Pizza Hut London

I am a regular customer I always order 2 my boxes and today my order was taken with a side of irritation as I was directed to order from a different location. I have never felt so disrespected and disregarded in all my years.
I will be sure to place my order at the other location from now on.

Really kind delivery driver but my supreme pizza was so skimpy with its toppings it was actually absurd. Almost half was just a veggie pizza and even then those slices had max 1-2 green peppers.

Usually pretty fast and reliable. When ordering delivery through Ubereats or Skip, sometimes it can come to you a little cold, but that isn't necessarily the fault of the restaurant or the currior, but the inferriority of the pizza box itself as a vessel to deliver pizzas to home, LOL.

Aweful place! We ordered today, through the Uber Eats app. One of the items was (supposed to be) a Hawaiian Pizza, but what arrived didn't resemble it in any way- burned, inedible and we found a hair in it! When I called them to complain, they said they "can't do anything about that, it was really busy tonight" (so?) and "you can reorder, if you want" (Wow! Thanks for the solution! I'd expect you to make it up to me! Not tell me to pay again for another product). Worst customer service I came across. NEVER ordering from you again!

I wouldn’t even give it one star to be honest. We ordered pizza at 6: 20 and were told it should arrive by 7: 00. At 7: 20 we called wondering where it was and we were told it had left the store 29 minutes earlier so it should arrive any minute. 15 more minutes went by so I called again, the girl on the phone was extremely rude and asked if we had just called, I told her yes about 10-15 minutes ago but our food still had not arrived. I asked her the food would even be warm by the time it arrived since it’s been in a car now for 30-40 minutes. She replied the driver had a double delivery and the first place he went weren’t answering the door (although it’s contactless delivery). I asked how long we should wait and she hung up on me. My daughter returned the call and asked to speak to the manager at which point the employee was rude to her as well and said no, my daughter repeated that she wanted to speak to the manager and was then told that the manager wasn’t in until the morning and she hung up on my daughter. Our pizza finally arrived at 7: 55, cold.
I will never use this location again. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered a 14 large Hawaiian from Uber Eats yesterday. The order number is F4C2F. I received a small pizza in a large box. This pizza tasted very bad and was cold.it's not worth five bucks. I won't order from this location again. So be careful with this restaurant.

I order two times, one less topping on each time, first time is pineapple and second time is beacon. So sad and angry

We ordered pick-up through the app and had no issues. Order was great, it tasted good and interaction with staff was minimal and quick. It was a typical pizza take out situation with no issues.

Call attender was quite rude. Pizza was nice and delivery associate was also nice. Whoever was working on Friday evening, please try to be polite.

In past experiences, the pizza is slightly colder than what you would imagine it be even acknowledging the cooldown during delivery. We scheduled a delivery directly through Pizza Hut and though the pizza was a bit late, it really did feel like it just came out of the oven. We realized during handoff we were less one drink, Dan (the driver) confirmed on the receipt and said he would get another from the store. Though we couldn't possibly expect the driver to go back just for one drink, the gesture said it all. Hoping to see more freshe from Pizza Hut across other locations, and more drivers showing the commitment and honesty like Dan.

Everytime I get my pizza its mangled in the box and cold. Poor quality service for the amount of money you have to spend on their overpriced food.

Late food and rude driver, didn't care that he was late and was rude after telling him he was to late.

Pizza Hut is always great. This location no exception. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pizza ready on time.

I actually enjoy the pizza here it is of good quality, but the staff are among the worst. They don't care about the business and don't take orders 15 minutes before their close time.

Ripped off by this Pizza Hut.
I ordered pizza from here for delivery and prepaid with a credit card. In the prepayment I added a tip of $4.05 and was charged a $3.50 delivery fee. When they called me to tell me delivery was going to take 1.5 hours I said I would be glad to pick it up but would just need the $7.55 refunded that I paid extra in tip and delivery fee. They agreed but when it came to getting the money back they only agreed to refund me $4. I sent an email requesting the rest of the money back and received a call from Nicole, an extremely rude customer service rep who proceeded to yell at me on the phone. Her explanation of ripping me off the $3.50 didn't make any sense. Every time I tried to speak she cut me off with more yelling so I finally cut my losses and ended the call. I realize it is a matter of just a few dollars but it is the principal of it that is really bothering me. I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service rep and would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. If you do order from here, be sure not to prepay.

Delivery was super late, got coupon code for free hersheys cookie - code didn't even work, called pizza hut #, they said they would look into it and they never called back, coupon expired will probably never order again

Worst experience there took over two hours for our pizza to be delivered. When I called the first hour in they said it was just coming out of the oven. Second time I called in the second hour they said it just came out of the oven and is on its way out and when we finally got it, it was cold. I worked in the food industry and I know when but taste and looks it was left under the heat lamp for a good 30 mins atlease. It was dry out and looked really dark. Never ordering Pizza Hut again after that bad experience.

Very slow service. They quote ready in 20 minutes over the phone when they should be saying 40 minutes. If you enjoy standing around in a crowded lobby waiting for pizza, then order here. If not, go elsewhere. When I finally got the pizza, the girl made no attempt to apologize. Just zero f***s and an attitude crustier than my grandpa's underwear.

Pizza was dry, very little sauce and barely cut. Had to run my pizza cutter through the whole thing when I got home.
