This Pizza Hut definitely cuts corners, highly not recommended:

I online ordered a pizza box set and selected extra sauce on the pizzas, never been a problem before, was not on the actual pizza and was on the side in a cup and they charged me 3$ for it, never been charged for extra pizza sauce on the pizza before. Also, I paid 2.50$ per pizza for aged cheddar, could not taste it for the life of me, again never had that before cause aged cheddar is a strong flavour… and finally, the pizza was so dried out, it didn’t even make it to the next day…

I thought the box looked weird, Ordered a medium, was not even 12 inches.seriously? Was barely even 10 inch. On the site it says it should be 12 inches.scam

Girl working at the front explained the menu very well. She was amazing. Her name was Harman I guess. Five stars for her. Keep it up. Gonna come here again bcoz she was the best. Thank you

Pizza had so little sauce and cheese on it. Very dry and chewy crust, even the pineapple was dehydrated. Tasted like diabetic crackers

They don't deliver more than 1 km radius I called them after taking the address than I have to spell it than taking my order and than he told me he don't deliver there talk to the airport location

I ordered online the veggie lover pizza. But i was so upset after i opened box and saw pizza with only pineapples. My family's dinner got ruined. So sad for the pizza hut people for this kind of service.

I loved pizza hut crazily like heavenly. Now am jus very much disappointed by the service. Previously they had indian butter sauce now suddenly they dont have it and all out frnz and us stopped hving pizza there until we get that sauce. Thats the best sauce rest of it is tasteless.

The cashier was rude, I asked for a cutlery’s package she refused to even check and so blunt to say no, the food was also cold till I got in and the food got ready

Shameful! We ordered pizza and salad directly from your store. Amrit Pal Singh called while on our driveway. We had asked that everything be left on a bench outside our door. A minute later, thinking he had walked away. My wife walked out the door to find him shovelling a spilled chicken ceasar salad from his delivery bag back into the plastic salad bowl. My wife asked what he was doing. He explained that we need to take this salad because the store was too far away to go back for another. DISGUSTING! If we hadn't found him hand picking lettuce and ingredients out of the DIRTY delivery bag we wouldn't have known he had done this. I hope he's been FIRED!

Also found hair in a pizza and in the replacement salad. Having read other reviews I'm going to call Peel Health and report this location.

The food was okay but I never had to deal with customer service like this before. Lots of attitude for no reason. The individual at the front, Sahil was also not wearing his mask properly.

They delivered my order very late, called the store and was given the run around, finally spoke to the "manager" and she apologized and issued a "credit". I called back to place an order and they dont have any record of the credit.i called the manager, explained what happened and she just hung up on me.not wanting to deal with this issue. DO NOT ORDER FRON THIS STORE.

Worst location! I placed my order online and it was 30 mins late from expected delivery time. Order was not complete. And i tried calling the store 5-6 times, nobody picked up the call and store was open that time. Learn to Respect customer’s time and money.

Butter chicken pizza I personally always go for the pan-crust, love the base which is just right and the dough doesn’t seem tough to chew. Half and half option is great, online ordering is smooth and orders are always made in time, cheers

I've never had a problem with this place. Its on the high end of prices for pizza, but my wife and kid are picky, and its the one we can agree on. This will NOT help your waistline, but it will make you happy and full!

This restaurant is absolutely one of the coolest place to eat in the neighborhood. Anytime I come to this place I am exceedingly pleased. They always keep their very high level service and the highest level of meals they give. You no doubt will love this restaurant. Very recommended.

We placed an order about a month ago, but wanted to change the order right after it was placed. As the order was placed online, we quickly called the store to cancel it but they explained it was already processed so that it would take about 3 to 4 days to see a refund. We said no problem that is understandable and returned to pizza's website to place our new order. Fast forward to today and we are still fighting with the store to receive our refund. Everytime we call the store, an employee takes our information to pass on to the manager and that we will receive a call back from them. Which we are still waiting for. Today they told us to call head office, as we will have to wait another week and that it is our of their hands. Now head office is telling us they will transfer our inquiry to the "corporate team" and they will get back to. How long? They have no idea.

This is ridiculous. Such a large corporation and this is the service they provide. MARK MY WORDS WE WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT EVER AGAIN.

Well it was my very first time after India I am ordering from pizza hut in canada and it was very nice, excellent customer service, excellent food its not cheap but it worth, ordering again soon j!

Last year i ordered pizza it was the worst pizza a have ever eaten and i decided not to oder again from this location. Recently i again ordered and i saw a sea change in service (food quality and speed). Thank you for much a change guys.

This is the worst Pizza Hut location. We just got a delivery and most of the slices don’t even have all the toppings in it. It has no chicken no sausage just the sauces on it. If I could give zero stars I would.

I order a thin and crispy crust pepperoni and got a pizza that the crust was undercooked yet the cheese was burnt. 0 stars

The staff seems to be inept and poorly trained rather not trained at all. Cant even Read & follow simple instructions. Stupid drivers too. Make a mistake and have no ounce of courtesy to acknowledge it, let alone apologizing. Pizza was good though.but sour experience

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. Left here with two boxes of pizza only to find out that it seems like they were running out of cheese and sauce. There where whole slices without sauce and cheese only dough. Either they didn't order enough stock or they are being cheap in order to cut costs either way its just stupid negligence.

We got food for our business. Very cheap on toppings. Not enough cheese, not enough veggies. Really disappointed in their service. My suggestion would be just spend your money somewhere else.

Where do I begin? I ordered for pickup. The girl over the phone didn't know any of their specials or many of their toppings. I ordered 2 medium cheese pizzas and was told 30 minutes. Over an hour later I still have no food. I asked how much longer and she said it was almost done. I got home and my pizza wasnt cooked. To say it was half cooked would be giving it too much credit. They refunded my money back after I got there in person and informed the girl that I would inform everyone here that they had given me raw pizza. While there another person had asked for a refund as well.

Store manager Sunaina is the most rude and aggressive lady I've ever come across. With utter despair and hopelessness I'm venting my agonizing experience here. She doesn't have a decent way of behaving with customers. I strongly suggest not going to this place and at all cost avoid the rude store manager.

Me and my sister were having a day out and were very excited to have pizza at this particular store at Brampton as we are regular customers there. After trying to call and order our pizza and staying on hold for 15 min we decided to go to the store directly. Waited in the queue and reached the counter only to be harassed and bullied by the store manager SUNAINA. I asked her what was special in her store to which she replied extremely rudely asking me to check it online, I was stumped and went blank. She then went ahead and told me about the bogo offer. I left the counter but returned shortly when I realized I had to ask her the reason for being rude and asked her to reduce her tone She then told me I was wasting her time and that she was TOLERATING me, the customer at her store. I then asked her store number and her name to which she proudly told her name and asked me if she should spell it for me and pointed at the store number on the debit machine. Few minutes later another guy came at the counter and asked the same question I asked initially, what their store special was for today and She replied politely to him. Why? Why was I been bullied then? You are a store manager at a world famous pizza store and these are your work ethics? I asked her to apologize me for being rude but she threw attitude at me. I demand an apology from the store manager Sunaina else I would not think twice before registering a complain for harassing and bullying me. I have tried getting contact of Area Manager but there was no hope getting in touch with him. Guys have you ever had such an experience at any of the Yum! Stores? A company which I was a part of for 3 long years.
