Pizza Hut Thunder Bay

Food was fast and delicious. Friendly staff. Atmosphere was lacking as the dining room was closed so it was a small lobby waiting area

I just had a couple of slices of my personal pan pizza. It is absolutely delicious! Thank you very much for such great service and a hot&fresh pizza!
Will definitely be back next time I am in town.

My hut looks great it even came with a free worker from another dimension! Absolutely recommend for sheds!

I've ordered here many times with good experience, however they've decided they no longer want to deliver to truck stop customers.

The food was good and as expected. However upon arrival I let the employee at the counter know I was there to pick up an order. Another employee walked out from the back and immediately commented loud enough for everybody to hear “oh wow, smell that! Somebody’s smoking the reefer”. I do not appreciate this nor is it respectful in any way. I don’t think anybody is going to make an announcement about somebody smelling like alcohol, or perfume or body odour therefore making a comment about somebodies medicinal needs is outrageous. Have some respect and get these opinionated people away from paying customers.

I had wrong order paid for stuff crust pizza got no stuff crust called manager Robin she was lost didn’t know what to do BAD SERVICE

Call in to let them know they sent me the wrong pizza. They check their receipt and it says pep bacon and I asked for pep mushroom. They tell me they have to check with the person who took the order. That's not proper customer service. A person gets the wrong pizza someone obviously made a mistake on their end. Not looking for free food looking for what I ordered.

They are close for dine in. We went for pick up. Great service great food as always and great deals.
