Pizza Hut Peterborough

Ordered online, went in store 10minutes later to pay. Not in a rush, but I then sat in store for 46 minutes waiting on my single order ($30, it was a MyBox and an order of wings) I had 2 delivery drivers in store for 10minutes, who ran a delivery and came back then left again in the time I waited. Normally a decent spot, but wow.

I was asked multiple times what I'm waiting on, yet there were 13 other orders that walked in and received larger orders right away.

Not coming back folks, be better

Worst pizza I have ever received from this location it was cold and overly moist hardly cooked and hardly any cheese in the crust. It's what our 12 year olds birthday super and he only ate one piece very disappointing coming from such a well established company. Would have sent this out sooner but I am on the mend from a total liver transplant. This is a problem that we had about five years ago at this location and instead of saying anything we just started buying our pizzas from a different franchise for four and a half years hope we don't have to do that again just to get a good pizza from pizza hut

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut multiple times since moving to Peterborough. It’s usually what I’m looking for in terms of taste and quality but sometimes it can be off. My one main critique - season the boneless chicken bites with way more sauce than what you do. Every time I’ve gotten them, there’s barely any sauce which defeats the purpose of even asking for them to be flavoured.
