Pizza Hut Kanata

I ordered in advance for future delivery 1 hr before the delivery time. There were a delivery window from 6.15-6.30, they are delayed when I call back at 6.40 they said it will come couple of minute and they said they don't have enough driver. At 6.55pm it hasn't delivered and I cancelled the order. I hope they can pay my online payment.

This location use to be good and was ordering from there quiet often but no longer will I be going to this Pizza Hut knowing it's always a disappointment and am highly dissatisfied with their customer service, food quality or their pride as they no longer have any it seems. Last few times were always a huge disappointment (from their customer service to their food), they even rushed me on one of my orders stating they'll be closing 10 minutes early and I better get their quick if I want my pizza. Never again! If you don't want to work there - get another job.

1/27/23 Revision- The restaurant did follow up with me, explained that they saw the photos and the concerns, explained that they are testing some new products, completely owned the situation and took care of us. It was still an initially poor experience, but I will give credit where it's due for the service recovery.

We have ordered countless times from this Pizza Hut and generally it’s pretty good but today’s delivery was very disappointing. I ordered two large pizzas with extra cheese on both and was shocked when we received miniature pizzas in a large box, the toppings or someone scammed, and it was very clear that there was not extra cheese, and the cheese seemed different than it is normally. It was not very stringy, and very congealed, almost as if they ran out of cheese and went to the grocery store and purchased a black diamond cheese, bricks, and shredded them. I have even attached photos because you need to see this to believe it, I tried calling the restaurant several times, but kept on being routed to a Pizza Hut number (because they weren’t answering the phone) where they would want to take my order and I had to explain what happened about three times, I kept being transferred to another rep and it was like déjà vu, oh, someone finally offered to contact the restaurant on my behalf, they weren’t able to get through either, and she suggested that she would transfer me to an internal customer service number, and then the line went dead and hung up on me. I tried calling the restaurant several more times to no avail. Fortunately, the chicken wings were absolutely delicious but what a disappointment, considering the product is their namesake.

Used them twice in 2022 for delivery and both times 40-60 minutes late with absolutely no attempt at an apology.

There is always issues with their app and the guys at the store never helps, they are not professional and never accepts the issue on their end or never tries to help us fix the issue, they dont know the concept of customer satisfaction at all

Pizza is always the same whichever pizza hut you go to. Almost always ready as told when your expect this pickup.

This store is not particularly at fault, it's the online ordering system that's abysmal, utterly hopeless. I put an order through with my credit card, says it's goes through successfully. Find out half an hour later that the order didn't go through. That's pretty embarrassing for this day and age with a big company like that.

Horrible website - I just want to see the menu and prices, but impossible to find. Keeps popping up a delivery box asking for my area code. If I can't find the most basic information about your product easily you don't get my business.

This location has definitely been the best, and is very consistent.
(Update) The biggest things they could improve on are Covid safety related.definitely no rules being followed here. Like actually enforcing the “serving 2 customers at a time” rule, (just ask the Skip the Dishes guys to wait outside or in their cars so that other customers can pick up their food too). Provide a bottle of hand sanitizer (there is none available to customers at all- coming/going or after touching their debit machine). I’ve walked in and seen everyone with masks around their chin, even the ones handling food. And also the delivery guys will walk in and go right to the kitchen and touch everything without washing or sanitizing their hands.

*PIZZA HUT THE WORST MOBILE APPLICATION! *

Difficult to use, can’t switch between pickup and delivery (hidden). Delivery allows traditional wings, pick up doesn’t, your food is not as good as you put limitations. Store does not help with any promotions, overly priced for greasy pizza. At least walk the walk

Other Pizza Hut locations are hit and miss. We tried other locations, and since they opened recently this location, we tried quite a few.
This location is the most consistent of all.

The pizza was delicious, however I bought a stuffed crust, and the cheese inside was "stiff", and not really melted. Overall, good place!

This location has not been following OPH Covid protocols. I went to pick up my order (week of December 28) and the employee serving me at the counter did not have his mask on. Another employee in the kitchen area did not have his on either. I called to later discuss my concern and the response I received was: "I forgot" and "I will wear it next time. " No manager has called me to discuss this concern, as requested. I am very disappointed in the customer service and the level of trust I have in the management of this particular location.

This is the best branch so far!

I’m living in Kanata North and this is the best pizza store ever. Very good customer service and obliviously the pizza. I’ll go again.

Every pizza is super thin. But always hot. One time I found a hair in the box ewww but besides that it is ok.
