The best experience. The great customer service. The staff member (Jahanvi) was really nice. Will visit again.

I've got pizza from this location twice already and I'm not sure why but the pizza here sucks. It's worse than other pizza hut locations and it seems they only have thin cracker like crusts.

Called and waiting and waiting for nothing. No delivery in right time. Paid for delivery but I had to pick up my order. Terrible customer service. No good food.

Food is good, but the for small cheese pizza worth 16.50 with 10% tip both worth it. The counter staff was grumpy and uninterested on serving customer.

Ive got to add on to the negative reviews here. Was sick last time I ordered (too much oil used maybe) and noticed also this lame trend of sauce/cheese stopping about 2 inches away from end of crust. It’s very obvious, no clue why this is not addressed by corporate. Wondering if it’s the franchisee’s silent protest against all of the promos being offered by corporate?

Pizza tasted good as usual. Staffs were not friendly or helpful. Online ordering would be better option rather than dropping in store.

Pizza hut started sending me spam emails without my consent, and a fuckton of them. Any time i try to unsubscribe, i get an error because of their website network. Truly a shitshow of a company, I'm surprised if this doesn't violate Canada's anti-spam legislation. I hate when companies autoregister every online purchase for endless spam; i expressly didn't sign up for emails because i don't want it

By far the worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. Extremely cheap ingredients, cold, and an incorrect order. Do not order from this location.

Horrible service. Food was late, and the cashier was extremely rude. Tried to substitute wings for breadsticks due to a vegetarian customer but their excuse was it’s already cooked. Have done this numerous times and I tried to call the store beforehand but no answer. Very unprofessional. Would not come back.
