.

Yesterday evening (2021/06/18) I bought extra large pizza and its horrible. We couldn't eat it bcs it was all burned underneath and the top has not cooked well. I called them to tell it and they said " sorry we cannot help". I said I have the pizza with me bcs we couldn't eat it, but he was rude and said he cannot help. I have the receipt with me and I will never go there again.

Worst. I ordered extra large pizza and I was annoyed by eating the first slice of pizza, pizza was uncooked from top and it looked as garlic sauce was put on the top of the pizza and I could not eat it. Even my stomach is aching and don't ever order pizza from here. Worst experience i have attached photo and you can see how it is cooked from top.

My family ordered pizzas from this location last night.cheese taste like it was gone bad.this was our last time to order pizza from this location.

Great taste. I have been in Canada for 15 years tried pizza depot for the first time. Excellent pizzas, taste. Ordered 4 all of the were great taste.chicken fingers were average, potato wedges were average and I believe less quantity than what they advertise but again as the pizza goes in your mouth. It’s heavenly. Thank u

I had very bad experience with pizza depot as they don't listen the order properly. I f we complai regarding it, instead of accepting their mistake they behave rudely. Their employees don't know how to behave with the customers. Even the food is also bad. I will never order again from pizza depot.

Ordered a pizza at 12: 45 am and i called them at 1: 50 about the delivery, the boy said we are closed. Then why you took my order?

I visited this location @ 4: 15pm Nov. 24.and this is the second time I have asked for Cheese on top for my pizza and reminded the guy over the counter but he didn’t listen and even he argued about that. I mean seriously customer have their own preferences.will never come back again. I don’t think he even washed his hands. I end up throwing pizza in the bin.very unprofessional.

I dont have option for 0 star but believe me dont order from here.they made one pizza raw and i called them back they said next time say to make it well done we cannot do anything and he said we are too busy right now and hung up.ill be going to health and safety authority.the person i spoke to his name is gurjan.just an FYI.

I’m a regular customer at this location as they offer a good quality pizza. Last night I had ordered a large tandoori chicken pizza which was delivered around 10pm. I had left over pizza which I took to my work place today. There was a plastic piece inside one of the slice. I thought it was a chicken bone but later when I took it out from my mouth, it was very clearly a plastic piece. I called this location and the lady on the phone was arguing that why didn’t I reported this last night. I just wanted to report this so that it’s not repeated again. It might have caused a serious health problem if I had swollen or chewed it. The lady didn’t even bothered to apologize and was in hurry to hung up the call. This message is for the franchise owners to talk to the kitchen staff so that this thing is not repeated again for any other customer. Ordered garlic sticks half burned and pizza was overcooked too. Front end girls got some srs attitude issue. Should focus on customer service than showing attitude. She didn’t even ask for dipping. Our pizza suppose to be mild spicy but, it was very spicy.

I ordered extra large pizza from here, ask to make it Indian style and spicy but the pizza was not spicy and there was no coriander on the top even barely can see the toppings just onions, never had this bad pizza.

I had very bad experience with the pizza store on Peterrobterson. I paid money for my order to the guy and he told me to wait 10 to 15 min.inside my car. When I went to pick up my order after 15 minutes, my order wasn't ready. He said he forgot. They were laughing and talking instead of preparing for the order. This is very unprofessional and they have no respect for their customers.

We ordered 2 pizzas from this location. Both pizzas had very big unpeeled ginger and large green chillies which made the pizzas uneatable. Also the second pizzas had very few amount of toppings which essentially made us feel cheated. We had to throw the pizzas as the store failed to provide us with a reasonable solution and just offered us 10% discount for next order which made us feel like we are begging for the correct items. We had to order again from another pizza chain because of it. Essentially we had to order twice to have our lunch once and this is not that something I hope pizza depot corporation would be proud of.

They make an excellent pizza. Also their wing selection is NUTS. Really love this place and I give Hight Recommendation

Terrible customer service. Had to repeat my order over the phone twice to two different people because they certainly don't know what their own deals are.the guy named jaskaran is the most ruth person i have ever talked in customer service he should learn how to take order rather than showing his fake accent if u cant take order if u cant manage you shouldnt be there go get a life i called by 11: 30 still rather than focusing on taking order he was more focused on being rude and rush you are nothing but a useless person who needs to learn atleast basic manners

Very poor customer service. No one is ever at the counter and when they do attend they look like zombies. No manners on how to speak. Never ordering from here again.

I usually order pizza from here no doubt their pizza is tasty but the last two times I ordered pizza there was hair in it and have informed them and all they say is that oh bring the old pizza if you can we will make another one, like seriously do you think I want to drive back from my place 3 km and wait for my food again.otherwise all they say is oh sorry for that it won’t happen again. They need to really work on the service and hygiene

Terrible customer service. Had to repeat my order over the phone twice to two different people because they apparently don't know what their own specials are. The man who works there took my order down wrong, then fought with my family over the phone about whether or not we had included certain toppings, and then refused to send a new pizza unless we returned the old one.

Rude. Inconsiderate. And the pizza and wings were terrible to boot.

Waste of time and money.

Waited to be served but I guess I wasn't important enough as a customer to be greeted or served before other customers (acquaintances) coming in after me. Very rude and poor customer service. Value is poor for anything but pizza.
