The worst pizza in Collingwood. The "XL Panoramous Pizza" is not XL, its 2 individual personal pizzas stuffed inside a party box. Double the crust, what a rip off.

Not only that, but we feel sick to our stomachs after only 2 tiny squares each. It is so greasy, you would think that its deep fried. There is no tomatoe sauce on any of it.

Disgusted and disappointed. 0/5 will never return or recommend.

Exceptional customer service today was very attentive, greeted me as soon as I came in felt a warm & welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend this location

I cannot say, it is a wierd empty place, it has a good touristic location but neglectid, Pizza hut where are you!?

We got the deal tonight where you pay full price for one get a second for a dollar. The full price pizza was made nicely, but the pizza we got for a dollar was way over cooked and dried out. We picked up our pizza and it was just warm, and we had to wait an extra 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready.
Definitely needs a renovation.

I like pizza hut, the box me product is great, it costs $10.00 with a 3 topping pizza with a side, I get boneless chicken wings, liked this product a lot, enjoy!

Made the mistake of going in for a meal. The pizza and garlic bread w/ cheese both smelled like the cheese had gone bad! We returned both back (and the counter staff didn’t even bother refunding for any of that food gone bad….)

My experience here was by far the most awful customer service experience anyone in my family has ever had. While visiting from out of town, we ordered 4 pizzas to be delivered for dinner. Around 10 minutes after the estimated time of delivery, we called just to see if there was any update and were told to give it another 5-10 minutes because the delivery driver just left recently. 20 minutes later and we still haven’t received anything so we call again just to follow up and was told that the pizzas were delivered already. After expressing that we never received anything and looking around the outside of our rental house to see if there’s anything, we inform the woman on the phone who refused to rectify the situation. Instead, she accused our family of lying and said there’s nothing she can do. She said no refund can be issued and they would not be remaking our order because the original pizzas were delivered to someone even though it was clearly not us. She actually had the audacity to recommend we knock on the doors of the surrounding houses and see if anyone has our pizzas. Again, she said she could not issue a refund or have the pizzas remade and added that if we had an issue with this, we should call back the following day. Absolutely ridiculous.

They provided us with terrible customer service. We asked for spoons and disposable napkins and cups. They didn’t even gave us napkins even when we asked for it. Need to do something. Maintenance of the store is very poor. The food was not also properly cooked. I will never recommend this place to anyone

Table service in the restaurant no longer exists. You place your order at the front counter and then you come to pick up your food when they call you. Table and booths unfortunately are run down, location should be delivery only.

A great Pizza Pizza restaurant centrally located in Collingwood with ample seating and courteous service. The pizzas we ordered were brought to our table on time, and each pizza arrived hot and cooked to perfection.

The only criticism was that our table had not been fully cleaned as it still had noticeable crumbs. That's why I gave 4 stars for atmosphere but everything else got 5. Overall great experience and definitely less expensive than getting pizza at nearby Blue Mountain village.

The food was not as expected. It was cold and disgusting. The mozzarella sticks were cold, the garlic bread is literally 2 pieces of bread with a tad bit of butter and salt and an additional $3.00 for a sprinkle of cheese. My pizza was cold and squished to one side. I would never order from them again.disgusting.waste of a money

Tasty and delicious pizza take advantage of whatever promotions they may have (otherwise their menu is a bit pricey). You find the pizza a bit oily. Overall, I'd rank it above average.

Dine-in experience is not the best. Washrooms are messy and not clean. Our Dipping sause were expired: (. Overall I won't recommend dining in.

Empty tables says it all, ordered pizza and bread sticks.barely find topping on pizza… just sprinkled garlic powder on bread sticks.dirty and all damaged floor.

No cheese, no topping. Crust with marinara is what they serve. Pasta was the worse I have ever had. I usually love Pizza hut but this was a nightmare.

Our pizza was fresh and delicious. We requested for vegetarian options and
Rushi helped us with our order! We hanged there for quite long! Enjoyed!

Crumpled my receipt assuming I didn't need it, had to chase her down as my company requires us to submit reciepts. When I checked it I realized we were charged for 4 bottles of pop yet recieved only one.

Very greasy pizza and toppings and sauce would not stay on the slices. Was better after cooking it for an extra fifteen minutes at home.

The place does not serve dine in and medium walk in Cheese pizza with good taste is for $18.00.

Place needs a make over, in very poor shape, no service, grab a drink order at counter and go get when done. Sad. Pizza was not near their usual standards.

Good pizza but don’t go expecting much for dine in service (though you are allowed to eat in). No bottled water was in stock but the pizza was delicious and they gentlemen working was very friendly.

Went here with my family and it was one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had at a restaurant.
If I could give 0 stars I would; here are the issues we encountered:

1. They had zero servers employed and thus required us to order & pick up the pizzas from the front counter.

2. When we received the pizzas, they refused to give us plates or cutlery.

3. When asked if we could have some glasses with water, they told us we had to purchase all beverages and refused give glasses.

4. We purchased a 2L bottle of Pepsi and then they offered to sell us styrofoam cups (luckily we had our own in the car).

This Pizza Hut was a sad excuse of a dining experience.

Services are so rediculous, I visited yesterday on July 10, friday, there was a tiny girl with glass, she was so rude, she took almost an hour to make one small pizza. Importantly, she did not even wear gloves to do her work, in this pandemic its not safe. I took the pizza but didnt dare to eat.
So shamefull services that girl gave me.
I asked her name, she didnt tell, actually she wasnt capable to do a good customer service, ghey better train people first and thn put on front end.

Hardworking staff. This Pizza Hut is all about Speed, Perfection, good customer service, huge dine in tables, family friendly, Huge waiting sofa and clean washrooms.

Our pizza was given to other people, and when the pizza was done, the waiter didn’t tell us. We’ve been waiting for about 40 minutes? Excuse me? How can we know our pizza is done or not if they don’t tell us?

Horrible service. But great place if you want to wait a few hours for delivery. And don’t bother calling them, they just won’t answer.

Very friendly We went for the buffet on a Friday and there was 6 pizza's soup salad. It was stocked. Service was great. Will definitely go back Under new management what a change

Great lunch buffet and super selections for pizzas and other yummy foods. Pleasant servers and clean bright premises.

New owners are working hard to get this location back up to par from years ago. Went for the lunch buffet today with my family, and left very impressed! Pizza was coming out hot and fast, service was warm and friendly, and best of all - it was so nice seeing the place filled with lots of costumers again. Owner truly cares. Will be back again:)

So this is my I order I just picked up!
One is Hawaiian which is supposed to have extra cheese.
The other one is one half Supreme Lover's with the other half cheese, mushroom and sliced bacon!
WOW, this is New Management!? !? !

The place is clean, spacious and has a nice atmosphere. The owner is really friendly. He even made A meat lover pan pizza for us after learnt that my husband liked meat. Awesome! Will come back again if pass by Collingwood in the future, to support this business!

Food was fairly good! Mac and cheese was kind of dry, not very creamy. Cheezy bread sticks were yummy.

We showed up with a large group just before close and the staff accommodated us with a smile.
I’ve ate here since I was a young child, new owners now I would assume. 5 stars all day long!

Went for lunch today with a group. The staff was very nice, pizza was hot and fresh! Will be back:)

Very friendly staff and the food is good. I havent been to a lunch buffet in many years and was very pleased. Love the fact they are offering the buffet on weekends.

I give Bernard 5 stars for his customer service for taking my family of 4 last minute on the lunch buffet. He also made fresh pasta for us while they were about to close the lunch buffet, but kept it open for us.greatly appreciate that, But on the other note, the server lady was nice and polite, but never offered us any drinks, even napkins.i had to go up to ask for napkins as well as plates. Maybe they were short staffed, all i saw were Bernard and the young lady working, also no paper towels in the washroom.

Under new management. They have reopened the dining room and buffet. Staff were very accommodating and were constantly bringing out fresh, hot pizzas. Will be back again for sure.

I was returning from Blue Mountain and had my lunch here. There service time was good and specially the food quality was excellent. Staff is very polite and supportive.
If you are visiting Blue Mountain, must visit this store.

Guys, there is new management! The pizza was actually good for the first time in a while and they brought back the lunch buffet, not to mention the pricing isn't actually all that bad and the staff and management are actually nice, all in all its not a bad place to get people to pizza anymore.

Best experience of a pizza place. Great experience of warm welcome & nice staff. New management and new staff. Definitely recommend this place for cozy meal.

The new owner is extremely kind and the service was amazing. This will definitely be a spot we go to when we're in Collingwood. Very pleased! Excellent service and friendly atmosphere:)

This is a Disgrace to PizzaHut, location was not well maintained. Dirty glasses, bathroom smells. No maintenance at all.

We came here to have the buffet at 530, By 615 it still wasn't ready. Then decided to eat from the menu. The one star is fo4 the personal pan pizza, which was good. Not so much the Mac and cheese. It was watery and tepid. I was warned it was hot, wrong. Coffee you could stand a spoon in it. Wings were over done. Service was poor.

I Had went for dinner with my Family to dine in and i was most impressed. The service was excellent. I was allitle skepitical from past experience, but they are now under new management and i was most impressed. The service was excellent and the food was cooked to my satisification. My family had a great time and we will be returning at another time. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great pizza with excellent dinning service and the buffet was excellent.

They refused to offer the day. They cutt of their POS so no orders would come in online. When I called them to order the deal over the phone, the day said it wasn't in their system which is obviously ridiculous. I asked why they couldn't just charge me manually. Spoke to to the manager who offered a hand tossed instead. I told him no I want regular crust and finally they reluctantly agreed to Honor the deal of the day

The pizzas are pretty good, but service took a long time because they didn't have enough staff to manage all of the work they had to do.

The phone was ringing the entire time we were there. The management hadn't planned for the long weekend effectively so the experience wasn't good.

The interior needs a refresh as it's pretty run down as well.

Great classic pizza hut with dine option! The staff is among the friendliest bunch I've ever met and the owner genuinely seems to care about each customer. I can't recommend this place enough.

Went for the lunch buffet, after a day out in town. Pizza was cold, when there was any. Waited more than anything, service was terrible- we had a stack of plates on the table. Definitely will not return

This was a horrible time. We went for the lunch buffet. Let's say we left Hungry. The worst part was it wasn't even busy and we still got no pizza

Very slow for a pick up order. I don’t think they had started my pizzas when I arrived at pick up time. Had to wait for order for 20 min. Hopefully it will be good quality after the wait.

The pizza buffet is a great concept but the staff dont seem interested in maintaining it. While we were here there was no pizza available the majority of the time we were here. They never brought out the desert pizza witch is the main reason we used to come.
