Pizza Hut St. Catherines

Tall guy at the front has an unpleasant attitude. Doesn’t smile. You can’t tell it’s poorly managed by the lack of customers in the restaurant.
Looks at customers as if they should greet him or be lucky to be in that restaurant.
I find it incredibly rude to be speaking in a different language in front of English speaking customers.
This is service 101 - honest it’s not hard, the ignorant attitude and slow sub par service will be the reason I will not come back.

We went there for a quick pizza but were really so put off by the atmosphere that we left immediately. Though many people were there for take away no one was eating in! Obviously.

Now that it is mostly take out, the inside looks run down, dusty and somewhat dirty.

They have an awesome special on right now that if you order online, you get the 2nd pizza for $1!

The pizza has always been good! Deep dish is the best! They have a good selection of crusts, sauces and toppings to choose from!

I'm not sure how this location hasn't been shut down by the health board. It's unbelievably dirty from the floors, the benches, and don't get me started on the state of the washrooms. We decided to drive another 20 minutes to another pizzahut location. You should probably do the same.

I ordered the Meat Lovers Melts on March 26th. I would not order this again as it was over cooked and the crust hard.

Pizza was crust was soaked in oil. Chicken wings where put in a bowl, wings where swimming in sauce, pizza isn't like it used to be if it's not broken don't fix it

Terrible place for eat, the atention it's horrible and when they are about to close, they impose what you should eat lousy hygiene

Sad that there's no dine in with service but you can order at the take out counter and bring your food inti the dining room. The Pandemic, sorry Government restrictions, ruined the buffet they had too.

That place don't have waitress at the table and no knife and fork to eat we have eat whit the hand, they change all employees too, for last 38 years I be that place whit family today can't be anymore, that place is the end for me.

The last 5 times we have been there it took forever for the pizza. They say "the kitchen is busy for take out". They are always understaffed and there is always something wrong with our order. I just finished eating there and after ordering a medium pizza we got a square pizza after waiting quite a while. They said they ran out of the round dough. That wasn't so bad but the pizza was so undercooked it was almost raw. We waited so long I didn't want to tell them because it would have took over an hour to get a properly cooked one. I have been in the bathroom all night sick and have to say this is the final straw.no more lake street pizza hut.

We ordered take out with 2 my box deals. They forgot our dipping sauce and one of our pizzas was almost all crust

Horrible employees including rude manager. The lady at the front desk very defensive and rude, makes you not want to buy food here. I cant believe how they treat customers at this location. Manager needs to get fired and employees need to be coached. Never buying food again here. I wouldnt support this location going forward. These stuff at this location need proper training. No respect for customers at all.

Horrible Customer service from Zaid (who told me that he was the general manager) tonight. Ordered Medium boneless bites from them tonight which I normally order and can eat no problem. However tonight that was not the case, the wings were definitely not medium and when I called the store to explain the situation he was extremely rude and told me he checks all food before it leaves the restaurant. I then asked to speak to someone higher up then him but he proceeded to tell me he was the general manager and that there was Noone higher then him however he transferred me to the kitchen manager at which point I got flat out told I was lying about the sauce and he hung up on me.

After being hung up on I decided to go to the restaurant with the wings that my family couldn't eat and again tried to explain the situation. When I asked him how he checks the food to ensure its the right sauce before it leaves the store he proceeded to tell me "I open up all items lift them to my nose and smell the sauce.the smell of the sauce goes through my nose, to my ears and eyes". Like seriously come on. Not once did he offer any solution he just kept getting more and more angry.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location however if you do decide to order from this restaurant or dine in I strongly encourage you to steer clear of ZAID!

I will not be back and will take my business else where. I especially don't want a restaurant workers nose so close to the food I'm about to eat.

Average. Buffet set up but there was no food. 26 bucks for a medium pizza its a bit steep this is canada not Palestine under Isreal occupation.

The person “Mahadi” who take the orders are rude, not interested to discuss about deals, not providing options and very rash towards the customer. After I don’t prefer this place. Request the store Manager to avoid this in future.

Order was ready on time. I got the 10 dollar box.

We’ve loved this location since we were kids and my mother used to choose here for her birthday. She wanted to go here for her birthday today for old times sake but when we arrived and walked in it was NOT like the past. We were greeted by an unfriendly employee offering the strangest eating experience: only take-out due to COVID but yes you can still eat here and pick a seat but no table service with a waiter and you have to get your food from the counter yourself and eat out of a box? Assuming they want to make all the revenue and not pay servers. Should the customers ask for a tip after dining since they served themselves? Very odd - this is not Pizza Hut (more like an Express location). After years of this being our preferred location we will not return.

Really horrible customer service. Shoutout to my cashier bella which i dont even know if its her real name as she did not have her nametag n was told that it is. She was rude and kept ROLLING HER EYES very evidently at me everytime i would add another pizza or ask to change any toppings. When asked how my bill got so much with the three triple $5 deal she had no idea how to explain and just said the system is really bad so its confusing n hard to explain. Not happy at all with this behaviour. When i got home still my pizzas were wrong toppings and wrong sizes. Seriously do better!

Pizza is burnt, some slices don’t have cheese on it…ordered from them twice and it the pizza was horrible…NEVER AGAIN!

Pizza was late when picking up due to the first one getting messed up. The other reviews tell the story. They just don't really care about doing a good job or trying to make things better when a mistake occurs.

Tasty pizza when it's made right but very expensive for what you get. 1 or 2 of the staff members, are not the friendliest. Phone calls aren't always answered, and when I brought it to a staff members attention, I received the response of 'I'm busy'.

The pizza was so hard & didn't taste good. Though it says dine In but there wasn't anyone to serve us. Really bad. Wouldn't go back there again.

COVID RESTRICTIONS ARE NO LONGER IN PLACE WHY ARNT YOU GUYS OFFERING DINE IN SERVICE PIZZA HUT IS NOT LIKE BEFORE THEY NEED TO FIX THIS.

They had a step up on other pizzerias. Dine in. No proper dine in - just like any other box pizza joint. We enjoy going out and having a hot pizza to eat. They get absolutely no business from me til dine in returns. Maybe they say they dont need my business to survive but its principle

I know that covid has changed alot for many businesses but this is ridiculous.ordered a large canadian pizza for take out.the pizza was ok however we didnt expect 2 8 slice pizzas.nothing like it used to be.restaurant says open for dining however it is basically like McDonald's.even the guy at the counter said that.you order at the take out counter grab your own bottle of pop out of a fridge grab a table and then they will bring out your pizza with paper plates.no wait staff etc.will not return any time soon.

Pizzas were ok, dining probably got hit hard by COVID and I think they no longer offer dine in. If that’s the case they should up their kitchen game and just do take out. Common guys you can do it.

My kid wander around the dining hall (she ran away) when she got her box, she wanted to be seated.and the staff was trying to give us color pencils and paper. I think manager say go, I felt that the staff probably had a tear drop. Thank you for those little moments of human connection.

Why would anyone spend the overpriced pizza at Pizza Hut. U can get way better quality pizza on every street corner for half the price.

I've been in this location multiple times and never have I seen it clean, the floor is always sticky, tables look like they haven't been wiped in years. Dined in this past week, didn't even have any servers yet our food was brought to the table in takeout containers.

The food was the only good thing about this experience. It’s not like how it was when I was a child. They make you order upfront then you go sit somewhere and wait for them to bring you your food the tables/booths were absolutely disgusting, outdated and stained. Absolute s***hole.

We were going to have dinner there tonight, we went in, were given a take out menu and told to sit anywhere and when we decided what to order, to just come up to the take out window and place our order, as there was no waite staff! We went to pick out a table and none of them were clean! Gross and disgusting, crumbs and dried up spill drinks on all tables! Pizza boxes piled up on tables, the place looked like a storage room what a dump! Who owns this place, never again.

They sold me a badly burnt pizza for take-out! Ordered a take-out pizza, returned 20 minutes later and was handed my pizza in a sealed box and left. There was an awful oily/chemical smell in the car driving back, I should have checked the pizza then. When I arrived home to eat I opened the pizza box and was shocked to find my cheese pizza was burnt - the cheese was a deep, very dark brown all over. I was in disbelief that the restaurant burnt my pizza and still sold it to me thinking I wouldn't find out anyway because it's a take-out. I live 20 minutes away, so driving there to ask a replacement and then drive back is a 40 minute round-trip on my gas dollar, and a 15 minute wait so an hour at least total. I just threw out the pizza. Never going back to Pizza Hut especially as the chemical-smelling burnt pizza makes me suspicious of that cheese now anyway.
