Disgusting pizza. I don't think they used yeast so the pizza dough was dead and tasted even worse. Also the pizza was cold. All reviews are accurate! Never ordering here again, will stick with Domino's!

Customer service is horrible. First they gave me a cold pizza. Then when I called to complain they would not replace it. So I called head office to complain about their staff and the store lied and said they gave me a free pizza already. And then they said I was not allowed to go back there again after I pick up the replacement pizza!

Terrible service! It seems that they didn't have all the ingredients that I ordered, so they decided to fake them. When I complained about it, they denied that and start making false statements. In my opinion they are so dishonest. Don't trust your family's food to them. Also, the place is messy and with signals of poor hygiene.

Waited 15 minutes for my food after paying for it. I ordered it online and went to the store when they said it was ready. People who ordered after me got their food before me.

This place is truly unprofessional, disgusting, rude, and unsanitary.

How do I even begin? I spend a total of $76.74 on TWO MED BOXES and they still manage to get it wrong. This purchase was placed on January 1st 2023 through uber. One med box was a pepperoni pizza and one was a veggie lover. One box came in with no sealed sticker, very old and stale, and we found a piece of HAIR. This is disgusting, and very gross. Did I also mention that they have us BOTH VEGGIE LOVERS? !

Once I called this place they said they “we can’t do anything about it since it’s on uber” The lady who was on the phone gave me nothing but unhelpful attitude, HORRIBLE RUDE costumer service, and was so unprofessional. Mangers are you aware of this act? Please learn how to mange your foolish employees cause sooner or later you WILL lose costumers.or even better, you guys will shut down if this continues. OH I almost forgot, I told the girl on the phone that she was were giving horrible costumer service and she had the audacity to said “it’s okay. ” and as for the manger you should be ASHAMED of this behaviour.uber only have HALF the refund. This is truly upsetting.

Used to grow up here, the photos of the store are outdated now. But moved back into the area and I order online and always walk in. Not sure what all the horrible reviews are about, I have not had a problem here, I order here at least once a month. I have even seen the cashier help people place their order on their phones. I recommend this place, it's busy, but if you plan ahead you will get your order on time as placed.

Normally like pizza hut but on this occasion you couldn’t call the location to place an order. Tried the actual store and calls didn’t go through. Tried the 3101010 number and representative kept me on for over 20 minutes and couldn’t place the order. Advised her computer kept restarting. When I got to the pizza hut store the manager said head office disconnected all phones. Asked for a discount or some deal for all the headaches I experienced and she refused. She made my medium pizza and said that’s all she could do. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Ordered medium cheese pizza for pick up and found onion pieces where the cuts were so they are using same cutter for all kind of pizza which is very bad for people who have some kind of allergies

It shows that there is dine in. We drove to the location and found out that it is take out only. We were very disappointed. It is very sad that there is no more Dine in for Pizza Hut.

The person that took my order gave herself a tip.
Typically I’d give a tip based off performance but rather, she added the tip herself into the machine without asking or letting me decide whether I wanted to leave a tip or not. The order was supposed to come to $41.79 after tax but rather it came to $43.49. Not only did she help herself, but she was quite disassociated from her customers since she kept picking up the phone rather than tending to customers who has started ordering. I wonder how many other people paid without notice, that amount would add up.

Mostly good experience but sometimes the pizza is dry but overall its been great over the years

This location is pick up oily. You can order online, and tell your pick up time. Very easy process.

I ordered a large fry box that was supposed to serve 5 and half the box was not filled and only came with a couple of frys, could barely serve 1. I’m very disappointed and honestly wasted my money.

For whatever reason Pizza Hut added a address verification system to their website. I guess pizza hut figures people don’t know where they live. Anyways I live in Sault Ste Marie and apparently theres a street by the same name in Miss. As i was trying to change this it some how submitted my order. I tried rectifying the situation by calling. They refused to answer the phone and I was placed on hold for nearly ten minutes total. I finally gave up and called my local store and they promised to contact these people I wished them luck considering they cant answer a telephone at this location. Now food is going to go waste all because these people can’t answer a simple telephone call. Unacceptable and unbelievable! I will never use the pizza hut online ordering system again to avoid this issue.

My fiancé and I ordered from this pizza Hutt this evening. After waiting for almost an hour for our order we called to get some confirmation. When we called we spoke to a gentleman who explained that they were busy, which was understandable, and that it would be an additional 15 minutes. Although frustrating, this was fine. 20 minutes came and went and we received a call back saying our order would be an additional half hour. The person who called was extremely rude, hanging up on us midsentence when we were explaining that we had just called and were told differently. This is no way to run a business. We called back again and asked to speak to a manager and were told by the same person that he was the manager. From there we called corporate. Please think carefully before ordering from this establishment that clearly has zero regard for customer service.

If I could give them zero, I would. We've had problems with this location in the past. Previously, we ordered and had an absolutely horrendous experience and didn't order from them for several years. Then, thinking that so much time had passed and surely it must have gotten better, we ordered again. Biggest mistake. We recently ordered online and the website told us the order would take 30-35 minutes. After 45 minutes had passed, I called the store. The first person I spoke to was nice enough and assured me it would be only 10-15 minutes more. After 10 minutes had passed the store called me back and this time it was different person who claimed to be the manager. He said it would be ANOTHER 30-35 minutes and then hung up on me while I was talking. I've been in touch with head office, but haven't had a response yet. In any case, save yourself the trouble and avoid this location if possible. Terrible customer service.

When you order the stuffed crust, for sure you'll finish eating every slice you take. The price is competitive.

These guys are scammers. Placed an online order 2 months ago. They missed an item. A month later they called to say they would refund for the item they did not deliver. Another month later and I'm still waiting. Horrible location! All I've gotten was a bunch of lies. Shame on you for taking money from your customers for items that you do not deliver, especially during this pandemic.

This place is disgusting. Whoever packed the fries threw in the ketchup within it. Very unsanitary food preparation practices in this place. Unacceptable especially during times of COVID. Don't order here.

Ordered a pizza combo and side order of fries for a kid's Halloween party. They did not deliver everything I ordered, but charged me for it. When I called this location, that made the delivery, I asked for a refund for the item I was missing but they refused. It's bad enough the guy who answered the phone kept putting me on hold for a total of 30 minutes just so that they could say no refund for something they forgot to deliver. What kind of service is this? Never again will I purchase from Pizza Hut. Horrible service and they guy doing the delivery refuses to do contactless even if you request it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered pepperoni pizza and all the pepperoni were burnt. I don't recommend this restaurant. I asked for refund.

Tried 3 pizzas on 2 occasions. Pepperoni was over burnt and black. Butter Chicken pizza was also just fine. Would have given 3 stars but I give 3 stars because the manager is understanding and empathetic

I ordered three times through Uber Eats THE PIZZA R PERFECT! Cheesy and YAMMY! No Burnt just PERFECT! Im shocked! Sooooo goooooood! It might me the best pizzas i ever had! BEST PIZZA HUT EVER! Arrived to this location and my order was taken very quickly. The food was ready within 15 mins as mentioned by people. Quality of food was great! I would recommend this Pizza Hut and I will return in the future.

One of the few sit down locations remaining. Never had had the buffet, but the service has been courteous, my pizza has been good and my drinks were always topped off. Have also ordered takeout here with no issues

Worst customer service ever!
I called at 2 pm to get a pizza delivered for 3: 30 pm

The pizza came 20 minutes earlier, when I told the delivery guy that I wasn't expecting him this early, he was just cancel the order and I will leave, I said what about a pizza at 3: 30, he was like they will put the same pizza in the oven and someone else will deliver the same pizza, I was like dryer, he is was like whatever, the delivery guy was in a really bad mood
Then I took it and I called the pizza store, the lady goes like, this is our policy, we have a room of 45 minutes delivery and i sent you the guy even earlier, when i said i wasn't happy that i won't serve the best of your pizza, she is like ya that is how it is, you like it or you leave it

So disappointed, wasn't expecting that from pizza hut, no wonder we all love McDonald's

Extremely good service provided by Umang, he was really helpful and helped us out even though we were having trouble ordering online. Our pizzas came out nice and delicious.

The order taker was very detailed and polite.

The delivery person was on time, and very pleasant to deal with. He was genuinely happy and polite! At the conclusion, he did ask that if I had a moment to fill out an optional survey online, he would really appreciate it. (Done)

The food was packaged incredibly well! No leaks, nothing shifted, everything placed properly, literally Tetris perfect. The food was fresh and hot. This is the first time I would say fast food actually looked like the images used to sell the product.

Absolute worst fast food experience. I understand this place recently opened but it's already a sh! T show. The drivers are consistently late, they can't read or follow basic instructions and directions properly, the manager is rude and absolutely unhelpful and if you speak English, you will have a hard time understanding any of the staff. The pizza also comes barely warm and the sauce tastes rank as if it's gone bad. It's very unfortunate that this location took over delivery areas for others. Avoid this location at all costs until there is new staff and management

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO HERE. Entire staff and management are unprofessional and extremely rude. We usually order from this location; however, we placed an order for a mac and cheese and breadsticks at 12: 50. We did not receive this order until 1: 50 pm. ON TOP OF THAT WE REQUESTED FOR NO BACON IN OUR MAC AND CHEESE! We had asked the driver before paying whether or not there was bacon in the pasta and the driver's exact words were "no there is no bacon". After we started eating, we found that there was bacon in this! We called the store and spoke to a guy who transferred the call to another guy who we thought was the manager, both guys were extremely rude and were not accepting their fault. There is meat in our food which we requested no meat! Does Pizza Hut not understand that people are vegetarian? This is NOT ok and I'm disappointed by this. On top of that, the guy said he will transfer me to a manager, but he was very disrespectful and hung up on me. I would like a follow up on this matter as it is so unprofessional for a franchise to be operating this way. Horrible service!

This place carries nostalgic memories, cant believe its closed now, glad i got to dine here one last time before closing down. They closed down because owner thought they could make good bank by running a pizzahut express pickup instead of dine in restaurant (by saving the rent cost for such a big restaurant)

UPDATE we also tried delivery service and this location is also horrible with delivery times. Always at least 20 mins late and food is always cold. This location gives pizza hut a bad name. Horrible service inside and out!

My kids love pizza hut but I refuse to visit this location. Staff is rude and come off very ignorant. Service is slow. Location feels run down.

I am not pleased with the service. Ordered a pizza to be delivered. The guy who took my order (manager) said that it will take 1 hour to 1 an a half. I specifically said that i would be paying cash. When the driver arrived he said that he had no change for a 50 dollar Bill. My order total was 26 dollars. He didn't have 24 dollars change. I'm pissed off because I waited OVER an hour a half to only be told i can't have my order because of no change. Then when I called back the store to complain the manager had attitude about it an said that he would send the driver back. By then the pizza is cold. Worse pizza hut in Mississauga

This is the worst pizza hut i have been to.staff thinks the customer is stupid.very very rude.i dont think i will ever visit this particular pizza hut again.no wonder they are not doing well.i pity for owner

This place is horrible. The phone rang and rang until I got kicked to the call center, the call center informed me that this location doesn’t participate in the call center so she transferred me back to the store. They finally answered and I placed an order for pickup. We got to the store and they said we never placed the order (they had no recollection of speaking to us nor did they say anyone called for a pickup). After asking the guy what their number was he shrugged his shoulders picked up a menu and struggled to find their number, once he found it he refused to admit we had spoken to him. He tried selling us an already made chicken Caesar pizza for a lessen value because they didn’t feel like making what we wanted. We had to place an order while inside and wait 30 minutes for the food.

Very long wait times. Bad customer service. The restaurant doesn't have manpower enough to even keep up when 4 customers are standing in line. Also - they're extremely sparse on their toppings. Turned me completely off of Pizza Hut. Will be going for other brands now.

I was tired of arguing with Bristol Pizza Hut and thought I will give this location a try. Sadly, ABSOLUTELY NO PIZZA HUT KNOWS WHAT TOPPINGS ARE. It hurts them to put toppings on a pizza, more like an arm and a leg. You are an insult to this franchise. Spoke to weekend manager and he said "bring it back", but by the looks of every pizza you've ever made I cannot wait 30 mins for 3 onion slices. Please hire people with professionalism and that acknowledge A ONION PER SLICE ISNT A VEGGIE PIZZA. No wonder Canadians always enjoy the American Pizza Hut much more than you pathetic losers. Hard to get to un less travelling east. No draft beer. No coke, only Pepsi. No salad bar at night. Nice people. Good service.

It's a decent place. Nothing too special. On the pricier end for good pizza around the neighbourhood. Wings are good too.

They gave me a medium thin ass cheese pizza that is so thin and burnt for the price of $18. Don’t order the cheese pizza. It’s HORRIBLE!
