Pizza Hut Brampton

Visited first time and great experience. Staff is really working hard. Great service guys.

The workers had their hair loose and touching all the food without gloves with fake nails. They had zero concern for food safety no one in the store but it was filthy. Disgusting

Ordered one large pizza. They gave me 2 pizzas I was confused so I asked why instead of being polite and accepting that they may have made a mistake while taking the order they started showing me attitude. I order pizza from other locations almost everyday and have the exact same order every time. In the end instead of coming up with a resolution they tell me to have a good day and leave the store? Worst experience ever. I don’t know if this is there way of trying to make more money but this is absolutely ridiculous and when I asked for their name they told me it’s Pizza Huts policy to not disclose their names. Be reaching out to Pizza Hut corporate/head office. It’s not about the money if I’m paying you money show your customers some respect. And maybe try to hire someone who is able to communicate in English without some sort of language barrier. Also when I questioned the second pizza the girls response was “you couldn’t tell from the total when you paid for it”

I usually get take out and have no problems with the pizza or the service. ***UPDATE AUGUST 2022***: I noticed that they recently changed location and closed the main restaurant down. They are now next to the TD Bank in a smaller place. I am sure many people will miss the old location and the wonderful lunch buffet. I am also thankful they chose to relocate near by, I love the pizza, especially the stuff crust. Yummy!

They have an awful tendency of putting pepperoni UNDER the cheese every time. Why on earth would I order a pepperoni pizza and want it to look like a cheese one? If you order online you can’t even tell them to do it differently either. Please stop doing that. I’ll change my rating if they actually start making their pepperoni pizzas look as advertised.

I used to like this place a lot but now the stuff don’t care, they just gave u pizza with dirty hand and open box

I order 2 times these week. The pizza was awesome both times I order it! The drivers were both cool drivers man.

Pizza Hut has the best Pizza around.

Worst customer service, called to give feedback that my pizza is raw not even cooked properly and rude front staff said oh "ur pizza have more toppings that's why "u need a store credit I will give you a credit and u can have ur pizza". Well I don't need a store credit who ever talk to me on phone plz have my store credit for yourself. Worst experience from this location.

Seriously, just 5 6 pieces of chicken in a panormous pizza, and the crust sides were so big. And the taste is downgrading since 2 3 yrs. Really disappointed

I am allergic to onions and they had a little onion in my Alfredo pasta and then I didn’t feel good the next day after eating that pasta also the pasta sauce taste very old and I was very disappointed. You guys could raise prices but not raise your food quality for some reason and you guys are dropping your food quality? Like do better like stop being such a pain to people that literally just simply buy food to make themselves feel better I guess but in my case I was craving Alfredo pasta and you guys seriously disappointed me with the most worst thing. Would I ever get Pizza Hut Alfredo pasta? Never. Would I ever recommend someone Alfredo pasta at Pizza Hut or any Pizza Hut? Never. Will I steal all these customers and gorgeous or send them to a proper Italian restaurant for Fredo pasta? Yes I will put Pizza Hut out of business

We ordered take out from here and honestly, the meal was very disappointing.
Nothing really tasted that good or fresh. It was under seasoned, greasy and just bland. It tasted like it had been reheated or microwaved. For a large franchise I was surprised that the food quality was so poor. The location is dismal. It is literally in the middle of a big empty parking lot, it looks run down and abandoned. For a long time we didn't even know they were open.
I've eaten at lots of pizza huts and enjoyed the meals, but unfortunately this location was disappointing. I will not be returning.

Washroom was also so smelly and dirty.but Pizza was good as always.

Well as a first time customer i got to say that it was my worset expirience with this co the duty manager so calked was the most ignorant peraon i have ever met i called to complainabout how discusting this pizzawas and alkhecould tell me was this is how we make it tale or leve it and he actuamy hung up the phone on me while i was stilm talking so customer service from 1 to 10 i give them a minus 7 andthe pizza was discusting

Misleading menu card, add cheese crust 3 cad was on it so thought it will be aaded to the pan pizza which we ordered first but what we got was a different type of pizza in itself by that name and not pan pizza. We realized our folly but very late, because of the misleading menu.

My wife & I went there a few days ago & ordered the medium pizza/breadstick/salad deal. Although it tasted good at the time later that night & the following day, we became violently ill, so much so that we both missed work. I honestly can't say what it was but it was definitely food poisoning of some kind. (*graphic* the toilet & bucket needed at the same time kind of sick.) It really upsets me more thinking about how many families with little kids I saw eating there & just how many of them most likely would have gotten sick too by law of average. The dining area appeared to be clean, but given how sick we both were, I'm positive that their kitchen is pure filth. The Pizza Hut in Bramrose Square in Brampton needs a certified health inspector to see if the people working there have obtained any food handling certifications. For your sake, if you're reading this, steer clear of this place. Health Inspectors NEED to pay a visit and shut this place down. Immediately.

I Order Pizza, Waited one hour, never received any call,
Called back, they said, the guy could not find the House, I ask send it again, he said no, I ask if I can come to pickup can you give me discount he said no, very poor service, they were rude and nasty, never ever order there in my life. *****************very disappointed with their service, they hired mostly Unprofessional and students.was not happy with their service.
