Pizza Hut Cobourg

Had the two pizza, wings, breadsticks, cookie, dip, and pop deal tonight. Pizza was tasty, but thinner than I remember for their handcrafted, could have been more toppings. The delivery driver we had tonight was a nice young girl, she was the absolute sweetest. She’s great for business! Well-deserving of any and all tips she makes!

Pizza Hut quality has deteriorated over the years. It used to be the go-to pizza joint.now you buy your pizza from a hole in the wall with no dining room and their pizza is more greasy than that creepy drunk guy at an open bar wedding. Plus, if you're fine with overpaying for nostalgic pizza - that is absolutely nothing like before. You Gotta Eat Here! Service was good though. UPDATE - tried it again, just average at best. Cheese only in the middle - appears as though someone might be in cost savings mode ;)

The owner of this place deserves true applaud and gratification. This man went above and beyond and took care of my order. I am truly grateful. Thank you!

This is the best Pizza Hut experience we have ever had! The staff were absolutely amazing! Especially Mike! He went above and beyond to make us feel special.

We ordered 2 pizzas with wings and a drink tonight. Placed the order online, paid for extra toppings (onions). This is what extra onions looks like. This is not the first time that we have paid for extra toppings to be disappointed. Did the survey, let's see if I get a call / email response. This was the Cobourg Pizza Hut.

The worst pizza we have had here.most times very good, this time pizza ended up in garbage

Very bad experience, 2 med pizzas

for$50 huge waste of our money!
We did complain because the dough wasn't done so have another delivery in the half of hour.
The bottom of the pizza was burnt, cheese was rubbery and visibly burnt, the ordered tops so poor!
We both ate 3 pcs of the pizzas not even finished fully. So bad, no taste!
Going to avoid this overpaid mess!

Fast food 101…do not serve frozen chicken!
Ordered a chicken Caesar salad and the chicken and bacon were completely frozen. It also took 50 minutes for this disgusting food to arrive to my home

Love Pizza Hut pizza when I can eat it immediately out of the oven. The crust is amazing. The people here in Cobourg are great and make delicious pizza, never get our order wrong and always happy to see us. Boneless chicken bites delicious too.

My husband and I ordered those yummy looking meat lover melts they started advertising last month. Absolutely disgusting. Burnt flatbread without cheese and minimal meat. So dry and burnt. Filed a report with head office and no response. What a waste of money.

Ordered veggie pizza but they put chicken chunks and they gave worst service too, they said we have no refund policy too, nor replace.

Paid $75 for a large stuffed crust and 2 medium recipe pizzas, 2 large orders garlic bread, one with cheese, one without, and a giant cookie. The garlic bread without cheese was visibly burnt and tasted like smoke. Cheese was rubbery and toppings were meh. Going to avoid this overpriced mess in future. The burnt garlic bread being boxed and sold is too much to find redemption in this location. Not the first time the food has been mediocre at best.

My go to pizza place in my area. The foods always good and the drivers are always super friendly. It's a shame it's only delivery now though.
