Pizza hut is one of the best pizza places that i can ever go too. Their food is amazing and me and my brother really enjoy their breadsticks. You should come to pizza hut to eat.

The pizza was very delicious it was a great experience. The service was top notch and my kids love the cheesy pull apart. Will sure come back

So disappointed with my order of Large Stuff Crust Hawaiian. I usually get a thick pizza with Cheese around it. Todays order is thin, looks like there is no toppings. It’s my first time to be getting this kind of pizza. This store used to provide fresh with excellent quality Pizza.
I called and the one who answered provided reasons which were not acceptable. Won’t get any pizza here, will get from other store even If I have to travel.

Pizza Hut has some great daily deals and we ordered the Chicken Hawaiin Pizza. Excellent taste and value for money, prepared in 15 minutes or so, friendly and pleasant customer service too. Win-win all the way. We will be back.

Pizza is very good with fresh toppings. I had pan pizza so it is a little on the greasy side. But the pizza is very tasty!

Over $54 for 2 medium pizzas and they couldn't bother cooking the pizzas! Dough was so raw we couldn't even pull the slices apart. Had to cook pizza again in our oven. This is the 2nd and last time they do this to us. Very unfortunate as Pizza Hut used to be one of our favorites.

We ordered a couple of pizza yesterday with garlic bread. First the pizza were burnt, late, cold and looked like 3 day old pizza. We ordered from Uber which makes it worse because I can't get my money back. We had to dump it, uneatable. Seems this store has terrible reputation for doing this sort of stuff. Really upset customer.

The people working here don't pay attention to orders. Ordered bbq chicken got marinara chicken

I am going to order from this particular Pizza Hut for rest of my life. Outstanding service has won me and my family over. Thanks very much to the team here for the pleasant service.

This Pizza Hut is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to for the following reasons:

1.) Cheese is paltry, not only do they not put the correct amount of cheese, but they also leave about 2 inches from the side.

2.) They are dishonest, I’ve asked about plates and they informed me that Pizza Hut has phased out paper plates. I asked other Pizza Hut locations and they said this is untrue.

3.) They are dirty, I purchased garlic dip and the bottom was covered in dirt.

Stay away from this Pizza Hut.

Worst customer service, they messed up my order. When I called the store, the person who picked up the phone said it was my fault and I can’t get a refund. She was giving me attitude and kept saying driver left. Pizza Hut doesn’t care about covid! You want me to open the box in front of the driver to inspect it before taking it? Then she finally said I guess I have to send you another pizza. Then after waiting awhile, the right pizza came. Driver didn’t have his mask on properly. I said sorry about him coming again, he gave me a nasty look and didn’t say anything. Pizza was cold, was poorly made and was extremely late. After one bite, I had to toss it out. I called head office, all the operator said was “I know, I know” she didn’t let me explain my whole situation. No refunds, no apology, and no follow up. I am boycotting Pizza Hut!

They dont know the triple treat box special, I WAS FORCED TO BUY A 2 MEDIUM 2 TOPPING WHEN ITS ANY RECIPE PIZZA OR 2 TOPPINGS PIZZAS, WHAT A JOKE, THE MANAGER WAS THE ONE WHO TOLD ME SHE KNEW THE DEAL. GO THERE NEXT DAY WITH MY RECEIPT. MANAGER MAGICALLY DISAPPEARS. I GOT NO COMPENSATION JUST ATTITUDE FROM THIS LOCATION. CHEAP TRASHY PIZZA HUT.

Great service. For some reason this location serves up better pizza than the other Pizza Hut location I went to before

Quick and tasty! However whenever I schedule an order to be made they make it immediately so I show up to half hour old pizza, if you order online, get there right away.

Online wasn't working, so it took four calls to order a pizza only for them to cancel the order on me when I told them I was sick.

No gluten free crust option available even though it's provided on their app. If you are a franchisee you should do your best to service all types of clients when you have offerings on a website. Disappointing.

I give Pizza Hut always a 5 but this time I changed my mind did not order. Cooked instead. Save money

Very slow service, It will easily take 60-90 mins. I ordered two pizza one chicken lovers and other veggie lovers. First, we received the order in 90 mins and then both pizza were cheese pizza with onion toppings. We called them and explained everything and asked for refund as we already paid the delivery fee and it wasn't our fault, the lady said that we have to come to the store for the refund with the pizza and started blaming us that we are always doing this for the free pizza. That was my first order at Pizza Hut ever.we ended up having the same cheese pizza as we were so hungry and didn't ask for the refund also. Unprofessional.

Website broken. No one answers the phone. Spent 45 minutes just trying to order before quitting and ordering dominoes. Learn how to run a pizza place.

Consistently slow delivery times. They average 60 - 90 minutes. My last experience closer to 120 minutes. Avoid, there are far better options that are fresher, faster and cheaper.

Pepperoni Lovers pizza with extra cheese and there is sauce pockets. Do not bother wasting your time going to this location because they will only disappoint you.

It is a nice clean location with friendly staff. Check out the online or app ordering options. Frequent specials that can save as much as 50%.

Great service. Pizza only fair; chintzy with toppings. At 50% off it was still only decent value.

Pizza Hut went waaaaay downhill. Extremely high prices and the dough is so fake and cardboard/plasticy. Even the pan pizza is lousy and different from what it used to be. The suffed crust was changed over to the "traditional style" crust secretly. Remember how much better it used to be when it first came out? In my books Pizza Hut is banned for life.

I used to like this place but now it'd just horrible. The service is the VERY WORT. Not going back to this location ever again.

Pizza had uncooked pepperoni even though I told thm to put all the pepperoni on top.

My girlfriends pizza was cold from the middle and I had to tell thm to reheat it again.

Ive spent thousands on pizza hut but today I realized it was my mistake.

Last night I placed an order online then called this location to confirm and wanted to modify it slightly. I called the phone number of the location then it sent me to the call center. First call center said couldn't find my online order then they said this location is closed under renovations. Then 10 mins later I get a call from the delivery driver saying he is downstairs in my lobby like what kind of customer service is this? With the call center giving wrong info next time i will think twice if I want to order pizza hut if not I'll just order from the competition!
