Ordered a delivery and took them a hour and half to deliver a small pizza. SMH

Our pizza arrived extremely undercooked, soggy, and like raw dough.
I contacted this location and spoke to the manager who told me I took too long to answer the door. Which is not true I opened the door before the driver even got to knock, as my cameras went off.
I paid $65 for dinner received pizza that was not edible and got offered a discount on a future order. Which does not help me with my dinner tonight, and I was told they were too busy to fix my meal tonight and then I was hung up on.
What a disgrace to have in Bolton. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. They are extremely rude and send out food uncooked and do not care. Stay away from here! Order from the better places in Bolton instead.

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. All the pizzas taste the same. They didn’t even seem fresh or taste good.

My worst experience at Pizza Hut.
Sadly, my optimism was crushed when the pizza arrived. The crust was undercooked, chewy, and lacked any semblance of crispness. It seemed like it had been rushed out of the oven without proper baking. The toppings were haphazardly scattered, and the cheese was greasy and tasteless, leaving me longing for the authentic flavors I had come to expect from a renowned pizza chain.
The service was equally disappointing. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. My attempts to address the issue were met with indifference, as if my dissatisfaction was of no consequence to them.
Overall, my experience at Pizza Hut left a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. It was an unfortunate reminder that even well-established names can fall short on delivering quality food and service. Needless to say, I won't be returning to that particular location anytime soon, and I'd advise others to proceed with caution.

Really great experience. Food was ready before I reached and both the girls were so polite and nice. Would love to visit again.

The pizza we received was very greasy and we didn’t enjoy it. Everyone in our family also became very sick that night and I’m not saying it was Pizza Hut, flu can come from anywhere. But no one we knew was sick with the stomach flu (daycare, work, other family) and we got sick almost immediately after eating this.

Lol. If i can rate this place 0 starts I would. DONT ADVERTISE DELIVERY IF YOU DONT HAVE THE DRIVERS. I can call, place on order online, or even through a 3rd party delivery service and i still never get my food. Staff is rude too. Never told me they don’t have drivers at all. Said “we don’t have any drivers in right now”. That doesn’t speak for 20 minutes from now when you said my food would be delivered. All in all, the staff and this place is a joke
