Friendly staff.love their pizza but skimpy on the pepperoni on the small 6 slice pizza. The coffee was luke Warm.

Salad was fresh and my pizza was delicious and hot. Only one waitress so please be patient and if you are in a rush let her know.

Usually good but was not happy with this order as they didn't do a good job with spreading the barbeque sauce and cheese all over. And to think I also paid for extra cheese. Very disappointed.

Only go to this location if you have time to kill. 15 minutes just to be asked what we wanted.it's always been this way at this location. Management only schedules 1 worker, ridiculous.

Absolutely love the pasta dishes here. Staff are really polite and very friendly. Never had any issues with this location.

Pizza hut ellesmere road make pizzas very bad overcooked burnt. Disappointed with their pizza. Hopefully they read my review and make good pizzas for customers.

I'm happy this classic location is still open! The pizza is amazing as usual from here and baked to perfection! Staff is super friendly! I highly recommend this place if you're craving pizza and wings! ️

The place is big and ample space inside. A small or a big group, doesn't matter, they have space for you.

We went there around 7 pm. Employees refused for making new fries. Also informed us pop machine is not working.

Although they gave us food, but it seems we forced them to cook, that was the last visit to the location.

We are going there for a long time now, nice ambiance, good customer service, good food. Keep it up!

Not the quality I expected from Pizza Hut. I frequently order from the Pizza Hut in my area but tonight they were closed. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to this location and was disappointed. The pizza is rather dry and hard as if it was out for a while. Taste very dense, overall very thin and crusty. Would not get pizza from this location again.

Some of the reviews, are posted by their staff members, maybe if they remembered to use an account that didn't share names of rude staff members name tags, it would be more believable.

Who is the manager of this place? ! I can’t believe this is actually Pizza Hut.what a disgrace to Pizza Hut restaurant. The manager needs to change ASAP or close this branch down. Terrible pizza every single Order.

Pizza Hut is one of the most delicious restaurants, but the branch is not good at doing it.for example The pizza was seared and the chicken were not well cooked.

Got a stuffed crust pizza and wings as a treat I've not had in 10 plus years and TBH aside from it having way less sodium than I remember it was actually almost the same tasting as it was way back then. The wings, well it's not Duff's but they are way better than 1111 and on par with Nova

Thursday 1030 pm one of the workers pulled down his mask to sneeze and proceeded to handle my food with out washing his hands and when I confronted him about it he was trying to argue with me and as i was walking out of the store he yelled at me calling me a loser this is the most unprofessional disrespectful disgusting workers i have ever seen he needs to be fired

I love cheese burst crust here. I say eat cheese lovers or meat lovers with white/regular sauce. Hey whatever takes your fancy i'm sure you enjoy them.

One of the best place to get Pizzas, there Manager Ajay is so polite and knows how to sale. It was very easy for me to decide and shifting all my catering orders here.

I filled out the online order form correctly and it said within 40-45 minutes.
I didn't have my phone on me as I was waiting by the window, so when I got to my phone and called back, they said I didn't fill in the address correctly.
I told them that's the website form not me. And when the driver came, I gave instructions to leave the pizza inside our closed porch but he instead RANG the doorbell! Don't blame the customer for your mistakes. Will never order from this location again. NO STARS if I could.

This is a terrible location. The manager is a rude man with horrendous customer service skills. Will be making a general complaint. I don’t really care if this is read or not i was just so offended by the way he spoke to me. I made a mistake by ordering a second pizza that my family no longer wanted and when i called the first three times to cancel it i got no answer. By the fourth time i got a rude man on the phone telling me he couldn't hear me and i needed to speck “properly on the phone” (even thought the noise was coming from his end) and that “I shouldn’t waste food” and hung up on me in that moment. I understand that the mistake should have been fixed right away or not even made in the first place but that is not how you talk to customers efficiently and especially when no one was disrespectful to you, i was just trying to fix a simple mistake. Kind of ruined my appetite and i wont be ordering from here ever again and will not recommend people to waste their time or money here either.

I love to eat in here. It's got a warm, cozy atmosphere, great staff and the food is good. I am a big fan of their Pizzas, especially the maple chicken which I highly recommend. The Pizza comes straight from the oven to the table and it is easy to order extra for later. I also recommend the cheesey garlic bread which is gooey and yummy.

Food is OK, but the guy with glass he is serving, he is so annoying and unprofessional costumer service skills, we just start eating and he bring the bills put in fornt us, and it's not our first time to eat from outside, I prefer to not visit again this place and I recommend to don't go this place.

Ordered 2 medium veggie lovers and hardly find any veggie on pizza. This place is so cheap. I would never go back this place again. Even I showed cashier but she was mute spectator.

This is our go to place because you can never go wrong with their pizza. I like their quick service and customer service.

After waiting over 30 minutes for my meal (which my partner found out they "forgot" about), I began to suspect issues with their staff.

After informing them about their mistake, I had to wait another 20 minutes for food, only to get an incomplete order afterall. No checking on us while we are dining. Filthy cutlery. I asked for a refund, and they still charged is for 80% of the meal.

My favourite pizza place in Toronto! I grew up eating pizza at this Pizza Hut and it has always had the best quality. I love how they kept their seating area and especially love the booths, giving it a good 80s, 90s vibe. The seating area is very clean and cozy.

The staff are well trained and very attentive.

My favorite pizzas are the meat lovers and veggie lovers. Their pizzas are so well made that I never had to do any customizing.

High quality lunch buffet. Had never been to an AYCE Italian place and Pizza Hut did not disappoint me. The buffet had sufficient vegetarian options and is priced perfectly. The staff is friendly too. Do give it a try!

One of the Largest one in Toronto. Huge parking and very good customer service. And of course, the pizza was great.

Service was fine. Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken was awful. The grilled chicken was small tidbits of processed chicken and the fettucine was smothered in what looked like a can of sauce. Not homemade at all. The look alone was off putting but taste was worse.

Great pizza, fresh and the cheese just drolls from the pizza. Brilliant customer service but a bit disappointed because it was my friend's birthday and he didn't recieve a complimentary dessert. Other than that, everything was 10/10

Food is subpar, we ordered a family spaghetti with our pizza which cost us 18$ and it was portioned for one man and had very little sauce mainly boiled spaghetti noodles

Ordered a large salad bowl and it was only half full with just mainly lettuce. Only one small cup of dressing for large salad bowl while other locations give two.

Nice place. Dropped by for their all you can eat lunch. It's been years since I've eaten at Pizza Hut, but it was ok. A little disappointed the drinks weren't refillable, especially since it's to their advantage for customers to fill up on cheap sugar water instead of pricier pizza, but it's their choice.

I'll be going back when I'm in the area again.

Horrible customer service on the phone. They change the rules as they wish. I have always been able to switch toppings when I order a veggie lovers - been ordering the same thing for a while and now being told I can only switch 1 topping instead of 2 and I will be charged extra for both. Manager does not want to talk on the phone.

Dined at Pizza Hut on Ellesmere, Scarborough branch with the family. We had the lunch buffet for $9.49 each. It was a fair price for a fair buffet offering of the ff: 2 kinds of vegetable salad, macaroni salad, 5 variands of pizza + almond cinnamon pizza and a pasta. It would have been complete if there was soup. Service was good and place was clean. As long as you don't expect too much from the buffet spread, it would be worth it.

Great pizza compared to other chains! The service for dine in is good. They mixed up our order for our pick up once and that was frustrating, but previous times were good. The mix up involved them forgetting about the order and us waiting an extra thirty minutes. I was pregnant and waiting for my husband to pick up what was supposed to be a quick fix for dinner after a long day of work (9p). I ended up eating at 10p and we were all cranky. Not the best time to make a mistake, I would say.

Got the half price pizza deal which makes it about 12 bucks for a large specialty pizza. Find the cheese a little light at this location and the oven here needs to be adjusted. Location at ellsmere and birchmount does it much better.

I love going to this pizzeria particularly because i didn't see too much rush whenever i had visited it. Get nice welcome n greetings from staff everytime. Nice place to enjoy food with friends or family.

The man at the counter was friendly and patient even though it was busy. He explained the specials to me and offered suggestions. The location was clean and everyone was pleasant

We came here to watch the raptor’s game and the manager didn’t let us eat inside. He was rude and disrespectful. The way he talked offended us. Very bad customer service.

They would charge you $2.99 for a mountain dew, then refuse for a refill saying it's not available during lunch buffet

later as I used the washroom for 5 mins, the other manager (or owner) followed see if I was doing anything bad in the washroom

BOTH are crooks and deal with them smartly, I had to come here because I had no choice, was in a rush.the pizza's there were precrook, hard crust like rocks, not fresh, not enough topping's and cheese, garbage for $9.49 buffet lunch u won't even get what u paid for

then they slave worked the Asian teenager (who is mentally disabled), they load him a big load of dirty dishes on a rubber tub, I can hear the poor guy was screaming "oh! It's so heavy"
whereas the other guys/girls get to hang around, do nothing watch and let him suffers

My God if you happen to tip in cash, make sure you tip the disabled kid because he's the only one who deserves it.

I haven't had Pizza Hut in a long time. So I thought of going for dine-in to see how does dine-in now feels like good old times when takeout wasn't as big. Even though pizza was fresh off the oven, the quality was pretty Average. The pizza was more oily than I remember. At some point during our dinner we started smelling some nasty puke -like smell probably coming from kitchen. Overall very disappointing experience.

Pizza was very very tasty and the order was ready when it supposed to be. The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate special requests without making you feel like you are inconveniencing them.

I've visited this pizza hut several times and always had exemplary service and delcious food. The staff always ask how your meal is and are very attentive towards customers. They tell you how long your food will be and it is always on time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves pizza or for any family outings.

It was an excellent experience. Very nice staff atented to me right when I entered, Made me feal very happy about my visit. Food was also very good no complaints.
