Pizza Hut North York

The pizza was NOT good as it was obviously not freshly made. It seemed like we were given a canceled / old order of pizza because a lot of the toppings we requested were also not added in, the crust was sooo dry, the pizza wasn't hot (even though we got it almost immediately) and it seemed like oil was just sprinkled on it to make it seem fresh.

However, the wings with garlic parmesan sauce were perfection

Food was fine but my god the delivery driver spammed my doorbell like crazy good lord calm down my guy

The woman at the front end was very rude. I would ask a simple question she didn’t bother to listen instead she put the receipt in my face which i thought was very distasteful. Mind you am 9 months pregnant and the tone an the attitude was unnecessary. I was so upset i had told my husband and my husband try to talk to woman instead of taking accountability and apologizing she was defensive and said i was lying. What i thought was more appalling is that she reveal to my husband is that she the manger. Overall the rest of the staff were friendly but the manager need to do better as far as costumer service and just being a human being and being nice and friendly.

Ordered wings for takeout 20 minutes before my arrival and didn't even start making it when i arrived. The staff told me to wait for another 10 minutes so that they can start making my order. Really unprofessional team and not committed at all.

I tried to redeem a coupon here, staff is not pacient and tells you one thing and hides another. I have to ask him several times to get the right answer. I canceled the order since his attitude puts me off meal!

Don't buy from this Pizza Hut, very rude employees and the food was I bought was somewhat contaminated. It also tastes different from a normal Pizza Hut.

Ordered online with pay at store. The cashier beside was serving another customer who asked for a discount as a frontline worker, the cashier added a 10% discount as there was no spl discount for frontline workers.fair enough. When I requested for the cashier serving me she said she cant. I mentioned if your colleague can offer to the other customer, you should offer it to me. She replied he is the manager. I requested if she can request the manager. She went inside to get the manager. Manager outright declined my request and charged me the full price. Felt discriminated. If the manager doesnt know basics of professionalism and customer service what can you expect from his team members. Sorry wont return to this store. This is just unprofessional, unethical and unacceptable behaviour.

Just take out.ordered over web. 20 minutes to be ready.small waiting area.only standing place. 5 or 6 patrons waiting. Pizza quality was good.they deliver as well

Why would your BBQ pizzas have BBQ sauce as an extra when it's listed in the ingredients? One dollar plus on a personal size and at least 2 dollars extra on a medium and large pizza.

Who wants tomato sauce on BBQ chicken pizza? This is on Skip. Fix your prices.

Unfortunately I had the worse experience with this place! I tried to place an order the first guy hanged up on me, I called again a girl picked up and she was making our order very complicated and was not understanding what we wanted her name was trisan or Trisant” they are very unprofessional.

I ordered online for a store pickup at 9.22pm on Apr 30. Arrived 10 mins before scheduled pickup, the cashier said it will take 5 mins. Paid and I was waiting, I could see the pizza was ready however there was a chaos between the cashier and the kitchen stuff, they were speaking in Hindi and clearly seemed there was a mix up between the order takers and kitchen stuff, they kept pizza on a size table. After 20 mins my order was still in kitchen as per him. Finally he packs the same pizza which was sitting on the side counter for 20-25 mins. I informed if this was my order why was it sitting for long. I wanted a fresh pizza from the oven and not a cold, sitting open. He ordered a replacement and I kept waiting for another 15 mins, my side orders were sitting for the entire time. When my pizza was ready, I informed I wont be taking the fries and garlic bread (Of course they were cold by now) and wanted the pizza and dip. He wont cancel the order from the bill and processed my refund without the taxes for the 2 items. All this time I noticed he was brushing his hair with his bare hands, touching his face, tucking his over grown hair, touching the food, no food handling basic hygiene being maintained. When asked why will he not refund the taxes, his response I cant. I cancelled my entire order and got a full refund wasting 50 mins in the store. I wanted to bring his casual customer service experience to the store manager. In his usual casual attitude, he replies store manager is in India! He lacks basic training to deal with customer, shameless and casual attitude, unhygienic food handling, casually taking phone calls on his personal phone speaking in his regional language while in the counter.
Why am writing this long review. Franchises run by international student is always a hit and miss experience. I just want the store management team to know how the store is being managed!

Great Pizza! Excellent service. They were extremely busy and handled it with true professionalism.

Amazing fresh pizza, dough was fresh, well topped generously and the dip was awesome, they do wings too as WingStreet!

Food was excellent (if you are into pizza of course) and service was quick and friendly.

Lots of parking and the washrooms were clean.

Staff is nice. However, I ordered a pizza with BBQ sauce for take out, and they forgot to add the sauce. Imagine a pizza with no sauce.

I was here at pizza hut and waitress DABIN Chinese young girl served me and my mom sooooooo well. She did welcome to us and explain the menu and provide all options and deals. Food was good. But I got The Keg service here at pizza hut bcz usually I don't see this kinda service. She was amazing. Thank you to her and pizza but. I will come back here

Last night our order was delivered after 1 hour and 25 minutes, and we are less than 3 km away from them. And they don't have a policy to give the pizza for free after late delivery. It's ridiculous.

After 10 minutes waiting for someone to clean a specific table, they offered that corner table to another customer which came after us. Poor hospitality

The lady at the front desk was rude. Drove all the way for the love of pizza hut. But was disappointed. All my friends were disappointed.

The service was really slow. I have to wait for an hour to get my order. There's only 2 staffs the server and the guy in the kitchen. They also dare to chitchat that make the service more slower. If I only have choice I am not gonna eat here.

Went there at midnight. The Pizzas tasted good. We tried 3 different flavors and price was good. The decor looks old and kinda worn down. The thing i did not like about this place the customer service. Our server sounded uninterested and unhappy. She sounded like she was in a hurry and just wanted to get it over with. The way she put the pizza and napkins we asked for said it all.

Be Aware. I parked my car in this plaza and ordered pizza and went to the bank. Came back and my car was towed. There was lady in a black dodge caravan with a alcoholic son said she towed my car because I parked there and left the plaza. I paid $180 dollars to a towing company. I got a buy one get one free pizzas and it wasn't worth it. It tastes cheap, hollow, fake, and sad. If you want a real, saucy, that has a kick, order from pizza hot wings. They are cheap with their toppings, I ordered a margarita pizza and on every slice was one tomato oh, it was a small tomato, the cheese is tasteless, boring, and it's not a good looking pizza. I kind of feel like I'm forcing myself to eat at just to stay full. I feel like I'm eating foam with cheese on it. There's barely enough sauce to call it sauce it's like only on the top half. They are very very cheap. I took the cheese off and there is barely any sauce. I love cheese but this cheese feels like rubber has no taste. I wouldn't to give this to homeless person.

My go to location, as it is the closest to my house. 9 times out of 10 they are consistent however today's order was very disappointing leaving me not wanting to order from here again. I placed my order online for delivery and the estimated time was 30 minutes. The live view time tracker kept going up. What was supposed to be 30 minutes ended up taking an hour and the pizza looked and tasted burnt, as if it was made and then re-heated so it would be "warm" when it was finally delivered.

Decided to treat ourselves to Pizza Hut after many years (huge mistake!), and ordered a medium vegetarian pizza (take-out, pick-up), minus the mushrooms. Firstly, the price point is ridiculous and highly noncompetitive. At $22 including tax, it is definitely too high for a picked-up 12- inch pizza. As well, a request was made to make the pizza well-done. That didn't happen. And the worst, and most disappointing part,
was the cheese missing in the middle. Given cheese and sauce are pretty much the base, and for the price, this was highly unacceptable. No wonder the brand is failing.

I love Pizza Hut but I didn't have the chance to eat here for several years. I went the other day and the crust was amazing! But when I started eating, I realized they forgot to put pepperoni on my pizza.

This place is horrible. Poor poor beyond poor service disgusting food. The management has no clue how to run a business of any kind. This place should be closed down. I wouldn't eat here again if they gave me free food for life. Buyer beware. I wish I could give negative stars I would give them 10

They were open on new years which automatically gives them 2 stars. Food was good, though I felt they skimped out on the toppings, less cheese some parts of the pizza was just sauce with no toppings but at the end of the day still delicious. Also upsetting that they took off super supreme from their menu used to be my go to not sure if it is just this location or all location but please bring back super suprene.

Good crust, good cheese, good sauce. It's a bit of a guilty pleasure. Got the promo for two 2-toppings pizzas for 7.99 each - good value.
