Pizza Hut

Just got pizza and wings, pizza was good but wings seemed undercooked and almost cold hopefully I don't get sick from it or we're are going to have a problem!

Pizza was good but wings are not. Got 2 flappers out of the 14 wings, they had an odd taste, not your typical tasting chicken wings.

I stopped in for their $10 lunch box deal which consisted of a small square 3 topping pizza an I opted for the 5 boneless wings vs fries. I have to say for the price it was really good and filling

This is what u get when u pay for extra cheese. Very pathetic cause this is the 5th time they did this to my order and I’m now very furious cause I’m tired of wasting my hard earned money. And there was more slices with barely any cheese on it, the kids took it and already started eating it. What’s the point of paying for extra cheese wen u get the same amount of cheese as a regular cheese pizza? STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

When almost every place was closed (including the A&W next door), we decided to try this Pizza Hut.

We ordered the the triple treat box for $37 + HST and it’s a pretty sweet deal for the amount of food that’s included.

The staff seemed pretty friendly and it’s great to see customer service offered with a smile.

I called to put an order and this very rud person telling me to hurry up with my order
all I wanted to know what kind of sause they had for chicken wings he trying to tell me only bbq sauce and he rushing me on the phone he could not keep my order straight this place need to have everyone there retrained how to treat customers I will never order from there and anyone try to order good luck horrible service horrible phone service

Amazing deal for boneless chicken and a pizza & a pop! $10!? Mmmm. Diet Pepsi included for no extra money, but I can't stand diet.so I deduct a star for having to pay extra for regular pop! Otherwise, yum!

Hands down worst food I have ever tasted. I have tried giving this place a chance on 3 separate occasions and this time around I got food poisoning. Nothing like being sick for 2 days after eating a meal and not being able to keep anything down. I don't know how your staff manage hygiene practices, but, obviously it needs some work. I would never recommend this location. You should be shut down. I'm surprised you have lasted this long.

The hot wings were way too and not enjoyable. The mild wings were amazing and so was the pizza!

Meh. Its pizza hut. Nothing special. THey do pizza hut pizza well, but nothing to wright home about.

Friendly and quick service, also, if you like crispy crust, the regular crust is amazing here. Totally recommend it

On my pizza one-time was a hair. I overlooked it as "just a pizza hair" because delivery options are slim by South Cayuga road and continued to order delivery. Then I got the stone cold stunner after ordering delivery to my house a bunch of times prior. I was told the manager said it was out of delivery range and I could not be served. I spoke with the manager personally when this location opened and viewed a map together. We both agreed I was on the edge of the delivery zone but could be delivered to still without issue. Well thanks for the small town support during covid season. I will order Squires from now on for delivery considering I haven't had issues with them.

Really great service. I had a pickup order and my drink were forgotten but I was charged so I called and they had them deliver the drinks.

I can't give 5 stars because the website screwed up my order, but the Dunnville location did their best to make things right! Their replacement was given cheerfully and without issue. The pizza was, as always, a decadent treat.

I went there and my order came to $11.85, they charged me $13.85 and wouldn't refund me the difference. Won't go back. It was the Dunnville Ontario location.

I don't have anything bad to say about this Pizza Hut. They've never screwed up an order, never gotten a bad pizza, nothing. I have a hard time understanding the people in there but that isn't really their fault and they always give great service, always friendly, and always perfectly cooked without skimping on toppings. Would recommend if you don't mind paying more for the awesome quality.

Great pizza, but everything is a bit too greasy, I know its supposed to be greasy but still overboard

The pizza was delicious, the only issue we had was the man that took our order did not listen to my husband, we asked for a pan pizza, received a normal pizza that costed 21.99 plus tax, thats ridiculous when you buy your ingredients to make your product in bulk.
I feel VERY ripped off, and I will never order from Pizza Hut again

Had to drive 20 mins for pickup so I called ahead For an order of cheesy crust. Got there and ask if order is correct says yes, asked for 2 dipping sauce specify no creamy garlic. I drive back home to eat to realize he gave me creamy garlic and a extra cheese pizza. Tried to call back right when realized before 10pm closing and no one answers. Probably the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve had yet.

The food is good, however I could not access the mobile site to place the triple box order. I attempted 4x and ended up having to phone in and the reception on the their phone was so bad I could not understand the person I was talking too and had to keep repeating “pardon”. They either need a new land line or phone. Will wait and see if the order is correct.order arrived and delivery charge of $3.75 applied plus $1.50 as I used a debit card. Total cost $44.35 - order was $33.99- $5.25 additional charges. Not happy - was not advised of a delivery charge for 3 blocks and if I paid by debit.

Just ok pizza, good gluten free crust but on both of our pizzas, Canadian and veggie gluten free crust, hardly any sauce or cheese. Very dry and had to revamp with some sause and cheese to enjoy.
What ever happened to really great pizzas unless made at home.

Love this place. The staff are curteous and friendly and the food is fresh with good portions, quality ingredients and very well priced. I discovered their mediteranian pasta and breadsticks. Absolutely delicious!

Update.tonight we got a pizza with mushrooms, red onions, roasted red peppers and aged cheddar cheese. WOW soooo good!
