I really had a great experience visiting this branch, staff is friendly and they keep the place clean, I’m coming back for sure, they do know how to make good pizzas

50% off their medium pizzas deal is great.
Ordered ar 5pm online, arrived at 5: 15pm and the pizzas were ready. Fresh and the crust is baked perfectly. Not sure why this place has low ratings.

Pathetic service. The person on the counter delivered half my items and refused to refund. Absolute garbage employees. I would suggest firing the current staff immediately.

Veggi lovers and puff cheesy pull-aparts, I ordered this both puff was so good i tired first time but I don’t like the pizza taste.

Horrible customer service. I called to place an order and was hung up on. Then called back and was placed on hold indefinitely.

So I just witnessed one of the employees from this location scattering food all over the parking lot then when he saw me walking he quickly retreated inside, what happened to not feeding the wildlife? We're sick of the raccoons walking around everywhere.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LOCATION. We ordered 3 pizza's online, recieved confirmation via email. We got there half an hour after the order was placed and NONE of the pizza's were made. Sadly this isn't the first time this location has messed up our order. Safe to say we will never be ordering from them again.

TIP: DO NOT pay online for pickup. Pick the pay in store option.makes it easier to walk away as they try to argue with you when it's their mess up.

The worst customer service I've ever had in my life! Before today I was a fan of this place and ordered pizzas very often. Today when I tried to do online order in their App, there was technical issue and I couldn't select side option, which never happened before. So I called this location and asked if they know why. The lady on the phone was so impatient and rude. She basically was shouting at me and told me the online order system has nothing to do with them, and in the end even hung up the phone on me!
I was being polite and I don't know where her attitude came from.
I will never order from this place again and will make sure my friends don't either.

This is the worst pizza hut location I've ever been to. Stingy on the toppings and pizza is always undercooked, even after specifically asking for it to be well done. Take the extra 5-10 minutes to drive to any other nearby pizza hut location instead

Fantastic family size pasta Alfredo! It was made so well that we are going to order again next week. The sauce, the cheese, the freshness and the warm pasta was awesome. Thank you.

I had a very good experience at this location. Saturday Oct 29th approx 2 pm- I ordered the pizza online and went there at the said time and the pizza was ready-l for pick up- quick smooth easy peezy. Basically just In and out.
To add to this, customer service was great, the girl at the front, not sure if she was the manager, but she was very professional and customer service focused.
Good place over all.

We tried calling this branch for like 20 minutes, picked up once and kept us on hold forever. Later, someone disconnects the call and no one picks up. Then we come and visit the store and for like 10 minutes no one is at the cash counter. Not at all a good service per the Pizza Hut standards.

The people here are not humans, they are pathetic, respect yourself and do not order your food here, check out other reviews and you will realize how pathetic they are

I ordered a PanNormous Super supreme from the Bristol Rd. Pizza Hut in Mississauga which was free because they forgot to delete the Olives last time I ordered. The Pizza was not exactly free either as they only give a $25 credit. The quality was not good for a Super Supreme. It was.lacking ingredients. The Hawaiian was not much better. Crust was over cooked. I do take in consideration that they were very busy but the quality should not suffer in the process. The only good thing about the Pizza was they deleted the Olives. Try Super Choice Pizza on Britannia for better and Cheaper Pizza. IMO.

I am so suprised to see that rating is 2.8. I cannot believe this.
I have ordered thrice in one month. There 40 $ deal with 1 large pizza a day 3 sides.
I have ordered on phone for pickup always.
The process is smooth.

WORST PIZZA STORE EVER. I HAD ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR MY PIZZA WHICH WAS SENT TO ME IN A BAD QUALITY. AND THE MANAGER TALKED TO ME SO RUDE ON THE PHONE. DISGUSTING.

Please avoid this location. The lady who cooks the pizzas uses her hands with no gloves…. And no hairnet on either. Very unprofessional I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible service. I was in there again tonight, 6 months after my original terrible service review. It was worse.
We had ordered a pizza for 6pm pick up. I about 13 minutes early and noticed the pizza was already ready and there were lots of people. A woman not even the manager started screaming at us to get out the the store. Too many people, only 2 she screams over and over again.
I cant believe head office has not done something about this location.

THE PERSON TAKING ORDER IS FULL OF ATTITUDE AND DOES NOT EVEN SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS MOSTLY TRIES WITH ACTIONS. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH HIS ATTITUDE. IT FELT LIKE HE WAS SAYING WHY IAM AT HIS STORE HONESTLY.

Just called, very rude guy answered and as I was telling him my order he interrupted me telling me to hold on and then put me on hold! Are you kidding! Horrible customer service!

Ordered 3 times to give them a fair shot. Stingy on ingredients, usually burnt and super dry. Owners/staff have a very curt way of dealing with everyone as well. Save yourself a ruined meal and go to the pizza pizza a couple blocks away.

Hands down the worst Pizza Hut. The driver was questionable and acted in an extremely unprofessional manor. The actions of the driver had me calling head office to completely bypass the unprofessional management at this location. Head office took my situation seriously, the owner of this franchise will be contacted and I can expect a call within the next few days. If you order delivery from this location never take your eyes off the driver for a moment.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would very bad customer service in the middle of me ordering the lad put me on hold and took and another call without telling me. I REALLY LIKE PIZZA HUT BUT NOW I AM CONSIDERING TO ORDER FROM ANOTHER FRANCHISE. UNBELIEVABLE!

Tasty, cooked quite a while so the cheese was just starting to turn brown & mix all the flavours together. Adequate toppings. Ready a few minutes before it was promised, which we appreciated.

This is the most unprofessional pizza hut I have ever been too. I have called to order many times and each time the lady that picks up the phone is rude, rushes me, tells me I am wrong and continues to be totally unprofessional. I live right by this pizza hut and will never go back again and this customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous. I am very upset with the service. I will not be going back.

I hadn't ordered from here for about 6 months and today I remembered why. I waited for 2 hours for delivery on a weekday night. The place is about 10 minutes away and after calling them 3 times I was told the rain was causing a delay which is pretty ridiculous. Needless to say I won't be ordering from here ever again.

The food is decent, however, I am often not greeted at this location. The cashier will eventually say “I’ll be right there” but after 1-2 other employees have ignored me for a few minutes. If you enter and there’s already 2-3 people waiting in line.you know it’s going to be a while, even if you’ve pre-ordered.

The pizza was not even cooked properly, it was like eating raw dough. Pizza barely had any cheese and we could only taste pizza sauce, will never order from here and i would never recommend anyone.
