Tribble experience. Burnt pizza received after 1 hour. I called the store 3 times and no one was responsible.

Absolutely furious at my order from the past Saturday. My girlfriend and I waited for almost an hour and half for it to be delivered. We sucked that part up.
When we opened the boxes, one pizza was completely smooshed from both sides, with most of the toppings having fallen off. The second one, with cheese spilling out of the box, was literally folded in half, and all the toppings were ripped off only leaving the dough.
They promised a refund by today and I have not received it, and can’t get a hold of this location now. $40 completely wasted on for dough in a box and couldn’t even salvage one piece. There’s a picture of the second after we unfolded it. You call that service?
Thanks for ripping me off, I’ll never eat at another Pizza Hut again.

Over 47 minutes for one pizza and they still undercooked it and did not offer a discount.

Also there was garbage all over spilling from the bin and onto the floors. It smelled really bad and I had to wait for them because they forgot to put the pizza in the oven.

Thank you so much for serving a burned pizza with little to no toppings! That's why it's called 50% off promotion!

I'd ordered pizza for delivery stating that it should be well done and asked to get three extra dips and the payment method was card upon delivery. But when the delivery driver showed up he insisted that his machine is not working and he only wants cash so I had to arrange cash for him and he did not even bring the dips I ordered.

Decided to eat here. After leaving the disgusting Mr. Greek next door, the place was clean enough not at its best, but it was okay. The bathroom was filthy service was okay. Food was good. I would eat there again The only thing that I didn't like was we ordered a large pizzas and they had none available at dinner time which forced us to have personalized pizzas which was more expensive. Of course, who runs out of large pizza dough right at dinner time. Downtown Toronto is not exactly my favorite place but it definitely has been more run down over the years. Have to say quite disappointed in business service in cleanliness of 90% of businesses in Toronto in the downtown core

This is the worst Pizza Hut location in the city. Their pizzas are always smaller than they should be, crust is very dry, and they always cheap out on toppings. I ordered an extra cheese pizza and it’s always less than the regular amount of cheese required. Do yourself a favour and order from a different location.

Love pizza hut, don't love this location. My pizza is always way overdone and the cheese is burnt.

I always knew Pizza Hut was bad and honestly it's my fault for stepping in there. The breadsticks tasted like cardboard. The boneless bites tasted like dog food and the pizza had no taste. Service is fine but the food is absolutely atrocious

Worst customer service ever, a rude and aggressive shift supervisor or manager who’s apparently having a bad day, she refused to serve me, she called the police and lied that I am threatening her! Glad I called Pizza Hut 310-1010 and recorded the incident before she called the police. Can’t believe she treated us that way!

Went with my dad and brother and asked for the large deal with a 5$ medium pizza.we asked for a chicken Caesar medium pizza because we dont know what that is. She then added a 7 dollar pizza. We told her in the kindest manner that we want the 5 dollar deal. She then said she will not serve us because we do not know how to order.we told her that we wanted the $5 pizza deal but she failed to understand. We asked what toppings we can add and she said “Im not gonna tell you any toppings read it yourself. ” She called the police and made us get out the store. There was also trash and oil on the table we were going to sit. Garbage Restaurant. DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible customer service.

Pizza is fire, service is ok.
Could be better, to be honest. But I find this happens with many big brand fast food restaurants, they get sloppy with service.
Pizza hut is still delicious though.

Store is fine but they have a old guy with his van in parking lot harassing everyone with his parking authority. Never gonna visit this plaza again bc that old guy is always there touching your vehicle

The staffs are very friendly, and the taste of pizza is good. However, all of them did not wear masks.

Pizza was underdone. The crust was barely golden and the cheese was almost burnt. Obviously the oven is set too high. But that's not all. I ordered wings to go with it. When they arrived, they were swimming in sauce, soggy and also just cooked. It was to the point I broke a bone just to check and make sure. Go to ANY other location. $60 for what? To have my mean ruined? NEVER again.

Rude, unprofessional employees. The old guy in the parking lot (delivery driver) sits in his idling vehicle and harasses patrons.

Undercooked pizza. It was doughy, floppy, and the bottom was white with no cook marks. When I called to ask what could be done the employee told me there was nothing they could do and they cooked it to standards. I have exclusively ordered from various Pizza Hut locations for years now and never had an experience like this. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

This is my go to spot, I usually end up getting the pizza of the day. Normally I get pizza during the lunch hour however I am not always able to make it on time.

Went in a few days ago and came extremely late after placing the order online. The staff was surprised to see me of course because so much time past by. They mentioned they had canceled my order however they still had my pizza and remade a new one for me.

I appreciate the patience of the staff and customer service here as when I went in they were also really busy and made my order anyway. Goes to show why I am a regular here.

Love the pizza of the day deal and know I’ll be back.

Staff is rude. When ordering for delivery. They quite often forget silly things like condoments or cutlery that was ordered.

Horrible tasting pizza, has nothing to do with supreme taste and stuffed crust is dry and old. And they didn’t even cut it properly. That’s what happened when you have Poor service.

I was craving a Panzerotti so I ordered the Meat Lover’s P’Zone. It was pretty tasty and way better than Pizza Nova’s.

Worst place to order from it, I placed order for delivery and for the 3rd time he calls and refuse to bring the order to my appartment, and there is no policy from pizza hut regarding this matter. I called to complain no one cared to answer, and i called customer service and they did nothing. Thats why Dominos is the best service by far (Sheppard and Yonge). These guys does not care about business

Pizza Hut has great pizza in general. Issues with this location is the non-mask wearers, the people smoking right in front of the door most of the time and the random non-employees that walk around the back chit chatting. I don't trust the cleanliness of this location.

The customer service is amazing and the cashier who took my order made sure to repeat each item back to me to make sure my order was perfect.

Literally always order from here for the family and they never disappoint. Nicest delivery guy ever too! Thanks Gord

The owner threatened to report us to the parking authorities for walking into another store in the same plaza. The parking space is for the whole plaza.

Doesn't even deserve the one star. It was online order and they made it wrong.the worst part is that girl is trying to say any non-sense to avoid saying sorry for your time. Educate your employee on how to apologize and better all.how to make the right order.

Poor customer service not not on time. I ordered a pizza from this place. I received it after 1h and 12 minutes the pizza was cold already. I reached them a couple of times finally they deliver my pizz otherwise it would take much longer than that.

Great pizza, just honestly need a customer bathroom, especially when I bring a couple people and purchase an extra large pizza or two and my guest need to wash their hands before dining and/or use a washroom.

The most pathetic Pizza Hut ever. I just ordered a simple boneless breaded wings in garlic Parmesan sauce. The wings was not breaded or crispy.the sauce was watery.full of oil.and tasted sooo bad! They put all the items hot and closed it. It left a lot of sweat in the container. Horrible and yuckk!
Never going back again. Do not order online or delivery from here. The staff was tooo lazy to take care of your food.

Delivery driver was cheeky and rude. Threaten about taking name off list for not tipping as we're not from here we didnt realise it was custom. Disappointed with service and rudeness of delivery driver. We paid for our food and delivery charge. I heard no concern for the tip for other staff involved with the order only the drivers. TRY AT OWN RISK!

Came to pick up a pizza here. Pretty much just a pick up place. Wouldn't recommend eating here as tables are non existent. Staff was friendly and efficient. Not really much to say on this place. If you enjoy pizza, delivery is available and pretty quick. Won't recommend dining in.

My family used to enjoy dining at Pizza Hut wherever we went worldwide and the experience was always unmatched. This outlet in Toronto has been a big disappointment in terms of service and attitude of staff since they are not friendly and welcoming and give the impression of being lazy. The offers and deals are not posted near the ordering area and we only found out about the same after placing our orders and moving to the limited seating area nearby. Would have preferred the staff to be interactive and point out the options available while we place the order. Not a pleasurable dining experience based on our multiple visits to this place. Hope Pizza Hut management takes notice.

Perfect pizza, but a bit high price in comparison with other brands, the resturant is located in a small plaza, so you may have difficulty in finding parking spot

Pizza was under cooked and soggy! I called to ask why my pizza was under cooked, and they say it is supposed to be like that and it is because I did not say well done! Omg, I am not asking for crispy well done, It is under cooked! I couldn't even pick it up! And. Pizza is supposed to be like that? Do you think this is my first time ordering pizza?

People are not good here. Customer service is not good. Dry people work here. I don’t recommend this place for future. Try at your own risk!

Pizza was dry. They gave me the wrong flavoured wings. Fries were soggy.

Service was good though, but you can get much better food at one of the many other pizza places nearby.

This place needs to step it up, let’s go!

Pizza dough and tomatoes half raw, cheese in the crust was great Spicy chicken bites were okay. 2/5 is generous.mainly for the delish cinnabon bites. Delivery man was unpleasant. Won't be ordering from here again until they work on the baking time and their customer service.

Never hands you the right and picture matching orders, there are way different and the choices and options are limited compare to other locations, been there always as the last resort. Dinners beware

Ordered a margarita pizza got cheese pizza instead very hard and dry.worst pizza ever was very disappointed.they messed up my order.

Placed a small order almost an hour ago, which is fine but number doesnt work and dont bother now. I won't pay. Ordered from a different location. Absolutely no way to contact anyone immediately at the customer service number is botched too. Ridiculous.

Ordered delivery on June 10th, 2019. Pizza came cold, the 2L bottle of pepsi was forgotten, the garlic dipping sauce was forgotten too. Tried to reach the location, no answer. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Didnt let us eat inside the restaurant. Terrible manager, the guy called our friend an animal. He didn't even let my friend throw out the trash in the garbage. 0 stars maan

I had been waiting for my large pizza for at least an hour. I called them to ask why its running late and the guy just said "sorry its gonna be there shortly" and he just hung up. I was like WTF! Dont expect any good service from here.

If I could have rated zero I would have. They are always late. I will never order from them. More than 1 hours really some times 2 hours.

We ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas: one had EXTRA CHEESE and pepperoni, the other had chicken and peppers. Don’t get me wrong, we still ate it.but check out the pictures below to see the serious cheese deficit! So sad: (

Very very slow and disorganized. I didn't eat here but I did pick up my meal. I ordered in adavance and still had to wait 20 minutes after I got there. Odly enough you'd think the food would be hot but it was luke-warm at best.
Wonv't be ordering from here again.
