Pizza Hut Embrun

Every time we ordered the delivery service it’s always 45 min late. Tried to call and they put you on hold for 15 min. Food is good but the delivery is awful.

Pizza tasted extremely old, cheese in the crust wasn’t cooked and as i went to pick up our pizza and every single teenager that was working there has been fired…. Very disappointed and last time i order day.

Looks like Pizza Hut is under new management and what a change!

It was bad before, but now it feels more streamlined, faster, more energetic and a whole lot friendlier on checkout.

Not easy running a pizza place in Embrun with a lot of other options, but this should help them stay ahead.

Service was awesome and pizza very good very friendly! Will recommend to all my friends and family!

Ordered here many times before, good pizza. I've been on the line for 15 minutes now trying to order. How hard is it to answer the phone? I waited less trying to contact my Internet Service Provider than to order food. Ridiculous.

Food is usually ok but nothing special. There's better in the area for the price you pay.

This locations online ordering never works.

Everytime we try to pay with card online it says error.

They must lose a lot of orders because of this.

Ordered 3 pizzas on December 11,2022 and noticed that all 3 pizzas tasted really off. Not sure if it was the cheese that went bad, but it definitely tasted and smelled like an expired dairy product. We then called and asked to have the pizzas remade, but unfortunately the taste did not improve on the second batch.

Has anyone else had a similar issue recently? Genuinely asking seeing that my husband and I very seldom complain about take out when it’s not up to par. However this time around, the pizzas were just simply inedible…

Great pizza awesome wings, prices are a bit higher then local competion but hard to beat their pizza.

Very friendly staff! Service was quick. My pizza was not cooked very well mushy uncooked dough the stuffed crust was not melted the cheese was still hard. I got a regular ceasar salad for 5.99 was very small portion in the container it was good but seriosuly had like 4 or 5 normal sized bites it was gone. I. A good note this afternoon I threw my pizza in my oven and cooked thoroughly for lunch and I must say it is very tasty and crisp now happy with that! I will go back though.

Wish I could post a picture, 1 large BBQ chichen with no chichen. Called to politely inquore and we'll in a nut shell they didn't care, "nothing we can do".

Don't like the fact they asked for a tip when i pay there is. No added value to the service for my order

I don't usually buy Pizza Hut but I'm impressed! The quality was very good the times we've ordered. Decent specials and very friendly staff.

This is the first time we ordered from this location. I am so impressed with how quick our order arrived. Everything was hot and fresh! And delivery driver was really friendly

Pleasantly surprised.most pizza huts are stingy on topping but this location was impressive.good job

I will start going back to the Greeley Pizza Hut. Both times I have order wings there is barely any honey & garlic sauce on them. Don't even have to lick your fingers after eating.

The Habanero cheese stuffed crust meat lovers pizza tasted great. But the price was a little on the high side. $30+ for one large.
The menu selection is very good with several vegetarian options to choose from. I will return again for sure, but will wait for a coupon possibly.

I've been a few times since they opened and it's been very consistent. The place is nice and clean, the food is hot and my order has been accurate. I have no complaints.

My family's new favorite pizza place. Fresh, consistent product and always ready so quick, it's the perfect place for when you're in a hurry. Their Hersey's cookie is to die for.

Bummer that they can’t deliver to where I live hence the 4 stars, but the food is really good, when I walked in the staff were all busy doing something and the cashier was quick and friendly. Definitely ordering from here again.

I bought a triple treat box on Thursday, June 30th, 2022. I asked for both of my pizzas well done and received both pizzas with raw dough and very undercooked.

We ate the toppings and threw out the rest for 42$.

Not a pleasant experience at all when asking for well done pizza’s and receiving them raw with uncooked dough, the crust was mushy and not even crispy like other pizza huts…
