Pizza Hut Thornhill

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The pizza was overpriced and not satisfactory. The only thing I wanted was stuffed crust and they didn’t give me it as asked. Never going back

The kitchen was empty on a Saturday. I waited 20 mins for my order initially then when I walk back in for pick up, I see the person just start to make my pizza after seeing me. I ended up waiting 45 mins.

Fast and hot. Great pizza. Lots of pineapple on the hawain, lots of meat on meat lovers, and the pepperoni was perfect for the children.

This location really stood out to us hence this review. Really great customer service. Friendly smiles all around. While waiting for our pizzas to be made, observed pizza huts team. They a appeared very helpful with one another. Really great to see a well run, tight knit family like location. We definitely will be back to this location.

I have worked with them for 4 months. The staff is really friendly and very welcoming. Pizza being my favorite fast food, I often used to grab pizzas from here for dinner. I have enjoyed every bite of their pizzas, their service and friendly nature towards all customers. They have never compromised in quality and quantity for me. I look forward to visiting this location sooner.
