Pizza Hut London

Please do not destroy this place to with the wrong people working there it's the only place left that I get pizza from but after this experience I will buy frozen pizza for now on.

Ordered a pull a part, it was uncooked, gross. The MEATY marina sauce WASN'T.and the penne noodles were dried out. Maybe their pizza is good. I won't be ordering from here again, so I'll never know.

If you order for delivery, be careful, as these guys will assemble old pizza slices to make a whole pizza. No fresh pizzas were delivered

Restaurant was clean inside, workers helped me quickly upon arrival and made it a quick transaction.
The pizza wasnt great but i think it was made exactly how pizza hut designed it, just just dont make great pizza. Medium pan wasnt crispy somewhat soggy and the sauce wasnt very flavourful. Only saving grace is i got a deal for a good price and it was edible, wont be ordering again any time soon.

They mix up orders and also they made me pay 7$ for 4 slices that are 3 inchs but they told me its 6 inches but they gave me 3 inches

Pizza hut? More like greazza hut! Mwahaha! Lol! Seriously tho. There pizza not bad and their wings are good. I think. I haven't actually had the wings in like 12 years but last time I had them they were crispy and nice.

Really craving a Caesar salad and ordered a large. The croutons were horrible and stale. The container was barely full and the amount of cheese was a joke. Will never order from here again. Do not recommend.

Always my favorite. New store location on Highbury after original store had a fire. Great staff and service.

Terrible pizza. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in maybe 10 years. I cannot believe that they can actually call this Pizza Hut pizza!? Are there not minimum standards that have to be met? Zero flavour. Hardly any sauce. Reminded me of cardboard. Why is this place in business? If your goal is not to produce a quality product, you need to get out of the game. This place will not last long with their business model.

Order taker was rude. I request to remove 3 toppings and just add 1 more. My daughter doesn’t like onion and mushrooms. Usually other Pizza Hut accept the request and do it without any extra charges. I was ready to pay for 1 extra toppings but she said, I have to pay full price for the pizza and choose my toppings and pay for those as well. I understand they cannot make any changes in system but verbally they can instruct the cook and make as per my request. I mean I save there 3 toppings and just wanted to substitute just 1. Even cheese was spreaded in even on the pizza and in less quantity. Very poor staff and services.

We were at the new store in 1255 Kilally rd.on Saturday we ordered from Jeff the triple treat box combo and he was the best worker and baked our pizza combo order and it was so perfect and very tasty I called in on Sunday and today to Thank him but he wasn't there and will return back again while he's there because I spoke to Jus and asked for Jeff he said I'm Jeff and he wasn't so next time when us customers ask for someone with that name others shouldn't be saying it's that person, just now I called again and asked about him he wasn't there again but this nice lady answered said he's not here but I will check for you when he's working next so she did retuned and told me tomorrow@4pm so I will call him and Thank him behalf of my husband&I. Thank you Jeff.

Our deliverer Was Jason, and he was the bestest deliverer I’ve ever had. He deserves a raise <3

Ordered pizza hut for lunch off the website for pick up. Ordering process is very simple. The website said order would be ready by 12: 50 and when I arrived at 12: 48 they were just bringing it out. Staff was friendly, fast and store was clean. I ordered the bread sticks with cheese. Wasn't a lot of cheese on top and would probably skip the cheese if I was ordering again. One of the competitors product comes a great amount of cheese. Out side pieces were a little overdone but still tasty. I was not a fan of the marinara sauce. I would return but would pick different menu items next time.

They didn't hesitate to accommodate my strange craving requests and it was quick and polite service. I'll be ordering take out from here again!

This is my first time ordering from this pizza hut location and unfortunately it would be my last! This is the worst thin pizza I've ever tasted in my life! It was the most burnt pizza I've ever tasted it was so gross and so little cheese they put on it. It's disgusting, stale and so hard. Frozen pizza bought from grocery store taste even better than this! Tasted worse than cardboard box Little Caesar.

Always loved pizza hut still do
Great tasting good ingredients and always loved the crust, but last night I got a large and two mediums the medium pizza's were cooked to perfection the large pizza though I thought was a little under cooked!
Still will order from there pizza hut is GREAT just hope when I order large pizza it's just cooked longer next time

Worst pizza ever I had.
- supreme: no tomato source.
- pepperoni n jalapeno: not even topping. (How many jalapeños in one piece of pizza?)
- cheese: over cooked n dried. Is it chips?

By the way, what is the difference between thin and home style? Damm.never want to visit again.

When you're reviewing a franchise you review it against its peers. I have to say this is the best Pizza Hut we've eaten from in years.

Pizza was perfectly cooked. Nice and light with a good crisp. Good toppings ratio and evenly distributed. Staff greeted me with a friendly smile. Place was spotless.

If you're craving the Hut. This one won't let you down.
