Pizza Hut North Bay

The lakeshore store was my favorite place to eat, till Barry wasn't there any more. He knew my order to a tee and usually had it going when he saw hubby walk in the door. Now I go to the McKeown store, as it is close to my shopping stores.

Messed up 1/3 of our order then tried to say it was my fault and rude about it wont be back go to Algonquin they can get an order right

The waitress didn't bring us our proper food that we ordered. We waited a half on our just to go find the waitress for our drinks and a total of 4 tables only.very upset with everything about the pizza hut on Lakeshore drive in North Bay Ontario.

Use to be a spot we hit up for an all you can eat lunch buffet in the 90's. Now we might be the only family in there some nights but it's intimate, clean, fast and friendly service. Staff is lovely.

Delicious. Had been a few years since I dined in a Pizza Hut. I shared a large original pan pizza which was topped as a Canadian with stuff crust and I also tried the garlic and Parm boneless bite wings. Oh my these were so good. Highly recommend. Server was all by herself but did a great job.

Something has changed with the pizza. The crust is still amazing but the sauce or cheese or something has changed. Maybe it was because it was dead and no one was there. I don't know lol. That pizza hut used to be booming and since COVID it's really quiet.

However in saying all this. The staff were great and super friendly.

I used to really enjoy Pizza Hut in North Bay. Quality and service declined over the past few year to which I contributed to the pandemic. We were doing take out and our last few orders were missing item so I starting checking my order in the store and found problems which when confronted were corrected. My last order, and I do mean last, were absolutely terrible.

Got delivery tonight pizza was horrible both of the pizzas we got had very little toppings and all right in the middle with tons of sauce and my pasta was dried out we waited almost 40 mins past our estimated delivery time called and was told it had left 20 mins earlier and we waited another 20 mins for it to show up very disappointed never ever have i had service like this from lakeshore.

Had a really bad customer service experience when you pay for something you should get a quality product and a good customer service this is what normal everyone expects. Please who ever you are hiring give them proper training to be humble and truthful with the customer.

The owner is a theif and a liar. I placed an order online and canceled it within 2 minutes. I was told they would refund my money and it has been a month. He is not returning phone calls and hides behind his staff. Pretty pathetic an owner of a Franchise treats his customers this way.

It's hard to say no to the pizza hut pizza if the day. I ordered online, then drove the 10 minutes to get there and it was just coming out of the oven. I couldn't have made dinner at home that quick!

Great pizza, not so great management. Yelling and disrespect between coworkers in front of customers isn't good business.

Go to Pizza place! Always so cheerful and friendly. We do online order and pick up. Also feel nice not to be discriminated against when I do go in to pick up. They never question me on my mask exemption like alot of stores do. They treat me like a customer and most of the time even ask how my day is. They treat you more than just a chain restaurant:)

Sorry to say, 5 buck deal was not much of a deal.did not help with having stuff crust, but.wish that was more clear, anyways, food was good, kids enjoyed

One of my kids favorite food places to order from when they have friends over for a sleep over.the Treat box is the best.

Unfortunately when we went this time it was for take out. I do have to say the young lady that took my call and helped me when I got there had a very present manner.
We are looking forward to being able to eat in and hope that they will bring back their wonderful lunch buffet.

The staff here is always so nice. Our waiter was amazing, curtious and attentive. She deserves all the praise

Just go for pizza or the buffet as always great. Don't bother with pasta as not their strong point.

The pizza is always awesome.all the food is great.other then it's cold inside you freeze by the time your done.

The food is consistently good, and the service is always friendly and fast. The lunch buffet is a good value, and you can be in and out very quickly if you are in a hurry, The restaurant, itself, could use some work. The benches in some of the booths are cracked or torn, and the decor is generally outdated. Overall, though, a pretty good place to eat for a reasonable price!

Went out for dinner with the family and was pleasantly surprised to find out the our kids ate free because it was a Tuesday.

Absolutely horrible place! I preorder (3 days in advance) 8 pizzas for my daughters birthday party. The day of the party I called the store at 11: 15 to confirm the pizzas would be delivered for 1: 30 as I previously arranged. I would told yes they would be there on time. At 1: 44 I stepped away from my daughters party and called because my pizzas had not arrived, i was told any minute they would be there. At 1: 58 I was calling back as I has 25 hungry kids to feed and my pizzas still hadn't arrived, I was told there was nothing he could do he was short drivers. (not my problem) finally at 2: 05 the pizza arrived.i couldn't refuse them due to having 25 hungry children. So angry and on a time limit I had to take them. The driver left and then returned with a pizza he had forgotten.this is the worse pizza place in north bay for customer service and I will never order from pizza hut again!

Very late. When called to check in, the manager was extremely rude. Food was mediocre and not consistent to a corporate run location. Not a great a great first experience or first impression! As a previous manager of a busy red roof corporate run location.

Terrible experience. Ordered online. When pizza didn’t arrive we were unable to reach them via published phone numbers to see if the pizza was on its way or the order was not filled and we should order elsewhere.

Terrible experience. The first time we decide to pay in advance online, suddenly the food takes 45 minutes longer than normal. When I called the store to inquire, I was told by "Kyle the future owner" that the wait was "too bad" before he ignored me and starting talking to other staff while I was asking for help.

Terrible.
