Horrible experience here the pizza was 14.99 for not even 5 inches of pizza just a little circle I can’t believe this worst place ever

I had a disappointing experience with a ‘cheese crust’ pizza from Pizza Hut. It was so dry that I couldn’t finish more than one slice. I used to prefer Domino’s, and it seems like Pizza Hut has changed for the worse.

Two days later, they offered me a free pizza, but when I tried to claim it, they said delivery wasn’t available. It’s frustrating. Moreover, the number that they have on their website does not even belong to the store. It takes you to an automated customer service number that gives you a wrong number to the store – they should consider closing the store!

Worst Pizza Hut location. Food is never ready on time, burnt, and they aren't friendly. Won't be coming back.

Delivery drivers always show up promptly and with a welcoming smile. I've ordered several times and always enjoyed the food. Awesome staff. I'm already looking forward to my next order.

Usually get pizza but tonight pizza was under cooked and not very many toppings we had to cook it before we could eat it. Not impressed

Very disappointed in the quality of our order. No visible vegetables on our pizza, crust was sloppy wet.

Don't bother with this location. You work hard for your money and expect your delivery to be on time and your pizza to be what you ordered, but it won't be. Then you get your free pizza and order it from this location and they'll just step all over your pizza, burn it and delivery it late expecting a tip still.

Probably my favorite Pizza Hut. Theres one gentleman who is always so receptive and nice and always makes sure to leave me with a good joke. Love it!

Waited 2 hours for delivery when 1 hour was stated.
Called customer service and just got blown off with excuses and was told that I had to contact the store directly where no one ever answers.
With dozens of pizza options that are way more reliable, I suggest going elsewhere.

Only reason for going Pizza Hut was 'Creamy Butter Chicken Sauce"

The food is great. They make their pizza quick and tasting great. If you have a problem they are super friendly and try to help sort out the issue.

Every time I order from this location, I end up having to call their store because they never deliver on time, they consistently manage to not provide accurate information, they always screw up their tracker, and when I did get a coupon code for an order that took them an HOUR AND A HALF to actually get put IN THE OVEN, it expired over a year ago.

I have ordered from this place several times. Not happy with customer services. Check ur orders and commonly make mistakes with order and give incorrect information when asked. When they make a mistake the customer service poor.

Tried to place an order online & there was an issue upon ordering (the order did not show the wing flavour we selected), attempted to call the store to confirm and it appears they have changed their store customer service to what seems like a literal call centre. Your call doesn’t go to the actual store and you are put on hold forever and told “all of our agents are currently busy” and that you can “place an order online”. Not sure why you have to wait for an “agent” and not a Pizza Hut employee at the location you’ve ordered at. Definitely not a good business move on Pizza Hut’s part. We will order elsewhere in the future. Bring back real employees and real customer service.

Veggie.pizza thin crust tasted good with sufficient veggies (onion mushroom pepper) and pine apple, garlic dip extra

Ordered a medium size pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers. Half of the pizza had no pepperoni on it al all, and the rest of the pizza had almost no toppings. Very disappointed and will not be going back. First time ordering at this location and will be out last!

Everything was perfection, tasted so fresh, piping hot, delivered in less than the time that was told! Thankyou for making our night!

I always loved Pizza Hut. Not sure if it's the location or the franchise. Took about 70 minutes for delivery. Everything could of used a little more cooking time and definately more toppings. Wasn't the worst but definately not very good.

It's hard to find stuffed cheese crust pizza. The owner of this location should focus on training employees on the following;
1. How to take orders on the phone and being respectful at the same time.
2. Employees Trying to avoid calls and not responding properly.

It's the responsibility of the owner to motivate and train employees.

I purchased a pizza and it was missing one topping. All the rest of the toppings were barely visible because there was so little on the pizza. When I called to let them know about my problem they were rude and didn't care. Charging top dollar for a 3 for 1 type pizza. Worst Pizza Hut ever. Stay away and spend your money at some other pizza store that respects their customers and is not trying to rip people off.

The manager has a big mouth and shouted like a monster because I just wanted a good timetable very bad manager highly recommend no for the food also my cousin ordered it and it had very bad service.

I will not even give one star to this location everytime I go there I got disappointment last time my mom bought Pizza, toppings were missing and Pizza was undercooked, today the girl on the cash counter was so rude worse worse worse experience not recommended to anyone

This pizza hut is always fast and friendly. I've ordered frome here many times since moving to Cambridge and they blow the other pizza joints out of the water!

They went above and beyond for my pregnant fiance and I today. Thank you for replacing our personal pan pizza, we very much appreciate it.

The only Pizza Hut in the area, and they always fulfill that pizza craving because of their pan pizzas. Delicious and great service every single time.

Expensive 17.50 for a small. Asked for double pepperoni had 8 slices on the pizza and to boot they were burnt.

Important note: I have been called a pizza brain many dozens of times in my life by both my constituents and other pizza brains in town. I once spent the better part of a year living in Italy (the country that looks like a boot) trying out various pizza restaurants. Much to my surprise, it was some of the best tasting pizza I had ever had! Stuff you absolutely could not find locally. However, as I originally anticipated there were some bad eggs around. I recall one of the establishments serving me pizza that didn't even taste that great. I can say with confidence that "Pizza Hut" would never do that. Each and every bite is accented with lovely cheesy undertones. The endless pepperoni grease seeps delicious pork and beef flavorings into the cheese and crust. The employees provide the pizza with amounts of love and care you would not expect anywhere outside of Italy or Chicago. Perhaps what impresses me most about "Pizza Hut" is their ability to fit additional cheese *inside* of the crust. Finally I can eat the crust instead of throwing it in the garbage.

-1 star because Pizza Hut is expensive compared to other options. Not the location owner's fault though. More so the head office, who directs the prices.

I have seen alot of negative comments about this location but had great service. And the pizza was great with lots of toppings and delivery was 30 mins. Best pizza i have had in awhile.

Wow.pizza was disgusting, cheese crust was hard not melted, just close it down.waste of 40 bucks. I remember when pizza hut was to dog not this hot garbage of a mess.

I've always loved their pizza. Whether we eat there or delivery. Not as good as my Hometown in Eastern Quebec, but still really good.

I placed an order at around 6: 00. It took about 2 hours to come. I was on my porch having a cigarette in the mean time and saw the delivery driver slowly go by and I tried to wave him down. When he didn't see me I called the store to tell them. The lady on the phone told me there was no order for me. In my call history, I had a phone call to pizza hut and the conversation lasted 3+ mins. Who do they think they're fooling?

Ordered pizza for the first time from this location recently. Waited approx 1 hr 20 mins for delivery - pizza was cold and THERE WAS AN ENTIRE SLICE MISSING FROM ONE OF MY PIZZAS! The MANAGER is the person who delivered my pizza to me! I live 10-15 minutes away. I didn't bother contacting the restaurant about it - didn't see a point considering who delivered to us. Won't be ordering from this location again.

Pizza was okay but the service is extremely slow here. Seems very understaffed.

Edit: toppings very sparse lately. Ordered extra cheese on half the pizza but both sides looked the same as usual. And the pizza seemed undercooked compared to normal too.

I ordered through their website with a coupon code to buy 1 get 1 free pizza. 1 large pizza was 22.49 + taxes which is $25.41 quite expensive fr single large veggie pizza but it worth with the coupon so I get two large veggie fr 25 but when we visit the store to pick up our pizza, order was ready to pick up just on time but instead of 2 large he gave us 3 medium for the same price so that wasn't bad as price wise and taste was same like always golden brown crispy from bottom and cheesy on top.loved it!
