Ordered for pick up, order ready at 11: 03 came in and no one answered the door. Was waiting in parking lot and the kitchen guy left 10 minutes later in his blue mustang revving by. Thanks for the order lol.

Was going to eat in at 9: 17 p.m. Only to be told as the restaurant dining area was full of people that it was closed to us so we had to take our pizza and go but the restaurant was full of occupants who were actually sitting in the dining room eating no problem. I wouldn't recommend going there. It was the most insulting way to spend 50 plus dollars just to take it home

I ordered the new melt sandwiches for take out. They were absolutely horrible. Cold. Over cooked. Barely any toppings on them. Absolutely disappointing as I was looking forward to it. Most definitely won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

On 2023 May 14, this place is still under COVID service conditions. That means the dining room is self-serve with no waitress (think McDonalds), you can sit down and eat, but you have to order at the payment window or order online and pick up your pizza in a cardboard box and bring it your table. Paper plates, plastic forks, styrofoam cups will be provided. Want a jug of pop? You buy a 2 litre bottle. Buffet is not available either.

They will go back to full service dining and buffet (pre-covid times) either this year or 2024.

Pizza still tastes great.

Bought a medium pepperoni & sausage with thin crust. Super supreme personal pan. The medium was BURNED and DRIED OUT. The pepperoni was burned to a crisp and there was no sausage. The whole pizza was dark brown how burned it was. The personal pan was also dried out to the point where I could taste any sauce.

Don’t waste your time and money with this place. The pizza was disgusting and this restaurant is very dirty. Definitely won’t return.

I’m not one to really complain. But the overall experience was extremely underwhelming. We went to dine in, but instead we had to order from the counter. We ate off paper plates in the dine in area with bottled pop. (More of a fast food experience). The pizza came out under cooked throughout and burnt on the top. The restaurant is messy, I will not be back to this location.

After ordering extra sauce one week and getting dry pizza with barely a normal amount of sauce, we complained and were given coupons to replace to mediums, ok fine. I tried to call in to redeem those the next week only to be told by the girl who answered that she didn't know how to do that and would I wait for a mgr. After about 10 minutes I was disconnected. Called back only to hold automatically for another 10 minutes. I gave up and drove in to speak to someone and order. When I told her my experience thus far and how I was hung up on, was told bluntly "that's not our fault" by Amanjeet who's apparently the shift manager. She was unapologetic and rude. Probably not returning. Thanks for nothing Amanjeet.

Way over priced, for very low quality pizza. Tasted like there was pieces of onion in my pepperoni pizza, which made for a very weird texture. Would not eat here again.

Ordered a supreme pizza. Pizza was definitely missing something. According to website pizza should have pepperoni, pork, beef, mushrooms, green peppers, onions. Mine was missing those. Called and spoke to Louisa. Boy, she had an attitude! Not sure if my pizza will be fixed or not?

What happened to your pizza crust and dough. Your new way of cooking your pizza is terrible. I can go to the local pizza parlor and get the same.

Take out are Cheaply cook by staff. Overcook and toppings are pathetic as if it’s not a pizza. Not recommended! Stay away and find decent pizza house.

The vegetarian and meatlovers pizzas were good and cooked well. The service could have been a little more warm and friendly. It was a nice addition to add the dozen minibons for dessert as I love Cinnabon ️.

I believe they forgot the pineapple so they just sprinkled some on top.
I should have checked prior to receiving the pizza for delivery but this is just lazy on their behalf thinking we would not notice. Do better!

The food was delicious. We decided to dine in, it was basically empty and someone brought the food out to us with paper plates and plastic forks. We ordered our food at the entrance. The overall experience was alright. I guess it was just different since there are no waitresses. But it was nice to be able to eat pizza in store.

Exactly what you would expect for a pizza Hut. Did was decent staff courteous. We were the only people dining in.

Pizza hut does not provide quality food, its over priced.

I ordered wings off of uber eats, but it never said i was ordering "pizza hut". It is under the name "wing street" and says absolutely nothing about it being related to pizza hut. Its a very sketchy way to advertise, had i know it was pizza hut i would have never ordered it.

The food that did come (wings and fries), was terrible. Its low quality chicken, the fries seemed like they were 3 days old and reheated. Ive never liked this chain, and their false advertising on uber eats is ridiculous.

There are no prices posted and you cannot get a menu with prices on it. I was told by the kid working you just tell me what you want and then we ring it in and we tell you the price. This is not acceptable to me as I wanted to order 4 pizzas and I wanted to make sure it was within my budget. This is an unacceptable business practice I have been going to this store for over 20 years. There is no longer any sit down in the store on lundy's laneThe person working was dismissive and rude. I guess they expected me to stand there for an hour naming off what I would like and asking what the price was and taking notes. So I could then decide what I wanted to order. Absolutely ridiculous.

My stomach has been killing me all day. Everyone who ate the pizza yesterday has suffered. There is zero store cleanliness and no hygiene measures taken in the kitchen. We have food poisoning from the pizza we ate! Avoid at all costs!

We call to order a pizza and they receive the call and started laughing n singing (like they don’t even care) lady was singing on the phone n staff ppl was laughing in background she couldn’t control her laugh and we made servals of call n they received n hung up without taking orders worst WORST WORST STAFF (seems like young buncha teenagers working n making fun of customers over the phon

Got a stuffed crust pizza from here yesterday and it was off. The cheese inside crust was hard and I woke this morning with bad stomachache

We wanted to go put for a nice dinner to enjoy Pizza Huts food but there was a young blonde woman who works the front counter yelled at us & we couldn't understand why she was yelling? I think she may need a couple of hearing aids?
We will never go back to this Lundys Lane location again! She informed us that we could eat at a table but there wouldn't be any waitress to serve us.hell if I wanted to serve myself, we would have stayed home.

Counter personal didn't even care that the customer is waiting, nor any curtousy. Waited for 10 minutes to pickup the order. Nice to respond and welcome and provide better customer service.

I ordered from this place now twice the pizza was a bit under cooked but the boneless chicken was awesome and the management from Pizza Hut called the next day after I ordered to see how our experience was and I told her the pizza was under cooked and she gave me three pizzas and a large 7up for free next time I wanna order now that’s good service and yes I would highly recommend this place plus the breadsticks were so cheesy that we ordered thanks Pizza Hut

Best pizza i had after a long time. The pizza was so crispy and cheeze was amazing.
Staff was super nice and great hospitality.

The host server is rude and talked to us like we are from another planet. No patience, no respect. I was surprised of this treatment.

A rip off shadow of its former self. WAAAAAAAAY over priced for what you get. $30 for an 'ultra supreme' pizza that is actually NOTHING like the menu picture. Just like every other fast food CON JOB - they should be charged for false advertising. Wings are super small - one order didn't have even ONE drumstick in it. I should get half my money back at the very least.

Real cool. I'll say, they made a mistake on my order, but seriously, they made good on it and then some, so I was blown away just on the level of customer service.

Overpriced. Not at all the same quality as the past. Nothing special - stingy with the toppings and pizza sauce. Pizza was lukewarm and dry. Wings are REALLY small and no drumsticks. Definitely better deals elsewhere.

We ordered a large 14" meat lovers pizza with stuffed crust it was terrible we had one piece of it each and landed throwing the rest out
Crust was extremely thin tasted like cardboard
And very little cheese very dry
We called pizza hut over the issue they offered to make us another pizza the second one was better fresh and hot more cheese but the crust was still a bit thin but it was a much better pizza the breadsticks with cheese were very good

It says Dine-in in the maps but actually it's not. Was so disappointed as I had to walk 2.5 km to reach there and know dinning is closed.

Employees are not so welcoming I felt. They need to do clear communication to their customers.

The gentlemen were so sweet here! They were very kind over the phone and even kinder at the store. It was the first time I tried Pizza Hut and it was delicious! The cheese was so good and the crust was soft so I was able to eat that as well. Thank you for your great service!

Ordered two pizzas, service was really quick and food delicious! We were missing one topping and they made us a new pizza right away. Great customer service & friendly staff! Would eat here again.

I ordered a pizza from store # R31010 on Lundy’s lane Niagara Falls. The guy who was taking our order (Akash) he was so rude and yelling on the customers. When I talked to him about politeness then instead of apologizing he again yelled and said you guys don’t know how busy I am right now. I said that’s fine I don’t care how busy you are but at least talk to customers politely he said I cannot change my attitude you can go online and do complaint against me. This is not a customer friendly place to eat any more. I will recommend not to go on this location and choose any other place and don’t waste your money. Very disgusting place

We order from there whenever we get pizza. It has always been great and arrives quickly. Dine in was always pleasant.

Pizza came with half the cheese missing. Not aure if the cook was a 15 year old but it was ridiculous. Server agreed and I asked to bring back to kitchen to add cheese, 10 mins later its back and over cooked. I will never go back to pizza hut

Pizza is twice the price to three times the price of other pizza huts. However they do put more toppings then other pizza huts. Service was terrible from one girl. Lazy. She had 2 tables and never checked on us for refills or additional orders and said she would bring the bill and never did. Meanwhile there was a guy server who was working 6 tables and providing excellent service and was speedy.

Inside Sitting area is clean. But Washrooms need cleaning and a lot of work. Very tight space. Avoid if you can.

Pizza was good, kids enjoyed themselves and their dinner. Staff was friendly and patient with the children. Service was great.

The worst pizza hut I have ever been to. The staff here was extremely rude and insulted us infront of everyone just because we ordered pizza online and were sitting inside and eating. There is no law which says you cannot eat pizza inside the store which you have ordered from the same restaurant. They were very arrogant and eventhough there were no customers he literally screamed and pushed us out of the restaurant. Had never had such an horrible experience at any restaurant in my life. Would recommend training on staff on how to talk to customers. Would never visit this place again. Thank you for the worst customer service of my life

We are big fans of Pizza Hut and have been regular visitors at the Lundy's Lane location in NIagara Falls for the better part of 20 years. A couple of years ago we placed an online order, and after waiting for our pickup order for 45 minutes I found out they had misplaced the confirmed order, which I showed the manager. It took another 20-30 minutes for a new order to be prepared and after everything was ready I received a few "free pizza" coupons for the long wait. Well time goes by and two years later I STILL have not used the coupons! So today I saw Josh - the manager from two years ago, recounted the story about the coupons (including one my wife was given when picking up an order just over a year ago), and Josh immediately wrote up four new coupons to replace the now expired cards! What a great guy, just as he was two years ago. Hats off to Pizza Hut for hiring quality people like Josh - now we just have to remember to leave the house with those coupons on a day we end up craving Pizza Hut, LOL. Cheers, and enjoy your meal!

Pizza hut offers a wide variety of food and drinks moreover it offers a delightful experience to food lovers to have a great experience!

Waitress was nice but it looked like other staff wanted us to leave (we arrived 40 minutes before closing time)

The server was really nice, he knew his stuff and kept coming back to us asking if we're ok. He also was very kind and polite. Pizza came pretty quickly and was done very nicely. Would go back here next time for sure

I don't know what happened to their pizzas from the menu, but the cheese has been scaled back by 50% and is so thin in some parts you can see the sauce. The pizzas you order off the menu were always more cheesier than the all-you-can-eat buffet pizzas. That cheese reduction also applies to breadsticks with cheese.

However, higher minimum wages probably have a hand in this change. I can't blame them.

It's pizza hut, you get what you expect. Service can be a little slow sometimes but not enough to take away a star.

Please try to avoid this place as these guyz are so rude. I've never faced such behaviour in my entire life in Canada. Today 30 mins back at 4 PM on this Victory day, We went to that Pizza Hut & took sit in the restaurant. We were planning to ordered an XL pizza. We had some food for my kids & we were trying to feed them in the meantime. One lady was so rude letting us know that they Don't allow outside food. Then i replied we'll not feed them but we'll keep the food. They insisted us to leave & come after 25 mins later to pick up the pizza. We told them It’s my kids food & we can't throw away but one of the boy was telling that they like their job & don't want to get fired. Then we just left as we're so hungry & we had to leave for Scarborough. I'll never ever go to any pizza hut in my life again. I feel really sad for such behaviour & people like them

The place is big enough to accomodate a large group of people, the service is really quick and the people are really sweet.thank you filling out empty stomachs!

Ordered a half and half veg and non veg pizza, when I asked the lady who took order jumped into argue. Felt like I was not the customer but the server.crazy

I will start with the positives.the food was good by pizza hut standards and there was a server named Danielle that obviously knew what she was doing - but she was drowning in a sea of ineptitude.

I'm just going to list my problems.

-the host was wearing a hair net (?) and didn't know where to sit anyone in an empty restaurant
- obvious trainees on the floor (several) during father's day dinner rush (bad management)
- 10 minutes to get a drink once we sat down in an empty restaurant
-our server was a smug young man with poor personal hygiene who acted like he knew what he was doing but was easily the worst server we have ever had.
-overall it was a surreal and poor experience, like something from the twilight zone.

One of the greasiest pizza I've had since I've been alive. I even tried this place a couple different times and it was bad each and every time. Greasy gross everything.

The best of the best Pizza hut that is find so far. I ordered online a veggie pizza, picked up in 20 minutes. The Pizza was prepared outstandingly delicious, with the ample amount of veggie toppings. The taste of the pizza was awesome.

Terrible customer service. I ordered from this location a view weeks back. Due to an appointment, I ordered the special pizza of the day, for a 3: 30pm pick up.
When I arrived at the location (3: 32pm). A girl behind the counter looked and asked if she could help me. I told her my name and she went to the back. When she returned with out a pizza or explanation, at this point I questioned her. She said oh- he forgot to make it and it will be another 10min.at this point I asked for refund. Since I had no spare time. At this point she said. I was going to make it right and give you a large instead of a medium.
That was it. I got my money and left.
In my opinion the customer service is terrible.
All she need to do is politely say, our mistake he completely forgot and give an explanation, instead I had to asked what was going on
I send 5 letters to the manager with NO response.
I think that is terrible customer service.
So if you encounter a problem at this location, don't expect it to be resolved

Food was amazing service was great we had an amazing waitress. We come down a couple times a year and are never disappointed by the service.

Ordered online. Service was fast and the wings were really good! I had never seen the carry out container for wings, but the sphere is actually efficiently crafted. The veggie pizza we ordered was also great!
