Their system wasn't working right and long wait for pre-order, but they acknowledged it and threw in some extra wings.
Stuffed crust pizza and BBQ wings were great

I heard her name shela i think made my pizza horrible it was very horribly cut and the toppings fell off in the box she was very huffy and puffy and was slamming the till well checking me out and ran to the back as soon as our transaction ended she also did not put the sauce in my box like she said she did and did not refund me terrible customer service normally everyone in there is super nice but i’ve e never had a good experience with her

Peter the manager is very kind personable and you'll love his smile. Great hospitality and service from a 20 something kid.

Don't wasted your money or time here just go to FREE TOPPING PIZZA by foodland. This place is so in organized and disgusting. I was missing wings in my order,
and waited over and hr for them to arrive with no refunds at all.the staff are rude. If you order in the restaurant expect to wait a good 10 minutes untill the staff stop chatting in the back and decided to take your order. The inside of the place is so filthy the floors are greasy and the chairs are covered in crumbs. There is obviously no care for good customer service here at all. They either need new management or all new staff

Friendly staff. The inside didn't feel like Pizza Hut, could do better with having organized dine in and better looking. Pizza was good, got what I paid for.

Good food in a pinch. Not exactly pristine but not dirty. Inexperienced and not overly nice staff.

Asked for what specials are on they said nothing and I spent 25$ on a medium pepperoni pizza than a lady after said they have pizzas of the day and bought 2 large supremes for 20$, super scam my and unprofessional to not give me the affordable option

I think they need a trainer to go to all Pizza Huts from Head Office.

Lakefield pizza hut dissapoints once again
A few weeks ago we ordered a 3 pack meal, supposed to have boneless bites, get home (30 minute drive) and no boneless bites.
They offer to deliver then when I gave my address said they couldn't deliver to my address so they gave me a measly $7 discount (my order was well over $40)

Tonight, order a pan pizza, get it home and the thing is barely cooked! Sloppy dough.
When I walked in all 8 of the under 20 year old staff were standing around the counter debating racism vs bias, so I guess they were in a rush to get my pizza done to get back to their intellectual conversation. Won't waste my time calling for a $2 discount on my $25 order.

Someone from head office needs to get this location under control!

Absolutely disgusting. Paid $46 for large pizza 2 pieces of onion 3 pieces of peppers, No extra cheese and thin crust?
2nd pizza for $5 med special deal was perfect.

This is a cute little pizza hut. The ladies worked really hard to get everything ready and cooked to protection. The reason for 4 and not 5 is the building it self, could look in a little better shape. This is all cosmetic, nothing a little pit of work couldnt fix. The rails on the ceiling look like they have been moved a few times a lot of the white is appearing. And the paint is either peeling in one of the corners, or there used to be an industrial fridge there, and it wore it away. Staff is nice, and the place is clean, i like the tv in the corner telling you whos ordered and whos is ready or cooking. Thats cool. Good job overall!

Would be a 5 star if they didn’t blacklist my address for online delivery for some unknown reason, I can’t access any deals, so there’s no point in ordering from them, Free toppings pizza has way better value

The Canadian pizza was very good. Super cheesy. We also had wings there which was also good. Worth a visit.

Classic pizza, wings and salad. Always on time. Friendly staff and a nice patio with umbrellas for warmer months.

Do not go to this location, I ordered 22 chicken wings with Indian butter and there was only sauce on 3 or 4 of the chicken wings. I drove 40 minutes there + 40 minutes back just to get this poor service. Will not recommend this location or franchise to anyone as their quality has been slipping majorly. And will take the extra time to drive to another place that actually cares about their customers.

Also the eta for chicken wings keeps varying I had 1 employee tell me 8 minutes for 22 chicken wings, anoter employee once told me 15, and another told me 10, each time I ordered they were slow so I wasn't waiting on other peoples food to be prepper. So clearly some employees at this location are trying to cut corners.

Sometimes the service is fine, sometimes you order a slice that you can see, and the employee will go make a new batch for no reason

Always a good time. More than not my pizza is not how I ordered it but I keep going back for the convenience.

My experience with Lakefield Pizza hut started with them not being able to locate my address on their archaic system, and eneded an hour later once I called to check on the status of my order only to find out it had been cancelled. Terrible service, can't comment on the food as it never arrived.

Ordered pizza online with a stuffed crust. A waste of $3.00. There was little or no cheese in crust.

The strangest Pizza Hut I was ever in. I ordered tomatoes on my pizza and they took one slice of a tomato and cut it in very tiny pieces so I had one sixth of the tomato slice on each pizza slice. It is not clean.they have foam plates to eat off, however, we were served our pizza in a cardboard box even though they knew we were eating in. It appears to be run by young people that perhaps need a supervisor present. I have been in many Pizza Huts in my time and this one is a disgrace and makes the franchise look pretty shabby. If there was a "no star" review, that is what I would give this place. Pizza Hut you need to have someone check this outlet out - they are making your name look really, really bad.oh yes.and there are plastic forks.

The store was having technical issues and understaffed. The food was not hot. I have been stopping here on the way through for years and every year it continues to decline. Three cheers to the staff for their valiant effort at keeping this restaurant open

Pizza Hut lakefeild absolutely useless. I called in my order for delivery with instructions to call when driver leaves with food so I can meet them at the front gate. After 35 min I went to the gate to wait as they have forgot to call in the past. After an hour I called back and they said they cancelled my order but didn't know why. They have my name, they have my address and my phone number. Clearly no customer relation skills at this location. If you want a pizza call the professionals where quality means something and customer service is number one. Greek restaurant across the road
