Pizza Hut Fort Erie

I love Pizza Hut. I drive all the way from Buffalo to Fort Erie to get Pizza when Im craving. Did the same yesterday, only to find out that no one in pizza hut wears gloves! Post covid, we would expect a little more hygienic care but no. Not even a single person wears gloves. The woman was putting cheese on something from the salad bar and NO GLOVES! Omg not going there again.

The pizza this place puts out reminds you of your childhood. When pizza was just the most wonderful thing you can have. They do it right. Thanks for the great pizza and wings.

I ordered a large pizza for my son’s birthday party usually I always order two medium pizza’s but this time it was just a large for my wife and son. When I called they asked if I wanted the two medium pizzas and I told them it was just single large for birthday party. I arrived to pick it up and they had made a medium pizza with my large free cause of my son’s bday party. I wanted to let everyone know how amazing this location is not just cause of the free pizza but how personable they are and never any complaints the pizza is always great tasting.

I am very disappointed in the poor treatment I received today. I have been a customer of there’s since they opened. They know me by name that’s how often I visit. A few weeks ago we got delivery and the driver was completely rude telling us never to order delivery again because of the distance… we pay and tip for delivery so
We were very taken back by this! Today I ordered two pizzas delivery and only one arrived. When I asked where the second pizza was they instantly got defensive telling me that I never ordered a second pizza. The manager became argumentative and rude with me and hung up the call when I said I was upset. I am so so upset with this as I did really like their pizza but now I won’t be going back. You guys need to take ownership for your mistakes.

Made a late night impulse stop.absolutely no regrets. Haven't purchased from Pizza Hut before, even in the Falls.again, no regrets. Meal was lovely, price was also good and the server was prompt, nice and friendly even at that late hour. A medium-sized 2 toppings pizza with a serving of wings costs less than $25. The meal was also very good. I love a soft dough and they did not disappoint. I would happily purchase there again.

Called at 2: 30 to have a pizza delivered at 5pm and was told by the person who
Answered the phone that “they are unable to do that and if we want the pizza we are to take delivery now” absolutely ridiculous that they think they can dictate the time the food I am paying for is to be delivered considered I am paying $8 for delivery. Will be complaining to corporate as well. Do

This place used to be excellent, even if a little pricey.
It was a premium pizza joint.
The pizzas had whole pepperoni/mushroom/veggies/etc on them, however on my last order, all the toppings had been put through a food processor and chopped into an unrecognizable mush.
Sadly, I will not be ordering from here again. I can get chopped toppings from any number of way cheaper places.

We had ordered two pizzas, one stuffed crust cheese, the other pepperoni with breadsticks and Cinnabon rolls with boneless bites. When opening the box the pizza was not stuffed crust and had PINEAPPLE AND HAM on it. I am extremely disappointed since I paid an extra 4$ for stuffed crust and the whole pizza was messed up. We did not receive our bread sticks along with the Cinnabon rolls and received brownies instead and we also paid extra for the Cinnabon roll. I am so mad and enraged at this place to mess up an order this bad and the boneless bites were hot which was not what we asked for. So so ridiculous.

Food us to die for, I loved it when I was a kid going with grandma, and I'm still love with it today. God bless u grandma's (the both of u's)

Fast delivery service and the pizza are great. Can be a little pricey, but they have good deals to help balance the wallet. The Brooklyn pizza is fantastic.the pepperoni is what makes the pie on this one.

I ordered a pan pizza, I guess, the only pizza I’ve enjoyed in Hobbs so far:/ Fresh and good!
