Always…always, ALWAYS undercooked. I get that they’re busy but don’t sacrifice quality for quantity. I’ll always wait longer for better prepared food. I think this will be our last order from this location.

Today at 11am I craved the new melt from Pizza Hut at the Sandalwood location. A gentleman by the name Manjur (my apologies for spelling it incorrectly) served me and was very courteous and pleasant taking my order and also making it. The Great service he gave is hard to come by these days and for that I believe its only right I take this time to say Thank You for many to read!

Service was disorganised and slow. Staff didn't seem to care or notice if people cut ahead or are being taken care of in an orderly fashion. Can't blame the employees for seeming unmotivated, since people in Brampton these days seem to lack a sense of courtesy and compassion for one another. What happened to Canada?

This is a chicken pizza and I can hardly see chicken. Please add proper toppings for next customers. Thank you.

Horrible costumer service. We ordered food and they gave us the wrong order. Over that they were forcing us to pay again for our order. Man up Pizza Hut, Man up.

I find that the pizza hut staff can be very Rude at times not only to customers but to staff as well. Everyone needs to be respected even the team members. Just what i see!

I ordered through Uber Eats my meal was cold when I got it. There was nothing to tape the box shut so the driver could've opened the Pizza box and coughed on it and closed it without me knowing. This is not the first time Pizza Hut failed to secure the safety of the food.

The best pizza in town. The base was so soft and toppings were equally spread. The staff was so good and accomodating.

I order on this store pizza mostly it’s near to my house. First they never pickup the phone they are always busy. They don’t have paper plates all the time. Food is ok not take care of the guests. Try some other location not recommended….

Drove all the way across town for the dining room and it’s closed. No mention of that here or on the site. I’ll be eating elsewhere

Pizza has no taste tomatoe sauce has very bad taste. Whole pizza taste bad tho. Doesn't look like they are using pizza huts original sauce. Looks like they are using after market pizza sauce with no taste at all.

No ordering over the phone is dumb. Online ordering rarely works, it’s ridiculous! Quality has gone down its barley worth it.

I visited this place today. I ordered medium pizza with alfredo base and some toppings. Firstly the size of the toppings was way too big and sauce was unevenly distributed. Half of the slices had no sauce and no toppings at all. The whole mood was spoiled when I tried it. I was extremely hungry and wanted to try something new. I immediately regretted the decision and went back to ask the cashier about the issue. She said our pizzas are like that only. Of you don’t like it we can’t do anything. Like if the pizza is not made well and doesn’t taste good. It is my bad taste. Thanks for letting me know. Really disappointed and didn’t expect such a bad customer service from a brand like pizza Hut.

We went there thinking its a eat-in place but to our surprise the dining areas was closed and filled with unwanted stuff. The ordering place is small and not well kept. Most of the person coming there were from Uber eats to pick up orders and we were the only family who ordered for ourselves. However, the location is good and there is plenty of unpaved open parking space.

Not only did I end up spending more than $100 at this place, I ended up returning after 7 months of not eating from any Pizza Huts. But they still have that same level of service, this service isn't a good service but instead a very bad one a cheese lover Pizza where it's been toasted to a crisp hard to chew and barely has any cheese on it, this doesn't remind me of how Pizza Hut used to be not only does their customer service team not help out but it takes 30 to 40 minutes just to call and talk to a customer service rep, it's just okay nothing more than that Pizza Hut used to be the staple and my go-to place but now I don't even want to.

Worst guy. Keep dropping call. Deliver cold pizza. Takes to him and he said he never talked to me. Very unprofessional. Never order again from them. Money mugger

Service was far from disappointing
The driver was expecting tip as his right. His attitude changed when he wasn’t tipped because the food wasn’t being paid from our own pockets it was by company. He tossed the receipt in the air, and walked away. The pizza was so bad and cost $25 for one, good thing we didn’t tip to lose extra money here. ️ never again here

Located in a beautiful place near to loafer's lake Brampton. Large parking lot and spacious interior. Although no dine in during and after COVID.

Ordered a treat box and it said 30 min for arrival waited over an hour and a half for delivery then I thought maybe there was an issue so I called the place sat on hold for 10 more min and when they answered she took some info and said 10 more min then just hung up before I could even ask another question. Driver came 20 min after the call and food was cold.

Quite mediocre. Has fallen off tremendously through the years, very sad to see.

I remember this joint being a go-to spot for pizza with family and the pizza was amazing about 5-8 years back. Since then they have just been getting worse and worse. It used to be packed on weekends and Fridays for dinner and now it is dead every single day 24/7.

We ordered the thin crust which was not great and definitely do not recommend. The toppings were gross, the cheese was gross, the crust was burnt and it was super dense.

The MYBOX (square pizza) was actually not too bad however it is more like a desert. It is very thick and the dough is sweet, almost like a donut. It’s cooked in a pan so the edges are nice but still isn’t great. The wings were horrible, super vinegary and dry.

Sad too see how bad it has become. Do not recommend unless you are desperate for pizza.

Not even deserve one star, pizza is frozen (cold) from inside, look the picture. I call the store she did not provide the name she said its not possible and she hang up the phone.

Their pizzas are created and the fluffy dough makes this restaurant different than others.the sweet sauce paired with the toppings chosen make it worthwhile to eat the pizza.the sizes are good and the options to choose from make it easy.will visit again.

“Thin crust” Pizza is good! I had given up eating pizza cuz tried bad ones. Started again & Pizza Hut is my only place to go to.

Bought the $10 my box it was very good and it was worth it actually it was a lot of food and I had to give some to my dad lol

Ordered a personalized pizza. Especially with extra cheese. Not only was the pepperoni burnt.but taste like it has been sitting out for hours.and reheated the pizza because someone cancelled their order.and pizza was already made…they were super cheap on the cheese.never again ordering here.funny thing I only ordered here because Mackay pizza was closed.they deliver accordingly and have better prices and taste better.these people clearly deliver what they get paid hourly …

I've been getting pizza from here for over a decade. The food is always good, delicious and the pan pizza flavour I expect. I've also always been happy with the customer service, as it is typically quick and the staff have addressed any rare issues promptly. Tonight, they went above and beyond! My car broke down shortly after my order. They were willing to help me out and made sure I had a hot pizza when I finally arrived. A big thank you for this exceptional service!

Im not sure who runs this place but they don't know what they're doing, how do you guys put too much toppings on a pizza? People want well done pizzas not soggy pizzas. Cut the pizza properly as well. Get off your phones and pay attention to your job. On top of that, the customer service at this location should deserve 0 Stars
Pizza Hut train your workers properly.

They need to open their "dine in restaurant", as there is much more to "Pizza Hut", than just Pizza. Open the Doors, you are losing an opportunity for sales.

One of the worst locations EVER. Delivery was longer than the estimated time and the order was INCOMPLETE. Tried calling multiple times but they kept putting my call on hold to avoid talking to me. Zero professionalism when it comes to customer service. Along with that, the pizza was undercooked and vegetable toppings were cut into huge chunks almost as if a kid was assigned to do the job. I have always tried to give this location a benefit of the doubt but today really made me realize how much of a poor location it is. Wouldn’t suggest ordering here because I know I never will be.

On Friday March 3rd I ordered delivery. The pizza was delivered by the most unprofessional delivery person I have ever come across. He was on his phone with his buddy, on speaker swearing and talking about ethnicities. I had young children at the door as well and I’m dismayed by his lack of professionalism. I called the store immediately after and they promised me a call by the store manager. He never called. So I called and spoke to a manjoor who said he’s the manager and took all of my info. He said he would call me on Tuesday. Nothing. It’s Wednesday. I called back and a Preeti answered. She said the manager was gone for the day. When I was asking her to leave a message and providing her the details of what happened so she can inform the manager so he knows who I am, after I said no manager has yet called me, her response was what do you expect from us.

Unfortunately this location has gone downhill in thier customer service and food quality. There were a couple issues with my order and I when I called I sat on hold for nearly 10 minutes. When someone did answer I got rushed off the phone without my concerns addressed. I was told someone would call me. That was more then 2 weeks ago. Still no call back.
We will not be ordering from pizza hut again. There are so many other great pizza places with excellent customer service that we look forward to ordering from.

Please get more consistent, usually I order and the food is pretty bad for the price, so I started ordering elsewhere. Today I decided to give it another chance and whoever made the pizza got the Dough perfect. Crust was a little crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Topping were loaded and cheese was perfectly cooked.

Last time I ordered it was not good. Decided to give it another go today feb 17 at 5pm and omg the crust was perfect and there’s was lots of topping you guys have all my business if this quality continues

I placed an order online, and it took over 2 hours. I called in too see what’s going on the lady who answered the call told me to F off I asked her to give me her name and repeat what she said and she hung up my call. I called back many times and she refused to pick up call. Pizza Hut is most known for their high quality pizza but with what I had to deal with was unacceptable. I would NEVER come to this location again. There wasn’t even a costumer service number to call.

This location has gone down in both service and quality lately. I ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 medium, breadsticks and wings, but the wings were not delivered. Called back to see what they could do, no answer at the location, put on hold, finally transferred to call centre in Montreal. They finally delivered the wings almost 3 hours after the initial order was placed. No comps at all. Didn’t get to speak to anyone at the location. Breadsticks were a little burnt. Pizza was cold. Not happy at all. Will select a different location next time.

The delivery guy bangs on the door and rings the bell constantly. When called to complain about the issue, the manager seems to not care and slammed the phone without any acknowledgement. Ridiculous service, shifty food, terrible customer service, everyone in store who claims to be the branch manager. Very unprofessional. Up your game or you will not last long.

I have not ordered Pizza Hut in years, so yesterday I decided to try it out again for the first in a long time. I remember the pan crust pizza was so crispy, greasy, and had a good crunch in every bit. I decided to order 2 Large Pan Pizza's - The Italian Classic and Tomato Chicken Rustic and 1 Regular Bread Stick. The toppings on both pizza's were good but it could have had a little more cheese on Italian Classic. The bread sticks were very tasty, crispy and had a very good marianna sauce to go with it. The crust on both pizza's were terrible though. The crust was mushy like a sponge and bottom of the pizza was soft like dough. It tasted nothing like I remembered a pan crust pizza should taste like. To say the least I was very disappointed.

Always mess up my order, 4th time i ordered boneless bites from this location, every time i complaint about like almost no sauce on them and repeated mistake always. No one cares about ur complaints here on this location. Pizza hut standard has gone really down. Disappointed

Not a nice location. Ordered take out. 2 med pizzas, were ready on time. The size seemed tad bit smaller than med pizzas from other chains.

Pizzas were really tasty though.

2 large vegi pizza 60$, quality really bad, did not have enough Toppings, and was not cooked properly, dough was still raw, do not recommend. Really disappointing

The manager "shubam" won't honour the Pizza Hut deal on the website.

We were having trouble ordering on line.so we called them and placed the order. He said they can't give us the same deal as per their website. We cancelled and went to a different Pizza Hut.and the other location were happy to honour the deal

I got my pizza picked up juat after 7 mins of placing order. Nothing is cooked all in raw. I recommend this place if you like to eat raw pizzq with poor customer service and quality experience.

If I could put 0 stars I would.
Ordering online was easy.
When I went to pick up it took nearly 5 minutes to find my order.
When I arrived home the pizza was cold and not cooked through properly.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I placed an order online for pick up and when I arrived, they had accidentally given my order to another person. The staff then spoke with their general manager, who then spoke to me and explained what had happened. He offered to replace my order and my order would be free as a courtesy due to the circumstances. General manager is a very friendly person who went above. Will be ordering here in the future.

Ok, but for that price you should be able to get more topping, and 1 of the pizza was over cooked

Been a regular customer so far but i am never going back to this place again. Gave me the worst pizza ever with all the toppings falling off and not properly baked. These guys need someone who knows how to make a PIZZA.

My order came late. When ordering says 30min delivery however when I called the store they say 50min delivery. Very poor customer service and that’s normal for a Pizza Hut I guess. Hope next year when I order again they will improve.

The food was great, but the service was a bit delayed. The waitress even asked if everything was okay, but kept walking and didn't even wait to hear an answer.

Poor customer service by saima order take and say ready in 20min after I go for pickup the pizza is not ready I found out they have not professional train staff and I waiting for 25min more very disappointed don't go this location.

Very poor customer service experience I ever had. I ordered pizza online. Pizza taste was very bad. I called them about food quality, staff member said I will receive call from manager. I received call 3 hours later from manager. I told her about quality and about online error. She told me I can simply submit review online. Poor cx service

Because of the delicious pizza and the yummiest meals with wings, and a cold drink. I love it. It looks adventurous with forestry trees around the pizza hut which is really lovely to explore. I give it / because I like it.

Just found a strand of hair in the garlic bread stick on my first visit and I thought it only happens in other countries.

The pizza was good, as pizza hut always is, but the service was terrible. There wasn't enough cutlery on the tables; the server didn't bring enough plates; we had to ask the server for everything including cups and napkins (didn't bring enough) ; the server had a bit of attitude; she didn't look to see that we hadn't finished eating the appetizers before bringing out the pizza and then told us to move the appetizers for her. It wasn't busy, so there was no excuse for poor service. There is ample seating here.

My family and I had such a wonderful experience at this location! Huma (the manager) is so sweet and accommodating! Definitely would recommend this location to everyone!

Servie is poor.ordered 45 mins ago.checked with the service said couple more minutes, waitin is ok if you do not have hungry kids with you.check again as its been couple minis passed knowing that they have not placed the order in the kitchen and the worst of it there is only 2 tables are in the dine in right now.not so happy with the service.

Changing my initial review from 5 stars to 3 as the quality of pizza has gone down since last few times I have been there.

Very poor customer service experience I ever had.we went to this location at about 9.15pm our usual time and when we reached there, they said we are not allowed to dine in as we usually close 2 hour before, when we were leaving, at same time 4 white guys came in and they were allowed to sit.when asked the Male customer representative over there then said we close 1 hour b4.they seems like very partial and I think they have made their own rules as nothing is written on the website or at the location about not dine in after 9pm.guy seem to have no answers to our questions.pathetic customer service I wud say.zero stars to customer service.last but not the least even our order wasn't complete.

Today experienced the worst customer service from their main male attendant from staff who didn't allow us to get in for dining even though we reached at 9: 20pm which is way before their closing hrs 11pm. They literally refused to serve us by telling us that their dining closes two hr before the store closing hrs. They let other group of people to let in for dining only after we pointed out only then they didn't served them too. The store have no written policy which indicates that there dining hrs closes 2 hr before store closing hrs when asked about it the Male attendant couldn't able to give us proper answer. One more important point the order which we takeout and when checked at home was found incomplete the chicken wings ordered 8 pcs whereas upon checking found only 7pcs. This is totally unacceptable customer service from a Pizza Hut location. So please think before going out to this location with your family to spend your valuable time.

The staff is not helpful at all. Two times we attempted to order from this location and we left and went to pizza point.
