Pizza Hut

Always greeted well, with hot food. Never had an issue with this particular location
It’s still a Pizza Hut so I don’t expect amazing food

Pizza hut isn't what it used to be. And this place is garbage. Tried to order a bbq chicken pizza but I wanted regular pizza sauce on the pizza and BBQ sauce drizzled on the top, just like every other pizza place will do! I was told absolutely not! After telling me no, then after asking the manager, They said they will not do that, it makes no sense to put it on the top and I only get 1 sauce. I said I would pay for it or get a custom pizza made that way. She said they WILL NOT do it. I told them forget it and I'll order from pizza pizza and hung up. Manager called me back and said they would make an exception. Conveniently after I said I would go to their competition down the street. I told him I was already told no and there was nothing they would do to accommodate. So too, little too late. There a good reason why the town of aylmer sees Dominos and godfathers dominating the streets with deliver vehicles. I NEVER see pizza hut cruising around. Not sorry your business is crumbling. Horrible customer service, if you can call it service. Pizza hut used to be top tier.now they're chemical flavor enhanced garbage food. I won't bother you again with an order.

The staff is great and they treat me and my wife with nothing but respect, and for the food this is my favorite spot to get food in aylmer, its quick and always done right.

Great service. Ordered pizza box for dinner and when they delivered we got a free pizza on top of our order! Thank you!

Loved my experience with Aylmer's Pizza Hut! Ordered our food for 6: 30pm, got there and it was all ready to go and was HOT. The pizza was amazing and so were the wings! Hot, fresh, and crispy. Nothing to complain about.
A tip for people who get angry about wait times.make sure to order online early! And to give new restaurants some grace. They are a new team of new staff members just trying to figure it out:)

Has the most unreliable hours. It says they should be open till 12 am but close earlier? Then the website says it should be open from 5 pm to 2 am but still not open. Can never find our place for delivery.

Ordered 1 pizza, wings, a pizzone, and breadsticks. Ordered around $80 worth for food. Will NEVER order there again was told food would be ready by 6: 20 pm got there are 6: 30 was told 5-7 mins roll around to 7 pm the "manager" finally discovered all my food was in the bottom warmer they asked my name and order # about 4 times food was basically cold by the time I got it. Oh my pizzone looks like a thin crust pizza I counted maybe 6 pieces of pepperoni other pizza huts put a lot of toppings in their.

I have ordered here 3 times now. First was ok, second the driver gave me heck that I didnt answer my phone for them to tell me they had no delivery and third I got put through to head office number.ordered and said would be 30 minutes and never got an order! If I had of known I would have ordered elsewhere! DON'T order from this place that has no idea how to run a business
