So many bad reviews and they still don't seem to improve. I won't blame the Staff it must be the owner, Third and last time here.cheap with toppings, pizza was cooked from the top and raw dough at the bottom. " garlic parmesan bites " had no cheese no garlic sauce just 7 drops of some random ranch tasting sauce.

We don't know why even the replaced pizza was burned. And the one on the counter is yelling at me like I made the burned one for him.

Friendly but don't listen to order. I asked two people if the right ice cream was in my bag and both said yes. Got home and definitely not correct ice cream for my daughter.

The absolute worst customer experience I have ever received from a major pizza establishment. I placed an order online and called in store to make changes/add things. The rep that answered was named Manny. He was extremely rude, rushed me when I asked questions, hung up on me twice, and lied about the delivery process. When I asked for his name is when he started to become nice and patient, knowing what the consequences of his actions were and attempting at damage control. He really brings down the reputation of the establishment and should be re-trained or let go entirely.

This Pizza Location is terrible. I ordered 2 large pizzas and both pizzas barely had any cheese or toppings. They just added extra sauce to make up for the missing cheese. Go to another pizza hut in Scarborough to get better pizza.

Bad Pizza Hut. After I had this, I got food poisioning. I vommited many times I lost count at this point

Cashiers dont double check the pizza while giving to customers and very disrespectful if you ask tell them thier mistake.

I decided to give a second chance to pizza hut after a bad experience many years ago. But you can never straighten a dog's tail. They have not changed their attitude. The staff was either wilfully ignorant or chose to harass. The promotion clearly says 2medium size pizzas with six toppings at $20.00. The store rep kept on repeating three toppings like a parrot. I asked him to let me look at the choice of toppings. He pointed towards a card, but he was not willing to guide me. I left the store in utter disgust.

The best service we ever received from any pizza place! We had a small get-together and ordered 16 pizzas on the phone for carryout. The guy, Prakash, was very meticulous and didn't mess up any orders at all, and the pizzas were all done really well! Everyone at the party complimented the food, saying it was the best quality pizza they tasted from all the other pizza places in town. Prakash provided really good service to us. I will always recommend this place for future family get-togethers or just a lazy night home!

Got a soggy undercooked pizza at @PizzaHutCanada Morningside location here in Scarborough. Said he can send another back out. But is making me pay a delivery fee. Awful customer service.

I ordered the pizza and they put too much sauce when I took a slice all the toppings fall down and also the pizza not cooked properly. I am totally disappointed with them and suggest everyone not to buy from here.

I like the Pizza Hut style pizza and this location does not disappoint. It's very easy to order online for a pick-up or delivery. I might try the stuffed crust one of these days.

This spot gives extraordinary service as well as enjoyable food. The best spot in the city. The drinks and food served quickly and the prices are fair. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Expensive delivery charge for smaller price items. And hate the fact that you have to spend min 15$ before taxes to qualify for delivery.

Difficult and slow service and the atmosphere does not constitute nice dining however the food is still up to par with Pizza Hut standard.

I called them to order Pizza by using a coupon advertised and delivered by them by mail today (Feb/ 19/2020). But they didn't honour the Promotion and said it is expired and they dont have that Promotion. I have attached images here to verify by others to check the expiration date of the Promotion. Based on this experience I can scale their level or customer service and quality. I would avoid this place by all means in the future.

Pizza is not cooked properly for the pick up ones, thus pizza remains too much wooy gooy. The owner likes to save money in electricity, doesn't care for the community people, and the quality. This business shouldn't be here.

When ordering for Delivery, keep in mind there driver in the day is 90% guaranteed to run every stop sign, almost hit ur children, and cut anyone he can off while holding a finger out the window, in order to get that pizza ontime. Dont mind the extra red, its just another statistic. Seriously though ur drivers shouldnt be drivering. Young black male is too reckless fam seriously.not first time

I ordered 2 pizzas and it was a 5.00 for the second pizza. The owner rang it in as 2 separate orders and when I requested the 2nd for 5.00 he said it can't be changed. I will never go to pizza hut again.

Would never order from here again. Tell them not to put something on the pizza, they put it on.and to top everything off, the delivery guy was demanding tips. Um. No. If I have tip I will give. Before leaving he was telling me I MUST have tip next time. Ain't going to be a " next time". Very Rude delivery person.

Always a good experience. The salad bar is delicious and the pizzas are all good. Deep dish is the best!

The service was good and the food was even better. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves Pizza Hut.

Well, the last time I ordered $50 at pizza hut (I'm physically disabled btw), the delivery woman had the audacity to tell me a real man would meet her out front.

Pizza hut has not responded to my complaints at all. I recommend ordering elsewhere

Ordered pizza for delivery at 10: 15pm and did not hear back until 12: 30am; called several times and they did not answer. The delivery person shows up at 12: 34am with a cold pizza and expected us to pay them the full price. We didn’t get an apology and instead they argued. Not ever getting anything from here again.

Worst customer service ever!

They delivered the two pizzas SMASHED! I called it in while the delivery driver looking at the pizza and it was smashed! Pizzas were not cut back properly and it looked obvious that it came out of the oven very damaged yet they still packed it up and sent it over. I called the store back to complain and there were no apologies provided. The store manager's name was Prakash Mahendran. I heard the manager ask the driver did u eat the pizza. Who does that? I spoke back again the manager and he asked me did u purposely damage the pizza? He couldn't even say I'm sorry but we'll send another pizza on the house or keep the pizzas and you dont need to pay. He did or offer to compensate me for the time wasted or the service I received. Yet he accused me of damaging the pizzas! I ordered a meal with kids at home waiting eagerly. The store not only make us wait 45 minutes for the pizza but accused me of damaging the pizzas. He then slammed the phone down on me. I was shocked at the customer service I received from Pizza Hut!

The delivery lady had no blame on this.

Someone please listen to the call that took place today at 6: 45 pm and train the individual on how to properly represent his company by treating customers with respect.

I would not recommend anyone to order from this store!

Bought 2 personal pizzas.

Had no taste whatsoever.

However the pizza base was great.

Horrible service by the General Manager himself, I could only imagine how the rest of the staff are. I received an undercooked pizza which contained meat. My sibling was vomitting after having one slice. Brought it back to ask for another one to be made and I was offered to have it reheated. No apology or sympathy or concern about health and safety. Instead, I was told it was my fault because I should have requested cooked well. I have been a customer for years, the default order for a pizza is ALWAYS cooked and having raw meat and dough is never an option. Worst service I have ever received.
