Pizza Hut Brantford

They should bring back the old sit in style buffet restaurants! Their pizza is some of the best still.

Twice now we’ve ordered and ended up very ill. Let the first time slide thinking it could’ve been a stomach bug but again, after ordering from here, both my husband and i got sick. This was months apart, so that tells me something isn’t up to par here safety wise.

My 1st time at the Pizza Hut and Winnie and Abi was amazing, very helpful, and super friendly. Highly recommended, Thank you guys

Delicious pizza. It's sad that so many pizza hut locations are shut down. Sometimes you just want that greasy pizza.

Got the triple box. OMG so good two pizzas chicken wings and a large chocolate chip cookie. Food tasted great and the employee behind the cash I will assume was the manager so funny and made the order/paying/waiting time so enjoyable. Funny guy.

If i could give ZERO stars, i would.the customer service is insanely pathetic.ordered on 02/23 & to got my pizza undercooked, doughy, cold, the brownie burnt & stuck to the pan, the chicken undercooked & cold.they emailed to let me know that they provided a credit which i found absolutely fantastic.fast forward to today & i’ve spent a half an hour trying to place my order using this credit, after arguing & debating whether or not i should have to call back tomorrow & place the order or pay for it now & call back tomorrow or another day to use the credit, they finally “found” a manager to approve the order & use the credit.about 5 minutes past & they call to tell me that there will be a $5 delivery charge even though my first order was delivery as well.take your money & service elsewhere to avoid dealing with the most pathetic, inexcusable customer service you can experience. *note this was around 4: 50pm 03/07/23.

This the the best Pizza Hut location ever! They make the crispiest Pan pizza and the cheesiest stuffed crust on the planet!

The Beyond Meat Sausage pizza is to die for! I wish I could give a million stars!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. My family has loved Pizza Hut and it has been one of our go to's ever since I was a child. But unfortunately I don't think that's gonna be the case anymore. The quality of Pizza Hut has just gone downhill and every time I order from this location, we have a bad experience but I keep giving them more chances but I think today's order was the worst experience. It took 1.5 hrs from the time I ordered to get my delivery order. On top of that, everything was trash. Breadsticks with cheese had barely any cheese on them which we paid extra money for. Garlic bread with cheese was pretty much burnt and again rarely any cheese for the extra money we paid. The pizza was chewy, cold, did not have enough toppings for a veggie lover's and the stuffed crust was not paid properly. Nothing tasted good and we ended up throwing out the leftover breadsticks and garlic bread because they were pretty inedible and flavourless. Waste of my money and terrible experience, will not be ordering from here again!

I had a great experience here, the boneless bites were great, the pizza was made proper, and the lady who took my order was genuinely nice.
To the lady who made a review about her pizza being late (patel) your driver got into a car accident, not that you’d care to ask, as you’re clearly above everyone else, and only your life matters.

Sorry but that was the worst pizza I have had. Pizza hut use to have great pizza, but I have never seen a med pizza that small cut into 8 slices and such a dry pizza in my life. For $50.00 for wings and two medium pizzas with 3 toppings I expected better.

This is the worst pizza I had in my life. Ordered large and medium pie one bite and threw out to birds to eat so bad birds will not eat either. Should be ashamed to run a business like that.

I love there cinnamon rolls.
Cinnamon rolls are always good, amazing in taste, the portion of the dip was even, the way I prefer.
Breadsticks were served fresh and hot. The seasoning was perfect.
Taste.
What to say about pasta.damn good
. Made with fresh veggies.got extra olives as asked. Peppers well cooked and amazing in taste. Well cooked.
Really well cooked and hot as I prefer.
The only thing I didn't liked was boneless Wings, they were more like dry.not enough dressing on that.
Got dip on the side but didn't made any difference.

Absolutely do not recommend this Pizza Hut.they give the brand a bad name terrible pizza Go to Robbie's Pizza off Erie Road best in town Tell them Chuck sent you Cheers!

Delicious pizza and the triple medium box combo thing is awesome, but dang you guys are expensive compared to any other pizza place, like almost double.

Also, I have a couple issues with your website:
- Where are the prices? ! It seems deliberately deceptive to hide them until you get to checkout. How much does it cost to add another topping? What's the price difference between 8 and 14 wings? No way to tell until checkout.
- Customizing your pizza is really annoying. Have to keep clicking "show me more" to find the toppings you want, and only a small portion of the screen displays selections for you to scroll through while the rest is just static wasted space.

If you have any option, go to another Pizza Hut location! Recently this location has gone way downhill. I think there’s new owners. They don’t follow pizza hut’s standard for toppings and amount of cheese. I’ve made a few orders recently, but won’t be going here again. They just sprinkle a few toppings on and the cheese doesn’t even cover the pizza. They are clearly trying to cut costs.

Contactless delivery is not available from this franchise currently unless you use cash. The website will not process Credit Cards.

Went in and literally waited 10 mins with no one serving me and they saw me waiting and were still waiting in the back.lol such a joke, worst service ive seen.atleast come to the front and let me know youd be a few minutes.

I went in expecting buffet but unfortunately they weren't staffed enough for it. I brought my hungry family there and i found the heat in the place unbearable and i quickly lost my appetite and felt like leaving. We hardly ate anything and couldn't wait to get the bill (which of course took too long) so i could breathe again. Dont understand why these places always make these waitresses work short staffed especially on a stat.

We go there every Tuesday and Coleen is always friendly and we are served quickly with hot, fresh food. Thanks for going the extra mile every week Coleen.
