Pizza Hut Brampton

The worst service ever. We are vegetarians and they put chicken in the pizza. When we complained the lady was rude and did not even have the courtesy to apologize. Infact she said she can send another pizza. Since we are religiously vegetarian we said we did not want another pizza and she said she can give partial refund and said this is our policy. She was so rude. I will never order again. Restaurants need to understand that when they put chicken in a vegetarian pizza and make someone eat it, it is not a small thing.

If I could give zero Stars I would. I just ordered two large pizzas for delivery. Note the pizza is sealed with a sticker that the restaurant puts on before delivery.
The pizza arrives I pay the driver open the box and it looks like someone tap dance on both of my pizzas.
I call the restaurant and tell them the state of my pizza.
At first the lady was pleasant and said no problem I will send you two new pizzas send me those ones back.
Cool. No problem.
Then she calls me back and tells me that the driver said that there was no problem with my pizza. I asked her how she she would know that because my pizza was still sealed and I didn't open it in front of the driver. She pretty much called me a liar and was extremely rude with me on the phone insinuating that I would ruin my own dinner even though I have two hungry children sitting here waiting for food. I asked her if she thought I did it myself and she said the driver was adamant that I must have.
I didn't. I most definitely did not.
Then she hung up on me. I will never order from this restaurant again maybe not pizza hut all together. Lots of other restaurants have stuffed crust pizza and better customer service. Fortunately the new driver was super nice and agreed with me that it was probably the last driver who dropped my pizza.

This location consistently fails to distinguish itself from a frozen pizza stall. The pizza margherita is so out of line it would infuriate people from Napoli: no basil, wrong type of tomatoes (if you’re lucky to find some), no trace of olive oil, and no fresh mozzarella whatsoever. And the iconic stuffed crust? Good grief…there’s more dough than fragrant cheese there, why so stingy and tasteless, Pizza Hut Canada? Given that, I don’t need to describe the state of the rest of their pizzas. Thick-cut giant onion chunks galore, very unappealing both to the eyes and the palate. And in the name of customer service you don’t even get a “hello” or “here you go. ” Other pizzerias are a better choice unfortunately… This will fill your stomach but not nourish your soul like a good pizza should. I have been here many times without a single happy moment, so my review is not biased by day of week or time of day…and hence this comment.

Bakwaas pizza, I ordered pizza with toppings red onions, green pepper, pine apple no mushrooms they delivered pizza with lots of mushrooms and pine apple and the condition of pizza even worst. Thanks for spoiling my day.

The reception/desk employees are a bunch of ill mannered and illliterate people, but their food is like any other pizza hut!

Ordered veggie lover pizza but they put veggie only in the centre not the full pizza and pizza looking like cheese and veggie pizza

I usually visit this location, staff members are really doing their best especially their manager Nusrat ma’am. I recommended this location to my friends and family, all are very impressed by food and service. Keep it up guys!

I ordered a supreme pizza from Pizza Hut, Mc Laughlin road. It was so bad, whole pizza was burnt, there was no cheese and toppings were very few, which were burnt as well. Pizza tasted as burnt and soggy bread. It was the worst pizza of my life. Before this, Pizza Hut was one of my favourite pizza chains but now i am not going to order from them ever again.

Never responded phone calls properly, they ask wait for 1 minutes but then they forget that they put someone on hold. I waited 15 minutes to place ordered but no no one answered the call.

Called back delivery guy to clear my confusion about the pizza I received, she said that she will confirm with the store.

Than I receive a call from the store and the lady just starts confronting straight away without even asking what happened or my confusion was or what I wanted to say. Not the right way to talk to customers.

Occasionally ordered at this place for home delivery, but not going to order again not because of tase or food but just because of the lady over phone.

This location is a thumbs up for me. At times they are really busy so plan ahead. No complaints. Kids love it.

The pizza was so oily that US invaded my house. The sausages were burnt and there was no tomato sauce on the pizza. We also ordered extra cheese and there was barely any. Stay away from pizza hut. The cheese filled crust is filled with a weird cheddar that does not even go well with the pizza and leaks oil. The one star is for the garlic pull apart thingy. Hated this!

Worse pizza I ever tasted. Honestly it was good enough to garbage as soon as I had the first bite. It was suppose to be Veggie Pizza but it was filled with only cheese. The cheese and bread were separate and everything fell apart. Better close the location

I got two large pizzas, first they cut the pizza like a 2 year old. Actually, a 2 year old could have done a better job. Second, this was a small/medium pizza in a large box. There was NO pizza sauce and they didn’t distribute the toppings appropriately. Oh also, this was basically a bread. Not a pizza… would not recommend this location.

Had to wait more than 1/2 against the time given for pick-up. Pizza itself wasn't prepared well. Not happy at all.

Pizza taste amazing, but clearly their employees dont know math or have common sense. How do you cut a pizza slice super small and another one super big, but you NEVER cut it even! Pathetic.

If there is zero I will give zero review. Worst customer service. We ordered pizza online and they said after 1: 30 hours we will get our order but I waited for 2 hours. Than I called them and asked about our order and they said it will take one more hour. Ridiculous.after I called they asked me why you order online I said if your store give me option thats why I ordered online. At last she gave me solution to cancel the order.

They keep taking in orders even though they can’t make it on time. I ordered just a medium pizza and they quoted me 1hr for pickup. After 1hr when I went, attendant told me wait another 1.5 hours which id ridiculous. There were many dissatisfied customers when went in. And this has happened to me couple of separate occasions and they don’t apologize or greet for this behaviour. If they are unable to make on time, why bother accepting order and leaving customer dissatisfied. Very poor customer service experience.

If there was less then 1 star I would give them. Ordered 2 large pizza over the phone for delivery and received one large and one small. Called them to correct my order and send it again, the lady I was talking to was so rude. She told me we charge you for small and delivered you. She didn't admit she punch in wrong order. I told her take small pizza back and give me large and I will pay the difference. She refused my offer and said I will not fix existing order but I can give you another pizza and you have to pay full amount for the replacement pizza. What a joke. I am not going to this location again.
Another issue I had a promo code and they didn't add that to the price. I tried to order online but Pizza Hut system was down. Bye bye Pizza Hut no more pizza from you.

Absolutely terrible place to order pizza we submitted an order an hour and a half before showing up to our allotted pick up time which was 730.showed up and was just told that we’d have to wait another half an hour for our order by that point we were really hungry and expected our order on time as it stated on our app. No apologies, nothing. A lady came out from the kitchen yelling if your name is not on the board go away and come back within your time. I was completely flabbergasted with how terrible the service here. Don’t even bother making an order here. Not only do they not manage their time well but they do not treat their customers nicely at all! Awful experience! I ended up cancelling my order and walking out and went elsewhere. This location has forever lost my business I will not be returning…

Went in today for a pick up order and they had no garlic sauce. If I was told this prior, I would have ordered at a different location. To top it all off, they put the wrong toppings on my pizza which I didn't realize until I was home.

This used to be a great pick up place few years back. Now this location has no standard as pizza hut franchise. Always late and quality is out the window. No more dealing with this location.

I ordered chicken pizza and no chicken only veggies i ate most of the slices. Plzz owner of the this pizza hut store do not offer me free pizza i don't need your free pizza. Improve your quality i paid for it. Posting a pictures.

Poor customer Service order was not ready 2 hours and mishandled my order. Please donot order from this place.

Today i had great experience i want to share. One of the tasteless pizza i have had from this location and this was my first order. The pizza was uncooked, the toppings were not arranged on the pizza even though the service was very bad from the team (took order on call). Pizza was delivered too late. Thanks alot for your brilliant service guys.keep it up

Total waste of money if you are ordering from this store. Ordered at 7.15 pm and received at 9.15 pm and that too one of the pizza was wrong. And when we called at the store the lady started arguing by saying BELL PEPPERS HAVE BEEN MIXED WITH CHEESE. I seriously didn't understand how can they make such a lame excuse. Will never order from here again.

I ordered large bread sticks and spend 20 bucks but there was no cheese on the sticks and moreover there was no dressing at all. So awful experience? Not responsible at all.

Extremely poor customer experience. I ordered chicken bbq pizza for my kid and when they ate it was too spicy which shouldn’t be the case in bbq pizza.
We called the store and told about the issue, rather than having it fixed, this guy named Mandeep clearly mentioned that this issue can’t happen with bbq. After couple of arguments, he agreed to make a new pizza but couldn’t deliver because our home wasn’t in his area that surprised me because it’s none of a customer’s concern about the area. I picked up food from 3 km away from home and rather than having it delivered, he told me to come and pick up all over again.
When asked for the supervisor/ manager name, he refused and hung up.
Such a terrible experience dealing with unprofessionals. Not going back again to that store and not recommending anybody.

I have newer stand in pick up line for 20 min and it takes 2-3 hours for getting a pizza really hours not minutes. Never ordering pizza hut ever again.

Pizza Hut has lost its ways man this is sad when I brought back the Pizza to the store the lady said she didn't see anything wrong with the pizza but when I ask her if she would accept the pizza as it is there was zero response from her
