Absolutely pathetic customer service. First they close down their website delivering service before 7pm then when you call they place you on hold for 20 minutes, and that's even if you can get through. Perth Pizza Hut has really really gone downhill.
The pannormous was vomitrocious! Pizza was raw! Feeling bloated and not well after eating this raw pizza, manager says he would make another but my fiance and I weren't feeling great after eating the raw dough, we just wanted our money back or something and he refused, we spent over $52.00 on the worst pizza of my life! Manager told me to go ahead and post pictures. He didn't care. Pizza Hut you owe me $52.00 Until this day head office still won't refund me my money!
Their pizza is delicious but expensive. Definitely a huge disappointment that in person dining is closed though. The buffet was a huge hit for most people I know.
Horrible experience. The bathroom was disgusting. No toilet paper, toilet water was brown. Pizza was raw and made me feel sick after eating only one slice. This place should not be open anymore.
My mother Ordered online. We arrived at the time shown on my recipt. The staff working had no clue about the order. She retrived her recipt from the car and the staff argued about the order not showing up. Then proceeded to note the time saying its not a timed pick up (there was a pick up time on recipt). To add to this. When she went back in, the manager and 1 employee working were swearing and cusing about another employee who was not working. They are extremely unprofessional at this location. We will not order here again.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered online for contactless delivery, since I am sick, and paid the delivery charge of $4.75. We ordered at 5: 50 and got told est.delivery between 6: 20 and 6: 30pm. We got a phone call at 6: 15 from the restaurant to tell us that its an additional 7$ fee for out of town delivery. We are a 10 minute drive from the restaurant, hardly out of town, and we have ordered from them in the past and never had to pay more than $4.75. When they called, we asked if we would still get our meal at the stated delivery time and they told us that they would prioritize all in town deliveries first and then bring us ours.
We tipped the delivery driver through the online order and agreed to their insane delivery surcharge in cash and we still haven't received our food. What a dissapointment and a complete lack of customer service. We just received our food and it is 7: 00 pm. Really rude and horrible service. We won't be going back. I want my money back.
