To be very honest with the management of this piza hut location, for the entire 2023 i feel so embarrassed today 22/12/2023, trying to buy pizza for my kids i brought 50$ note to this store around 3: 50pm, I don't know her name but she refused to take the money from me, she said the money I brought looks like fake to her, in front of other customers, my wife and my kids, at the end i end up travel to another pizza store, this can make my entire family to end up eating pizza hut, things need to be done to the staffs of this store location 3351 Lawrence Avenue East. Thanks.

Parking is very convenient. There is KFC and Tim hotens in the same plaza, which is very convenient.

THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE ANYMORE! I used to order take out all the time and they would answer on the 2nd ring, they must have hired new staff because for the past month or so I will call 15x in a row and there is NO ANSWER no matter what time of day. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you are going to serve partially brown lettuce and stale croutons then you should not be making Caesar salads. Wings in a sauce should be tossed, not sinking/swimming in the sauce. I'm not sure if this preparation is only for takeout. What I do know was this meal was lacklustre in taste and presentation.

Called customer services to modify an order waited 15 mins for an agent only to transfer back to the line, of course I waited again another 15 mins to get the same agent, needless to say I could no longer change my order, Pointless

Hello World. Terrible and a liar Ana (with glasses). I ordered and paid online, a medium Thin crust pizza with EXTRA CHEESE (as always). I call right away (AS ALWAYS) to remind and make sure I get EXTRA CHEESE. 1st my call went to the regional call center. (Because they didn’t pick up the phone after ringing many times). I called again, she put me on hold immediately. When she came 6 minutes later; I voiced my unhappiness, because my Pizza is in the oven already. And they won’t be able to do what I want. She hung up on me. I called from a different phone number, she said her name is Ana, and she denied hanging up. (She got caught in her lies). She said they did put extra cheese. I checked and took a picture. And left. This is my 2nd time ordering from this location. After eating from the pizza, I’m tasting more bread/crust. I turned around and went back. I was met by an employee identified himself as Andrew. He said he will make me a new one. He was very polite, accommodating and very pleasant, not to mention professional. I told him the pizza looks good (it did) from here, while he’s getting it out of the oven. He explained to me (what I realized before) ; When they look at the order, it shows the ingredients ordered including cheese. Only when they look at the receipt they know it’s extra cheese. So the rude, terrible employee named Ana was lying when she promised that there’s extra cheese. And she lied when she said she didn’t hang up on me. Even though I showed her that they didn’t put extra cheese last week. Out of respect and courtesy to Andrew, I will not post the video I recorded. He’s an awesome gentleman.
Look at the 1st photo and see which is the 1st one and which one is the half that Andrew reMade for me. The 2nd photo is the one that Ana lied and said it extra cheese. The last one is the one I got last week. Not only I was charged for something I didn’t get. The cheese was more than 5 centimeters away from the edge of the thin crust (in some parts of the pie).

The last night i went there to order personal pizza the brown girl came who was never welcoming to her customer. I thought it might be my doubt but again next day on november 9 again i visited there to order small pizza only for me and she was very irritated and arrogant in her speech. Moreover when i asked that would i have to pay for toppings she answered very rudely that yeah ofcourse without paying you cant get it! I was hungry and i did not told anything to her because i just came back from my work and i wanted to relax and have some good pizza but she ruined it! Well ignoring her at that time i sat over there and i ate pizza!
Even i am in a food and service sector but no employee talk like this to the customers.
Anybody who has entered the store first they will pay and then they will have it, but it doesn’t look nice that treat a customer like this!
I love to eat pizza from pizza hut but this employee ruined my mood and made me upset after the whole day of hardwork.

While i was sitting also there she was so reckless and rude to her subordinate and scolding him very recklessly.
Lastly when she call me to took pizza she said we are closing and it was 11: 30 only, i request her i will take 10mins only
She replied in very upset mood “ok”

Very Worst Service. This not the first time we ordered Pizza From this Store but they Always give Wrong Toppings and which i have Allergy we mention it still this time also gave with those toppings and last time they didn’t gave Refund same with this time they Deny to Refund and don’t accept their Fault. Very Disappointed with this store never gonna Order from here now. Be Aware guys.

I went there for takeout. Stayed their for roughly 3 minutes. I didnt found the stuffs welcoming. Should recommend other pizza hut but not this one in scarborough. The garlic mayo was also out of stock. No complaints on the food.

I've been using this location for my orders for pizza and wings. Pizza tastes great and I like wings from this location! If you order wings from some other brands, sometimes it's too dry or too plain like the sauce didn't marinate wings well enough. I dropped a box of pizza when picking them up last night. Those staff got outside to ask me saying that they would make a new one again for me, which was very nice of them as well!

Nothing beats the taste of pizza from pizza hut. The service is very fast in this place. Last time I ordered pizza it was ready within no time.

I ordered Cheese lovers pizza and the amount of toppings were amazing. It would be highly appreciated if they follow some guidelines such as not touching food after handling cash and changing gloves often.

Used very little sauce, the cheese crust was not baked properly, but it might be a one off thing. Just going based on my experience.

Fresh tasting ingredients and cheese. Not too much oil on pan pizza which is a rarity as people think Pan pizza means tonnes of oil. My pizza didnt smell like eggs like sometimes it did from a Brampton Pizza Hut

Just wanted to have a pizza but they did not let me order because I reached 15 mins before closing time. Never seen that happen anywhere else. Never going back to this place.

The food and service were beyond my expectations. I absolutely liked the environment of this restaurant. Fantastic spot to take my family out for lunch.

Driver does not follow instructions and all he had to say is "sorry, i didnt check the special instructions". He just went buck wild and knocked all doors of my house, woke up every body. Very bad experience. Long story. I called the online number but the representative didnt really care about my problem and kept cutting me off while i was talking. Pizza hut! 2 thumbs down. U used to be the best.

I strongly recommend never go to this place.worst experience ever they didn't give me pizza in 40 mins and on top of that the machine is not working and after 55 mins i went to my home with empty hands.they don't know even the abc of customer service.shame on pizzahut

I ordered a Pizza at Bellamy and Lawrence Pizza Hut on phone and went there to pick it up. It was ready and the girl at the counter said she does not have change for $100. It was after hours and I was in a hurry trying to pick up my kids from a party so I had to cancel my order and leave. A million dollar franchise business has no chance for $100? It really bothered me a lot. I will never go there again I have my business party pizzas ordered here. I give them over $10,000 worth of business every year. I’m going to cancel all my future orders at Bellamy and Lawrence. Not only that I will tell all my friends and business clients not to go to Bellamy and Lawrence. They will feel it I guaranteed it.

On my way to pickup the kids I called Pizza Hut at Neilson and Tapscott and ordered the Pizza again on phone and told the guy I have a hundred dollar bill and he said “ no problem’ I went there and everything was good.

I love pizza hut for variety and price. The best thing is you can get personal pizza which is small in size and it comes for 6 CAD. The taste of pizza crust is awesome. I recommend personal pizza. You just need to wait for more time to get your order.

I called today for the first time to place an order for delivery but the man that picked up and talked to me was extremely rude and yelled at me after I asked him "What other veggies can I add to my Pizza? " he yelled at me saying "WHAT ELSE YOU WANT ON IT? (Twice) JUST TELL ME HURRY! " so after hearing this I nicely told him I wanted to cancel my order and he said " UGH WHATEVER! " and hung up without saying sorry or goodbye. From his voice I can tell he was a Brown Indian man that knew fluent English but just had an accent. I ended up buying from Domino's Pizza instead. They were actually nice and didn't rush or scream at me for asking a simple question.

I usually love Pizza from Pizza hut. But this time I bought it from a different location, bellamy and lawrence. It was real bad. They burnt the crust and the cheese. It was terrible. I will never recommend anyone to go there. They have spoilt the taste of real Pizza Hut Pizza.

There is a worse place worse thay not taking order properly everyday.not just me many people some problem have this pleace dont go there!

Good pizza, they even messed up accidentally on an order and gave us a replacement plus extra for the inconvenience

Here it’s what happened!
This location is closer to the Scarborough hospital. Myself and wife wanna have pizza as need to wait for my admitted Friend. When I enter around 10: 30pm the girl in counter chattering in Indian language with one boy without looking at customers. They were playing with money and laughing. The girl took the order with open hair and her hair net is front counter. When they gave the pizza they kept my pizza next to the dirty hair net and Same as I expected her hair was in my pizza. Seriously I am telling my wife asked to call and inform. But I don’t think so anyone is serious on their work. All are chattering and laughing.
Dear Pizza Hut, we know your price is expensive we as a customer give it for your quality not for her dirty hair and lazy service. Local monopolies are better than your standard. Shame on you for maintaining this standard.
Waste complaining so better I did that to health Canada with photo proof hair in pizza and pic of hair net in counter. Atleast they care than you about customers. If you need pic contact my email.

I see other people rated them bad when it should be HORRIBLE. Customer service = 0, food taste = 0. One little guy there almost wanted a brawl with me.

Bad service, placed order at 5: 55pm they said it would be here at 6: 15 pm. Pizza arrived around 7: 30 pm. Sad!
