Store hours state open until midnight.no one there just after 10 pm.very disappointing

We bought personal pan veggie lover, they always serve it fresh. Bought many times

The pizza took well beyond the timeframe that was given when ordered. When we called we got an awful automated service. After finally getting through to someone on the phone they said they had to send an email to the store for them to call us to give us an updated time for delivery. After more time waiting the store did call us back to tell us we have to wait for another families pizza to be done for them to leave the store and deliver ours. The timeframe from ordering the pizza to delivery was beyond ridiculous. Next time save yourself the hassle and order from dominos who will be a lot more efficient and have your order ready within the timeframe given.

The first time i ordered from this location the delivery driver came 2 hours late and the manager comps us a free pizza due to the time wait. Today. 10 minutes ago i attempted to order pizza hut again.i had the pleasure of speaking to MATTHEW who notified me they do not deliver to my address anymore which is very odd seeing how the manager sent us a free pizza and we have ordered in the past. When i asked him to pull up my address by my phone number we slammed the phone down and i waited 5 minutes until i hung up.unbelievable.customere service is gone.this is the Barton location.please manager contact for details as the damages shows lack of confidence to order.

The main woman who works here is always pleasant and polite (we visit every 3 months or so and order the same things) and the consistency and quality are there! Much better than the mountain location. Thank you to NATHAN (and the friendly crew) who prepared our order. You were so generous on the cheese and pepperoni, which is a bug deal! We ordered it for February 24th 2023 at 4: 45pm. It has been awhile since I've seen a good set of pizzas turn out so well, and we are now going to visit this location as the main pizza hut (due to how well they've been performing when we order for special occasions). Thank you for the good service, it was pretty litttttt, pizza is a treat for us now and then so I appreciate it when it's done so well!
