I loved Pizza Hut because it was my family's go to spot for birthdays and buffets. I'm so sad to see how small they've become. The food here is great, nostalgic and delicious. This location no longer takes guests for a dine-in experience, only specialising in take-out. I wish the old Pizza Hut would come back, but then again my mother and I enjoyed eating our medium pizza in the car knowing it's from Pizza Hut alone.
If you're in the area or a Pizza Hut fan, please give these guys some love before the location gets bought out.

Check your order before you leave.naively tipped cashier before receiving pizza. Ordered extra sauce, received LESS sauce. Less than normal. Several slices were lacking certain toppings. Very cheap place. Go anywhere else.

Worst experience with wings firstly they pack it so bad tha sauce was dripping out of the box also wings were so small nd one of the wing was not even wing just a bone what a waste of money

Whenever I buy pizza from them it's taste same. I have other locations as well nearby to my house but I like pizza from them only.

Pizza hut pizza has always been comfort food. They have chairs and space for dining but it's closed off. Dark and not very nice in there.

The full seating area is completely run down and full of garbage and storage. This used to be suitable for dining in. We could not even order take out after seeing the mess. Very unfortunate.

We ordered delivery last night while overnighting in Toronto. The food was hot, delicious and perfectly cooked.

Over priced and always getting my order wrong. Today was my last time there. Make sure your order is correct before you pay and be prepared to wait an extra 10 minutes from the initial time they gave you.

The last pizza I bought here was very disappointing. I bought 2 large veggies with stuffed crust, most of it was disposed of.

First of all, my pizza was not delivered to me I have to pick up after I call to the store to enquire my pizza, and the pizza is all cheese not enough toppings taste so cheesy so bad, really had a very bad experience not going to order from this store ever

Worst absolutely worst ever service. 1st of all I ordered online and and I had the option to pay in person with a credit card 2nd 2nd the trucking said it got there it already arrived when I went downstairs half an hour being on the phone with Pizza Hut transferring me to 4 different departments never let me go through the actual store store the delivery guy appears. And then he says he doesn't have the machine which clearly States on my receipt that I'll be paying in person with a credit card now hes asking me I should pay in cash or E transfer and I didn't have that so I'm left with no pizza and now needing to order from somewhere else this is completely horrible absolutely the worst service I ever endured and I've bought many times from it times from Pizza Hut online never had an issue.

Loved the 5 topping meat lovers. Especially when it is on sale and the 2nd same medium for 5.00. Awesome. As long as this deal is on I'm a exclusive customer. Otherwise for value I gi ti pizza Nova! Rather not go to Pizza Nova though.

I wish I could give 0 star. Worst customer service. I placed an order girl who received the order spoke to me for 6 min when i called back after 47 mins to check where my order is, i have been tole that i never placed an order. This is not customer’s fault that you didn’t enter the order in-the system.

Today I went to order pizza the girl who is there at the reception treated me very bad, she makes me to wait for more than 30mins I don't know what she is speaking in phone for long time.if she talks for long time then how she can prepare orders, very horrible and rude approach the other guy comes in between to the reception he also doesn't care about why someone is waiting, Don't place any orders in this place you will not get your stuffs at right time. I need to rate these place in NEGATIVE.

Could be better over the counter service. They where very rude and spoke in only there home country language. They they treated their own fellow country people with higher service and I was treated like a second class citizen.
I will not be going back to this restaurant.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and they said they will not come up to my unit to deliver it. I am a single mother to two babies under 2. I cannot leave them alone in my apartment unattended so instead they cancelled my order. I don’t really understand because the lockdown is over and I’ve never had this issue in the past with any deliveries including from Pizza Hut in the past. Terrible service. I will never be going back here again.

Def this place is a hit or miss. Last time pizza was PERFECT, this time, it is terrible. Missing whole toppings and sauce. The toppings that are there are uneven, on half the pizzas only and way too much olives and regular cheese. I didn't get my smoked cheddar and feta i paid for.

Also had absolutely no sauce or mushrooms on both also. Please fix it to be always like last time. Get rid of the person who is making the messy pizza or teach them care about what they are doing.

Poor service. Phone is not answered. Delivery is delayed by more than 30 minutes! Avoid this store.

The pizzas are very rich, the products with which they make the pizzas are of very good quality, the cheese is very good.the only bad thing about the pizzeria is on the outside It really looks like an abandoned establishment, they don't have the cleaning or care of a multinational chain, the grass looks like it hasn't been cut in a long time.

I order for Xl meat lover and the person at counter change my order to 2 medium size meat lover that a. Customer rejected to my son. He told my son that 2 medium are better than 1 Xlarge. Really disappointed, but I couldn't come back for a change because my are staffing, they can't wait for another 10minutes. We are not happy for the food, they just eat as they have to fill the stomach at the moment. Money wasted.

They says it’s a contactless delivery but the delivery guy and the manager insisted that I come down my apartment to take my delivery. Very poor services

Pizza hut is so so. I really enjoy their pepperoni pan pizza, but I also realize it has zero nutritional value, so I MAYBE go there once a quarter if that much. I also realize what I like about the pizza is also what makes it so unhealthy, if they made it healthier it wouldn't be the same and I might not go. It's also overpriced by at least a factor of 2 ($12 for a small, $19 for a large one topping), so given the combination of lack of nutritional value and price, it's really not worth it unless they are having a special on single pizzas. You would get way more substance in a subway sandwich for less money.

I would recommend to pizza hut to drop their prices, or at the very least include unlimited toppings. Imagine is subway charged $11 for a piece of their bread with a bit of sauce and a single topping.

This spot gives wonderful service and yummy menu. One of my favourite spots in the area. The food came out rapidly and the rates were affordable. Will definitely recommend this spot.

Food was freshly made with the original Pizza hut taste. Will visit any day to enjoy so old fashioned pizza

We booked a party of 20 people. Surprisingly there was only one person serving and doing online plus take out orders. It was a very good idea for the party for memory of my brother that passed on few years ago. He as one of the best managers for the east region I (Lloyd Sugrim), just wish he was around to make this restaurant location better because that is what he did for 33years. There was a very bad sewage smell coming from the mens washroom into the dining area. Please fix it soon, so more people can dine in.

Always loved pizza hut and one of the handful still serving restaurant style. Quaint, not too busy so u get ur food fast, and customer service is very friendly. If you like the pizza, recommend it

It was okay. There is nothing new there. Everything, from the furniture to the menu, is the same old.

Pizza was great! We originally called for it to be delivered, but it turned out that the delivery was going to take more than an hour at the time (not the original 45 minutes that they estimate it'll take), so we decided to just go pick it up ourselves. Up on arrival we were told that we couldn't sit down and enjoy the pizza at the restaurant and we had to eat uncomfortable inside of our car. Not cool

Made an order online. However there is no way for you to cancel the order once it has been made online.
Got stuck on the phone-line waiting waiting. I had to hang up and callback to receive someone else. Who transferred me but the call was disconnected.
Call back again (at this point in time 15 mins has already been gone).
Finally got the office said the delivery was already out.

My advice to whoever is doing online purchase check before confirming else you will regret that you made the purchase.

It's sad because even though their ratings are bad their pizza taste is what i liked from others.

Ordered delivery and was told driver refused to bring up to my door as it was past 7pm.when i told them i have an injury and cannot go downstairs, they got their manager to call me. They said it is policy to NOT deliver to doors after 7pm.no specific reason. When i said okay, cancel my order, they said it was due to no parking. DISGUSTING SERVICE!

Hey What happened to the pizza buffet at Pizza Hut? Hey I must admit that I have not had the buffet for a while but I’m surprised it’s gone. At least at this location. Pizza Hut is an old go to Pizza place for me and one of the only franchises sit down Pizza Restaurant that I know of.

Well I ordered a medium Triple Crown and boy does it look delicious. It took about 15 minutes or less, and is hot fresh and as good as it looks. Great service too. So I would certainly come back for a nice sit down lunch. Surprisingly it not busy, there where only two other tables with people and as I’m finishing up I am alone in here. So take advantage and get in here and enjoy a nice sit down Pizza Lunch.

This is very wired place they are open till 11: 00pm but they say we close dine in at 9: 30 they don’t even mention it anywhere.

Kipling and rexdale pizza Hut great pizza. They have a 50% off Sunday to Wednesday carry out. Delicious. Toppings on point crust nice and buttery

Table service is HORRENDOUS.

Literally had to ask for service to be seated. Took 20 minutes to have someone take our order. People seated after us had their order taken before ours: now I don’t know if it was because they shared the same race. It was a bit ridiculous: they were served hand and foot before we were taken care of. I’m a paying customer I’m not asking for anything for free; so this really upset us.

Never again.

Also hygiene. HYGIENE IS SO IMPORTANT IF YOURE WORKING IN FOOD SERVICES.

HORRIBLE management. This place is a disgrace to Pizza Hut. I made an online order and it took almost 2 hours for the delivery guy to come to my house. I called the store 3 times and the manager (Leo) was very unprofessional. After a long conversation he only offered to give a discount if I order again and hung up on me

Once the pizza delivery guy finally came to deliver the pizza, We had to ask the delivery guy to take the pizza back, since the pizza was cold. The delivery guys excuse was that he was stuck in an elevator, yet he had other people in his car with him and he laughed instead of apologizing for being beyond late.

I had to then drive to the store to ask for a refund. When we got to the store the manager was verbally abusive and he had zero customer service skills. The other employees had to calm down the situation. The manager also said "this is my place so please leave" instead of trying to fix the situation, and the employees apologized on his behalf.

I should have looked at the reviews before placing my order. As per other reviews this not the first time this has happened at this location.

The experience was so unbelievable that I had to put in a complaint with the Head Office. I really hope they do something about the Horrible manager.

The best pizza hut I've dealt with. Even on a Frisay night, when they're busy, the customer service and wait time doesnt suffer.

- Food was great, fresh for the most part etc.
- Soda was stale
- Price on the higher side
- Tables completely empty (no sauces, condiments, etc.)
- Service is horrible; waitress was pleasant to speak with I guess but restaurant was empty and yet a huge delay in being seated
- No checking in on anything after food delivered. I got up 3 times during the meal for my requests (and all staff members were busy chatting in the kitchen). Despite dining in, we felt like we took food to a picnic table somewhere.won't be back.

They should mention on the website that their dining closes at 9.35 pm rather then on the we 11 pm.
Drove all the way to this location on Sunday night. Front desk saying we are close at 9.45 pm lol. How you guys doing business if can’t take customer in at 9.45 pm. Your location timing mentions open till 11 pm
Please make it clear on your operating hours.

Would give zero stars if I could! Tried to order pizza for my birthday and the phone was answered by a woman named Jan/Jen who ended up hanging up on me. Had to order elsewhere for my birthday celebration.

This food is garbage okay, the pizza dry and tasteless I called and let them know the girl said she can give me 10% off my next purchase, I will never recommend this place to anyone I love.it didn’t even have cheese on it, and the cheese that was on it was burnt.trash employees ruin corporations such as this one, don’t they train you all to make pizza, why waste people money.

This Pizza is wonderful. Better than all other brands found in Toronto. However the price is as almost double than the other famous brands but the size is smaller. I would say it is very expensive comparatively. Service is very good and cleanliness is also excellent.

Ordered online. Waited 2.5+ hours for delivery. Called for an update 3+ times (each time with no answer).

Dont order online. You will not get your food.

Wish i could give NO STARS. Their pizza was not cooked properly. Me and my colleagues are having stomach ache.and when i called the store, the manager was like you already ate the pizza what do you want now. He was very rude. I said i don't want anything i called just so you don't do this to any other order.
