Employees rocked, they were super nice and has a great sense of humor. The food was also really good.

This place has it down. Yum persy sized pizza for 1 and massive chocolate chip cookie. Yes please! 10/10

I used to love pizza hut.back in the 90s. I just spent $30 on delivery, and it came cold and the driver put it on the dirty floor as I opened the door. I called to complain and she told me they partner with Uber. Well.that's a bad mistake isn't it? And to think I pre paid and pre tipped. Never again.

I am not sure what kind of training employees and management have with customer service. Super rude, showing an attitude right away when confronted with the matter. Horrible horrible horrible. I honestly had lost trust and wanting to go out because of people we encounter like this everywhere we go just to eat or to do simple errands. It is surprising how every employee is mad, sad or always have something to say.
I worked many years in customer service and this is not how to welcome people to you or resolve a problem when it shows up. I stated at the beginning to avoid attitude that I didn’t want a refund, just wanted to let them know it shows how pizza arrived and it wasn’t a matter of size as she stated medium pizzas have had size reduced, they were smaller now, and still having attitude with a hung up the phone in my face. Thank you for this lesson, you still didn’t screwup with my family dinner. I just choose from now on to never get anything from here again. I’ll just get someone else for our “Pizza day”. Not trusting this place anymore. Every time there is something with my order, last time I called and wasn’t treated very well. They don’t take complaints very well, it hurts employees egos very much.
Oh well, too bad, there are more pizzerias in Hamilton.

Ordered online pre paid for delivery. Less that a minute after paying a receive a call telling me no one is there to deliver it and it'll be 4days or so for refund bye. Thanks so much! Officially will never order or eat for them ever again! Deleting the apt! And I hope people are aware that the will do this.

A previous employee at the king st pizza hut location. As a person of colour i’ve personally felt differentiated around the crew. The management has hired close friends and family at this place and plays favourites that is seen clearly by others. I would suggest the management to try to work fairly with all employees regardless of gender, colour, race or relationship with them.

Think twice before working here as a driver. The fact that you get paid by the delivery isn't bad however if you are not the preferred driver they will skip your turn and find any ridiculous reason to get to one of their favorites.

This has got to be one of the worst locations in Hamilton. The staff is very rude. I hate to be the franchise owner. Definitely will never order at this location ever again.

I think this place here hires uneducated people who dont know to read write or follow instructions. A year back when the menu had butter chicken pizza, when i ordered from the website, I paid extra to have more toppings along with the butter chicken and sauce. N guess what i get? Everything except the butter chicken n the sauce. This happened twice. V complained the second time and their resolution was quick so no complaints there! Time flies and today v ordered a veggie lover pizza or smthng lik dat and paid extra to have grilled chicken and pineapple, both the toppings wer missing! I mean how can someone mess up royally like this every single time? I should have learnt my lesson but im stunned at d dumbness of the employee/s working here. Something is definitely wrong! I ordered via SkipTheDishes n they only refunded me 6$ for the topping thats missing! But I dont want to eat the pizza without my favourite toppings! Never ordering from this place again!

If you want a pizza that takes 90 minutes to arrive, is half baked and raw, this is the pizza hut for you.

Delicious! Best pizza hands down! Got the pasta for the first time also pretty good. All food came hot and we will order again.

The delivery women for my order was so rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude the whole time!

The staff here is always polite and very knowledgeable. The food is prepared quickly and always hot, even with take-out orders. Its definitely a great place to order from

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE… 1 star is a stretch…Drive 15 minutes up the mountain and go to Upper James Pizza Hut.

We have ordered from this location maybe 4 times and every single time the pizza arrives with RAW dough.

This picture looks like a cheesy pizza right? …. NO.we took all the toppings and cheese off… This is the DOUGH. When you complain to the staff they have no idea what you’re talking about and do not understand how serious food safety is.

Person who served me was not even wearing a face covering that is a health safety and covid restriction violation

Tried calling this location as it's not possible to remove mushrooms from the Supreme Pizza which was the "Pizza of the Day Deal" when ordering online. The number listed goes to an automated system, waited on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up and re-ordering from another location. Had to stop by the store in-person to cancel my order.

Extremely overdone, pizza wasn't even cut, at all. Barely any sauce. What a waste of money when Pizza Pizza is cheaper, and quality is above and beyond, compared to Pizza Hut. How disappointing.

Good food. Sad it changed my order from delivery to pick up without telling me until I got my email with pick up details. Lady said it was because online orders auto switch over to pick up at a certain time.

Ordered a pizza and the bottom was completely raw, it was inedible had to throw the whole thing out, do not recommend, this place is disgusting
