Pizza Hut

My son and I dined at this property earlier in the evening. It has moved its location and is now across the street from The Beer Store.

The food tasted great and the customer service was top notch - conversational, helpful and service with a smile. Can’t beat it!

The pepperoni pizza was surprisingly good! Haven't had pizza hut in ages so it was a very enjoyable and welcome experience. The pepperoni itself was crisp and had a bit of spice to it.

Best Pizza in Ottawa.

The only location that makes their own Marinara sauce.

I am from the US and have never seen a location use prepackaged Heinz which the other 2 locations in Ottawa do. Unfortunately even though this location is closer to my house I am not in their delivery zone so we now make the drive instead of being disappointed from one of the other locations.

Prepackaged Heinz is disgusting and no Pizza Hut should be allowed to use it. That's just lazy and will lose my business.

Kudos to this location for always having friendly welcoming staff, and killing it with their pizza cooking!

The place is new so very clean. Enthusiastic staff, product was good. Some incoming staff were a little slack with masking protocols.

So bad service I ask the employee some Ketchup he said we don't have he was not politly when he spoke and the test for pizza too bad I don't recommend for all

Food is consistently good. Would have rated 4 stars however the delivery driver for the resto did not do contactless delivery, rather waited until I answered the door and am handed me the food. Seems like a little complaint, but given Covid 19 protocols the delivery drivers should be complying.

This lockdown is horrible and decided to get the kids pizA. Our first time trying Pizza Hit in Ottawa. It was really good. I have no complaints. The boneless wings were delicious the pizzas were perfect. I ordered the box combo and also pizzas and wanted to try the new kfc pizza. They accidentally put the kfc pizza into the combo box so I assumed they didn't give it to us. I called and the manager was very nice and offered to replace it for us.after we started eating I opened the 2nd pizza box inside the combo box and realized the put it inside the combo box. I called right away to twll him they put it in the combo box so we don't need a replacement. I felt so bad. I asked him if instead if us getting it can he give it to the staff.he agreed. Excellent customer service and food.

Unfriendly staff and shocked how the restaurant manager, Juan, was treating some customers. Never seen so unprofessionalism and rude service and the family was actually forced to leave the restaurant. I was disgusted please drive further and find another Pizza Hut

Watched the Manager (named Juan) be extremely rude and aggressive to a customer. Shocking to see a manager act this way. No customer service skills whatsoever.
Ruined my dine in experience. Will not be returning.

Great service, great food. The best part was the waitress, she was super friendly and very fast and attentive to our needs. If I could give her a rating it would be 10 stars!

My favorite Pizza Hut. Food is great and the service is exceptional. The folks here are very good people. Hypothetically speaking, were I ever to stamp out of the restaurant like some raging nitwit due to a bad customer service line experience, I would very much want them to know I'm sorry. Were this ever to happen. Hypothetically speaking.

Dine hasn't been the best experiences.

Take out on the other hand, I love it. The front desk help has been amazing.

Food was really good. The service on the otherhand was no so. We waited 15 minutes to be served after being seated. The bread sticks and salad arived before the drinks arrived. Pizza ordered was not what was delivered tableside. Waitress was either preoccupied or just didn't care about her tip. Service was poor, but food was up to standard.

Online ordering system did not have the options that was on the downloadable Food and Allergy FAQ - I called - it rang about 6-10 times, I lost track after five - it then switched and placed me on hold. I was on hold for over 5 minutes - ever get the feeling a company just doesn't want to deal with you? Would it have hrt to pickup the phone and just say I'm really super busy can you call back in 15 or can I place you on hold for 10 minutes?

Excellent service from the girl working tonight! She gave us the discount that wasn't working online without even having to explain it, she already knew the situation. The pizza was delicious and it only took like 12 minutes with us waiting in the car out front. We will definitely eat here again!

We have been to this location many times. Friendly staff, excellent service and nice buffet. Always have a great time with my family.

I am here with my family well before their scheduled closing time. They said they closed early today because there were not many customers. This is the second time this has happened to us. Very disappointed.

This is an awesome location! I have been going there for years and the service is extraordinary, the staff extremely friendly, and the food is amazing! The Buffett during the week is awesome too! Mandy the server that's been there for years is the best server at any restaurant I've ever been to - so attentive and knowledgeable of products etc. I wouldn't hesitate to go and eat in as it's a special time when you do!

Had a birthday celebration here, pizza was delicious! Extra pepperori with stuffed crust, excellent experience all around, can't complain.looking forward to going back soon

So disappointed. I went here at 4: 30. Definitely not rush hour. No staff available to seat us. Apparently the table staff were all on smoke break. After about 5 minutes of standing around the guy at counter mumbled something at me and goes out back to get the waitress, who promptly disappears and I'm still waiting. I gave up and took my business to Gabriel's.

We visited this location today for the lunch buffet, and our experience was amazing. The pizza was piping hot and delicious, and our server was incredibly efficient while also creating an atmosphere of friendship; even going so far as getting a little sweet treat for our young daughter. Our family highly recommends a visit to this restaurant, you won't be disappointed. We will be back soon.

Always enjoy coming here for Pizza! Been awhile, but the girl at the front remembered me and my Easy on the Sauce! Awesome!
