Lady on the phone her tone is very rude. Received my pizza and telling her how both were burnt and she’s telling me it’s the cheddar cheese. Only excuses she’s telling me until I told her I’ve been placing the same orders three times in a row and she still advise me about the cheddar. Finally she says she’s going to remake it. Horrible service overall. Tell me these pizza don’t look burnt

Usually happy with this place. However, today when we went in to order takeout, cashier took down my order wrong even though I repeated my order twice to her. Filed a complaint but received a response as follows "The employee had repeated the order back to you. Sorry for the misunderstanding". Nope, you guys are not sorry, and she did NOT repeat it back to me. This company does not value their customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, thanks.

This is my second time physically ordering in store. My first time the staff didn't accept my order as the store was busy. This time I planned my visit so I was success in ordering. Both visits, the staffs suggested ordering online instead. In terms of favours, the pizza toppings are bittered and burned. The dough is fluffy and favour is OK.

Had Pizza Hut Scarborough yesterday for our Mother's Day dinner! We ordered their Triple Treat Box which includes. 2 Pizzas, Boneless Chicken Bites, Bread sticks, and Mini Cinnamon Buns from Cinnabon! Everything was tasty! Thanks Pizza Hut Scarborough!

Very poor customer service at this location. Lady at the counter was very rude and ignorant. Never going back.

Bought a medium pizza with four toppings that cost over $26. It's not good, cheese burnt, crust is not like am accustomed to, minimal ingredients, just terrible. First time I didn't enjoy a pizza from pizza hut, cos I like. Cost too much for too little and no good. Thanks

Ordered two large first one was supposed to be BBQ chicken, it came mixed with sausage, second one was Margherita but has no taste at all. Both came cold and tasted awful. Called the store to complain, manger didn’t accept my feedback. Don’t recommend this location at all.

Bought 3 pizzas. They were the worst tasting pizzas I’ve ever had. Tasted like they some how watered down the flavour. I don’t normally write reviews but these were so bad, it made me want too. Would give zero stars if I could.

There must have been something wrong with either their pizza dough or pizza sauce because the pizza's we got today were tasteless. Felt like I was just eating dough. Not good or worth the money.

The staff at this location was very nice. Went above and beyond to help me figure out an affordable deal within my price range. The pizza itself was very good.

Do not order here if you are expecting a delivery on time. I received my pizza 1 hour and 10 minutes after placing my order. The staff do not seem to care when I called to ask where my order is. AVOID.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I ordered delivery and waited an extra 20 minutes to give them some time to deliver. I finally called and they said they have not even started making my pizza yet. No one even called me to let me know. I cancelled my order and will never be ordering from this location. It should not take 2 hours to get pizza delivered.

Dont value customers time
I ordered a pizza at 5: 45 pm and app showed pickup of 6: 05 pm
Went there at 6: 05 and was told it will take 20 min
Went again at 6: 30 was told to come back 10 min later.
Who takes 1 hour to make a pizaa

Don’t expect timely service, never expect sauce other than marinara, by the way the coupon are to be applied at stores willingness.

Drive a few Km and find better place that serves pizza timely and provides better service overall.

Great and delicious food, I liked the mood the place has, and the employees were very kind. I will definitely come back.

This place is the one I like best. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this place I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very friendly and the cooking they serve is so flavorful. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent dinner in this restaurant. I recommend this place with pleasure.

I had a wonderful experience in this place. We enjoyed the awesome vibes and the meals. The staff are super friendly. I am glad we eventually decided to try this restaurant.

Quality is bad. Upon arrival was told the pizza wasn’t ready. That was ok with me. Waited another 15 mins and when I picked up the pizza it was cold. Why? The person working at the front doesn’t even know where the pizza was.

Usually able to meet the expected ready time. No issues with this establishment thus far. Looks clean compared to other locations of this franchise.

Back off! Back off! That’s how the front desk lady talks to customers. Very sad to see people treating customers like insects. So who needs to really work should be working instead of the unhappy person that’s today scaring loyal customers off.

Just pick up 3 "Canadian" pizza, it was one of the best one for a long while in the area. The lady manager was very pleasant, service was quick and the area was very clean, that really made my day. Will definitely come back again in the very near future. Keep up the good work. Great big thank you.

I was thinking in a good word to be able to express myself about the service in this location, but there is NO Customer Service at all in this place, the front desk lady doesn't even know how to deal with people in any manner.
Also I would like to add the point of when she is in the back chatting and laughing in front of the food.

Poor customer service as well as a bland pizza. The pizza hardly has any tomato sauce on it and the pizza is cooked poorly. This is one of the bad Pizza Hut locations. Don't go here

I placed a pickup order online at 8: 34pm and the email showed that my order would be ready after 20mins. When I arrived there after 25mins to pick up my order, they told me my food was not ready yet. So I waited for another 15mins to get my food. And they were not busy at allby that time. I don't understand what took them so long to make a pizza and a regular size fries.

Horrible, slow service. Will never come back here. Pick up was supposed to be ready at 7: 30 and it's 8pm and still not ready.

I ordered for pick up on the mobile app to check out if it works good. Got the large veggie pizza 50% off also as they had a special! App works great and food was even better! Only reccomendation would be to add a section where customers can put a note for their online order so we don't have to call the store to advise, like for example I had to call to advise I want it well done. Just would make it easier but not a huge thing at all I will live! Good service and as I mentioned even better pizza and yes the order was ready for the time I specified!

I placed a takeout order for a medium pizza and 8 wings. Then I realized there was a promotion, Mon-Wed 1/2 off on a large pizza.

By then, my order was ready- so I asked the shift manager to reconfirm the promotion. I asked why I wasn't advised, she shrugged her shoulder, responded ". Because you ordered a medium pizza-promotion doesn't apply. "and turned to the cashier, who took the order. Then the cashier responded "as a business why would we advertise any promotion? " I don't need to mention that's being extremely dishonest, and essentially you are defrauding customers. Why would I order a medium pizza and pay double the price, when I could get a large and pay half the price? A promotion that every customer is entitled to? The shift manager argued with me. Initially refused to discount the pizza, and offered to make another small pizza and call it even, but still charge me $13.50. Clearly that makes no sense, but after 5 mins of arguing, she eventually discounted the medium pizza. I had to state the unfairness, the fact that I'm still not receiving the promotion, because I'm only getting a medium pizza and not a large. She then offered to give me the medium pizza which I paid for in addition to another small pizza. However at that point I was already upset, and in a hurry-I told them not to bother. I also asked for a contact for the district manager or head office, which I was refused-apparently she didn't have the number.

Needless to say my experience at Pizza Hut today was unsatisfactory, and I most likely will not be returning.

To the owner of this location- I strongly advise that you educate and train your staff on adequate customer service, because this interaction today was absolutely unacceptable, and based on previous reviews the poor service seems to be common here.

Pizza Hut has an ongoing deal but a large pizza and get next 2 medium pizza for $5 each.

Usually if they ran out of large pizza one of the manager at the other location charges me for large pizza and 2nd medium for $5 and gave me 3 medium pizzas as they ran out of large pizza.

I came specifically for this deal and the told me they ran out of large pizza so they cannot sell me this deal.it looks like they done make fresh dough for pizza.
If it’s not fresh dough and they sell frozen dough they may have preservative in it.well I will avoid Pizza Hut from now on.

Poor customer service.

I called them for delivery 6 times and no one picked up the phone. Finally when someone answered they told me they can't deliver to my house. Apparently I am too far. I live 6 minutes away! SIX MINUTES.

Worst place to visit. Customer service very poor. Pizza was very poor and they dont know how to deal with a customer. They are spoiling the name of pizza hut at this location. Dont wanna visit ever again at that place.
